The guy that runs this store is usually in the back whenever I go there. This place needs to invest in a door chime and a front desk bell so its easy for customers to alert him that people are starting to come in, and a line is building. Perhaps a mirrored window so the guy in back can see people when they come in, and he can come out, would not be a bad idea either.
Worst customer service experience, avoid the place.
Folks, wanted to share an horrible experience I encountered. I had a biometrics appointment and apparently forgot to bring one of the document required. The Old Gentleman at the counter started talking to me in a rude way. When I asked him to be polite, he got annoyed and started abusing me with filthy words and asked to get out. I was shocked and surprised. Be carful if you visit this centre.
Third time now the employee has lost / misplaced our mail in the past month. We cannot trust Pak Mail with our business mail! Not good!
This guy does not process mail the moment he gets it. We are a business and explained what the process is once he gets our mail. Every time we show up he says we don’t have mail until we show him tracking info. Today he gave our package to the wrong person but before he told us that he said we didn t have any mail until we showed him tracking info and then he says oh yea I remember I ha w your package to the wrong person. This is unacceptable on some many levels being we are paying for the location based on the fact of a previous location closing down. We had to pay money to move out address on our LLC and other requirements to still be able to operate. This guy can not run this location by himself his memory is very bad. He doesn’t understand that you can’t wait until the end of the day to process mail. It should be processed and completed in the system for us to see and execute our business correctly. I wouldn’t do any business here for anyone reading this. This guy doesn’t car are customers or anything we have going on. He said if we don’t like it take our business somewhere else . We are tired of being told we have no mail when we know we do from our tracking email info and partners that coordinate with us to let us know our things have arrived.
This is the second time I walked into the store to attempt to mail a package since don’t want to deal with the congested post office this time if the year.I checked the usps rates first before going in, a priority mail package in usps charges $7.65, he charges over $17 dollars, a profit margin of more than 100 percent . If you don’t use his service, he immediately become rude and told me not to go into his store ever again we’ll that goes without saying, I’d be a fool to do that ! if you don’t want to wait in Pist office, they also have a self service kiorsk. Don’t let this fit tip you off !!

The gentleman working at this store appears to stressed or just, plain rude He was snippy with me and I will not return to this location. I do understand if hes being stressed because of COVID restrictions but, this is not the time to get an attitude with any customer.
Nightmare. He tried to charge 3 times the price for photos that he quoted on the phone because he made the first 2 sets the wrong size. Then he would only settle for 2 times the price. Very rude and incompetent.

My experience with Pak Mail has been HORRIBLE!!! DO NO EVER SHIP ANYTHING THAT IS OF SIGNIFICANT VALUE THROUGH THIS LOCATION!! I SHIPPED AN $800 KEYBOARD THROUGH THEM AND THE OWNER THREW MY KEYBOARD IN A CARDBOARD BOX WITH NO PROTECTION AROUND THE KEYBOARD WHAT SO EVER AND SHIPPED IT!! MY CUSTOMER GETS IT 3 DAYS LATER AND IT ARRIVES BROKEN UP AND THEIR CALLING ME VERY UPSET!! I CALL THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION AND HE TOLD ME OH WELL, I DID THE BEST THAT I CAN DO. HE DIDNT CARE WHAT SO EVER! ILL SEE HIM IN COURT!***************************************************BEWARE********************************************************):):):
Horrible, horrible service.I was there to buy a pre-paid envelop with tracking number. The owner helped me, he consistently stoped and help others to come in later. And he typed so slow so it took more than over 25 minutes. By the time he finished, he charged me for $14 for an envelop, which i would use to mail several papers from SF to Pleasanton. I asked for options with lower price. He got mad and asked me to leave, and yelled me like you wasted 45 minutes of my time. really horrible service and bad attitude.
