Called the store asked if they were still open and if they could replace my glass on my iPhone. The guy on the phone says no problem I have the glass in stock and can take care of it. I told him I would be there in 15 min and he responds by saying ok I’ll see you then . I arrived in the 15 min and the store was locked up.What horrible way to run your business !! if you were closing and new you wouldn’t be open in 15min when I arrived why not just tell me so I didn’t waist my time driving over to your store.

Excellent Service a Pleasure to deal with. The guy that works there is fantastic, he is very trustworthy and a genius at fixing iPhones.I had the worst accident ever I was sick and spilled honey lemon tea on my make I took it to Kingston mall store they told me to buy a new one. When I took it to ifixandrepair WALMART, he fixed it as good as new, and it took him only 2 hours to fix everything and install, and he did it for me with a great price. I highly recommend the store. I brought my phone here to get the camera repaired (it was just not focusing, otherwise still working) was told I needed to put a down payment for the camera to be ordered and it would be there in two days. Called four days later and they stated they still hadnt recieved the camera. Ended up going in a week later and the camera had been there but I was never notified. The guy worked on my phone for over an hour just to come back and the camera was completely broken, the screen is completely black and the camera is not being detected (front or back). Only option I was given was to leave my phone there for a few days for them to try and fix it. Would NOT recommend using this company for any of your needs, go elsewhere!

Had an iPhone 8 that was dropped 2 months after getting it, cracked and broke the screen. Got a new phone and put the iPhone 8 in my drawer for a while. Decided to fix it so I bought a new screen online. Was gonna do it myself but I brought it into “ifixandrepair” and he said 90 plus tax to fix which is a good deal. Then I asked him if he could use my screen I bought and give me a better price. I didn’t think he would but he said yes he would do it for 50 cash but no warranty, I just have to go through the company I bought the screen from for a warranty. So he got it done and fixed in less than 30 mins. Gave him $50 plus $10 for a tip because he did an excellent job, very quick and now I don’t have to go through the hassle of mailing back the screen I bought to return it.Highly recommended him, great guy. He knows what he’s doing. Great prices too. They offer a 6 month warranty if you have them use their replacement parts which is great. Satisfied customer here, hope I never have to get a screen replaced again but I will definitely be going back to “ifixandrepair” if I ever need an electronic repaired.

I brought my iPhone in to be repaired. The screen had a hairline crack but was operable. I paid 89 dollars plus tax. The screen became very sensitive and got progressively worse with each passing day . By week’s end, it was dialing numbers, sending texts etc and eventually made so many password attempts, the phone was put in Disabled mode. I had it looked at by a real repair shop. It was broken beyond repair. Ended up spending 700 to replace it. I contacted the Corporate office of this franchise and was told the manager would contact me. Never happened. Spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere.

Went in to get my screen fixed and he had it done within 35 minutes! Super speedy and great price. Thank you so much! 10/10 Recommend!

They charged me almost $300 to fix the screen on my sons iPad, said it would take a day and took weeks. Then when we finally got it back it would no longer charge which it did fine before. They said it wasn’t their fault but would take a look at it. It’s now been more than 5 months and I’ve called and stopped by there several times and they just give me the run around. Thinking about taking them to small claims court. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, crooks!!!

He didn’t rush me or the job that I needed him to do on my iPhone 7Plus which before coming in had seen better days!My screen was entirely shattered and had those scary lines all over it and the buttons would randomly press even while the device wasn’t being touched.I didn’t have the money the day I came in but San was still kind enough to give me a TRUE estimate and was good to me even though I wasn’t able to get my services done that same day.Flash forward to a week later and I’m back with the estimate amount in hand, and San actually remembered me and my device and went ahead and made sure my screen removal and new install was done flawlessly!!!Shout out to San and the entire iFix and Repair team!!!

My second positive experience at this place. Went in to have a cracked screen repaired, and was told it was only my screen protector & not my screen that was cracked. They then replaced my screen protector for free -- and dug out the wad of lint from my charging port that was keeping my phone from connecting to the charger, also for free. This place is straight-up and professional.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. Your phone may seem fine when you first get it, but a week later it was almost unable to be used. Microphone stopped working, camera looks like its from an Android from 2012, and the screen has a huge deadspot on the top. They charge more to have a screen fixed then to get a brand new phone. I’ll say it again, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! 🤬🤬🤬

89$ to fix my beyond shattered iPhone 6 screen. Guy said give him 10 mins and it barely took that amount of time. Not to mention I got free tempered glass! A 35$ value, he put it on and wiped it down. Great price, great service--Im extremely happy!!!!

$230 to fix a Samsung S8 screen, really? My guess is they then send it out for repair, then they they are not really fixing it, are they? I could send it out myself. Plus moron at the desk looked at it, said $230 I laughed, and he got back to his very important phone call. Advertise phones you can fix at a reasonable price, please. Stop wasting peoples time.

I would give this place zero stars if i could... my daughter shattered her phone and being the wonderful mother i am, randomly decided to take her to get it fixed. so we did it. it was fixed. all dandy. when my klutz of a daughter fell down the stairs and not only cracked her screen, but the bottom of the screen didn’t even work. i know this sounds like it’s all my daughters fault, but the whole entire screen (cheap af) is completely COMING OFF!!!! after it was fixed. this is complete bs i do NOT recommend this place EVER save your money. i’m infuriated. but it’s still not my daughters fault.

Horrible!! I was helping a friend by giving him my old phone, but I had to get the cracked screen fixed first. The first screen had weird light spots, and the button didnt fit right. After one day the screen was working intermittently. After several visits to the store, and several screen replacements, the screen still only works half of the time. He refused to refund me the whole $90 that I paid, and only refunded me the $40 in labor. Please, please dont go here if you want your phone to work correctly after replacing the screen!

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. When I brought my phone back to them after they had “fixed it” and after 3 months of constant glitches and it randomly tapping things on my screen that i wasn’t touching, the screen popped out and cracked after I tried to push it back in and it completely stopped working, something that I knew would eventually happen because you could feel a spot that wasn’t all the way installed and could feel the screen starting to giving out, they refused to help. After telling the ONE employee that works there and calls himself the “manager” (even though he has 0 power to even attempt to help me which he didn’t) about this issue he repeatedly said nothing could be done because it was cracked even though it wasn’t my fault and after asking to speak to someone higher up he said we couldn’t and we should call corporate which I did only to have them tell me to talk to the owner. I asked for the owners contact information but the employee refused and pretty much said I should have come back when the problems started after I explained to him i’m a college student and am only home for the holidays. ALSO charged $165 which is very overpriced for the quality of the screen. NEVER GO HERE

I called twice asking if they have the screens for the iphone 7 plus BLACK phone . I know different phones need different glass screens . Each call I was told that they had the screen in stock. I drove there the gentleman took apart my phone to replace the screen he said that there was a problem he did not have any screens for my iphone. he had to put it back together and I was asked to come back the following day. The glass was replaced at a reasonable price / and quickly. however the quality of the glass is horrible. I am squinting / straining my eyes because of it .

We brought in our iPhone 6 plus right before Xmas and had it repaired as one of our sons gift. It had a slight crack and the touch issue was happening too at this point. Charged us over 200.00 dollars and had to keep the phone for a couple days. Got the phone back worked for less the 24 hours and noticed one of the screws next to the charger port was missing. Brought the phone back he kept it over night. Wife picked the phone with my son and when I got home noticed now both screws on either side of the charging point are missing and phone stopped working before they even got home. Now you can separate the glass pretty easy because theres no screws holding it in. Not only are those screws missing but there are 4 other screws missing inside on the logic board as well. Come to find out some of these screws might complete circuits and or grounds. We bought him a new iPhone 7 instead of this we live e almost an hour away and been wasting has and time on this. Really disappointed because was gentlemen was actually pretty nice who was working there put for people like us $200.00 is alot of no EY to waste on nothing. Sure it is still under the 6 month warranty they gave us but the time it takes to have to go there drop it off and come back in to pick it up plus the frustrating feeling and look on my sons face really not worth it. Wish there was a remedy because I would use the phone my self if it would stay working.

Boy oh boy, this dang old store is the best broh. I went in there, and after dropping the nastiest deuce in their bathroom that I have laid since the Thai Food McChicken incident, I experienced some of the greatest customer service on the eastern seaboard. I handed them my broken Motorola flip phone that I threw at my wall in a fit of anger, and they fixed it up no problem broh. Then I had a muscle spasm and I broke it in half so I bought an iPhone.

I was simply amazed by the quality and quickness of service replacing the screen on my iPad mini. I had Asurion insurance thru Verizon and they wanted a $159.00 deductible to replace with a lesser quality product. iFixandRepair charged me $95.00 and my iPad looks good as new.
