Everything was wonderful until I went to bring my mattress home I didnt know we had to order it

The sales person gave me information on a variety of options among the mattresses available in the store. He was sensitive to my price limitations. When I found the mattress I preferred, he checked to see if it were available locally. I was glad to learn that I could get my choice delivered in two days. My buying experience was very satisfactory.

My wife and I went to Firm Mattress in Plymouth. We spent time lying down on a handful of different kinds of mattresses, each with a different type of “top feel” and level of firmness. Our sales person (Kevonne) was very helpful. He gave us lots of information and the time we needed to consider each one. We had a very positive experience. Our current mattress is 10+years old we were surprised to learn how much today’s mattresses have improved. Kevonne helped us make a decision on which one to buy. He made it much easier for us. I would recommend him and Firm Mattress at Plymouth to anyone.

If I could give this store A 0 rating I would. I bought a mattress on August 5th of last year. Just called the store talk to the manager name mark trying to resolve a situation with a staple that just stuck my son. And there was nothing but rudeness and ignorance on his behalf.

Mark is incredible! I had shopped around quite a bit before stopping into the store, and honestly Mark was the reason I chose to buy my mattress here. Mark L. Was absolutely fantastic. Showed me a huge range of beds explaining what made each specific one different from one another.
