Very nice storage. Less expensive than others. Cleaner and less crowded.Vanessa is very nice. Every time I have needed a storage. Several months ago I used this storage for the first time. I just came back this week because I liked the location. Very convenient for me. Close to work and “home” plus the great service I get from Vanessa. Great job! I really recommend this place.

I needed a storage unit like yesterday, came in and meet the manager Vanessa and she was amazing. Had me all taken care of quickly and professionally, you were truly a lifesaver. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Was nice to see the customer restroom was available as most places still aren’t with Covid, was probably the one of the cleanest and great smelling public restrooms I’ve been in. The company that I work for uses many different storage places. We have several units at this place. I wish all of the other storage facilities were half as nice as this one. The manager is really nice and accommodating here. The facility is clean and very well lighted. It is also in a safe location yet close to 580 and 680.

The grounds are always very clean and Vanessa is very helpful! I will be back if and when I need a storage in the future.

This place has been the most helpful when it came to my storage needs. For the first few months I had a smaller unit that filled up quicker than I thought. It was time for change and they made the process super simple and helped me get the best possible deal for a larger unit. I love the employees that are here. I was able to reserve a unit and do some of the preliminary paperwork online, showed up after work, and had my unit within 10 mins. Quick and efficient process all while I felt valued as a customer. The area surrounding the storage facility is a safe area of town as well.

As part of my job I have storage units all throughout Northern California. I can honestly say that Extra Space Storage in San Ramon is THE BEST storage facility in Northern California. The manager Jason is incredible!!! He provides excellent customer services to everyone and somehow even seems to know everyone by name. The facility is safe, clean, friendly and excellent at accepting my packages. Just last month I had a 50+ package shipment delivered to my facility which they graciously accepted and stored for me, no problems... I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

I absolutely love this place! Paetra was so patient in helping me pick the right storage size. We went through multiple options and went back and forth from unit to unit and she was fantastic. They sell locks, boxes, and tape so everything I could possible need is in the front office. Im really picky about storage places but this one really takes the cake.

Rented a unit here for over a year, the staff was very nice! Maria helped me with opening and closing my unit and made it a super easy process for the whole thing. I would suggest using them if your looking for a storage unit. It feels safe and not very busy so its easy to get in and out of your unit.

Patre is awesome! we were running a little bit late in traffic and she made sure she was waiting at the gate for our arrival. Paperwork was a snap got us all the best deals we qualified for and we loved it instead of renting one unit, we decided to rent two. All because of the fantastic customer service.

I just wished they could have prorated my rental instead of charging me for the entire month. I will definitely use them again!

Thank you for easy reservations online! I used Yelp to reserve my space but ended up needing a bigger size. The friendly store manager made it so easy, even honoring the online reservation price. I love that Im indoors too so the extreme changes in temperature dont affect my valuables.
