My son was looking for a new coffee maker, something simple that used k-cups and we found the perfect one at Bed Bath and Beyond...used a coupon and he got a great deal. Traci was very helpful and very fun to talk with. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat. Love shopping here!

This is our go to place for household items. We recently bought two pots and they always have coupons. We bought them less than $100, normally go around $200 together. It is just fun to be in the store and look around.

I called last week with an issue and had the pleasure of speaking to the store manager Tony Smith. Not only did he solve our issue he went above and beyond. This is the BEST customer service I have ever received. BBB is incredibly lucky to have this outstanding employee. I am beyond wowed.. I like the BBB in Shrewsbury but this one in Plymouth is awful. The CSRs were not friendly (got an annoyed vibe from them.) I had to return a 2nd coffee grinder of the same model and unlike Shrewsbury that had many choices, this store had 1 other one from the same manufacturer, for more than double the money. Every large chain store in Plymouth and the cape I have been to has poor inventory, bad prices, and either inadequate staff or lazy / unprofessional staff. Seems like an epidemic.

Terrible customer service. The employees working at the customer service counter need to be better understanding of customers that need to return items due to defects and not be treated like I stole it and am just looking for money. I had purchased a toilet seat and when I started to remove the package I noticed that there was a chip in the paint so I never even took it fully out of the package. I looked all over my house for the receipt but I couldnt find it. I took it back to the location where I had purchased it as soon as I could get back to the area. I walked in and didnt receive a friendly greeting - more like I interrupted the conversation by the 2 women at the service counter. I explained that I had purchased the item and it is damaged and I would like to exchange it for a new one. I got the usual - do you have your receipt? I said sorry I dont. Then she asked for the credit card used to look up the purchase. I said sure and gave it to her. Next thing I know I just get my card handed to me with a receipt saying all set. So she just returned the item to my card. I wanted to exchange it - there was no need to process a credit on my card. And now I didnt have a coupon to get it at the price I paid for it. That is not how customer service should be handled - A acknowledgement the inconvenience of having to come back to exchange it and/or an offer me to go get the replacement item would of been nice. Instead, barely any communication followed by my credit card and a receipt handed to me saying all set. No wonder why people are starting to do their shopping online - which is exactly what I did. From the way I was treated, I walked out without getting a replacement and ordered what I wanted on Amazon while walking to my car.

Helpful service; friendly people

Good store, have gotten a few items there. Once got mugs shipped to store, some were broken. Better off buying whats in stock if want something right away. Expensive to really expensive items, depending what you get. Similar prices to Macys or Kohls, for some items. Usually nice cashiers there.

Above and beyond customer service. Clean, neat atmosphere. A little pricey.

Bed bath and beyond has a policy where you can return merchandise with no receipt for store credit. My roomba vacuum stopped working so I went to return it and they refused me because I mentioned I worked there. The manager told me it was too old he would not take it back, and that since I was an employee I could have gotten it on incentive and be returning it for more money now....He treated me like a thief and a bad person for trying to do a return well within their policies. I worked there for about 3 months this winter and the vacuum was bought about three years ago. I don’t have a receipt because it was a gift from my mother. I guess I’ll just go to the hyannis store which is WAY nicer inside and the staff doesn’t make you feel like a scumbag for being upset when your $600 vacuum breaks.

When I was a kid I hated this place but I went back here for the first time in year for some Thanksgiving supplies, and it is a must for any adult home owner my only real issue is that it is rather expensive make sure you get a coupon, but on the other hand quality is often a theme here
