Meagan was thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and shared details of all our options. She never pressured us to purchase anything. She was quick and efficient in sending us quotes for the options we were considering. True to her word she followed up with us and processed our order. We had a great experience shopping the Plymouth store a s can’t wait to get our bed delivered!

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery we received a call 3 hours before delivery to let us know there was a delay and the next available delivery date is in 4 weeks. They actually said they couldn’t deliver any earlier as they are all booked up. Absolutely horrible service after spending thousands of dollars on a bed.

Very nice, very helpful, not pushy, patience with long decisions/ trials of beds. Very clean environment. Good Pandemic precautions. Andrew & Leah were both nice & helpful and a great price too!

I had an awesome experience at the Plymouth store with Andrew. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the purchase and answered all questions well. My girlfriend and I were very happy to purchase a sleep number bed and can’t wait for it to arrive. Andrew has great knowledge about all models and made spending money actually enjoyable. All salesman should take a lesson from him.

Helpful while buying purchasing my mattress but when I was told I would hear from them for a follow up in 2 weeks I never did. I have also called the store and no one answers. And have been told I would hear back from them but never have. Unfortunately, I am not in love with my mattress and would have liked to hear from someone to express my concerns.
