The entire team at this location is fantastic! Very helpful and respectful. From when I first moved over to Verizon a few months ago to now, I have had a great experience with this store. This past weekend they worked with me to understand what was happening with my new phone (off and on over a 3 day period) and assured me the owner would help as needed. Turns out it was user (me) error issue. John showed me some things to do on my phone to help the battery etc. 100% recommend. My experiences with this store really make me feel good about purchasing from this store. Also they never try to get me to spend unnecessarily. They really care about their customers at this store.

Just go to a different Verizon store. The staff here repeatedly gave me incomplete and misleading information. The owner, Mike, lied: he said what I wanted was impossible, yet the next store had no issue helping me at all.I only wanted to a use promotion before closing one line on the account. I was told on the phone that I could get a device at a promotional price. I went to the store, where they told me it I needed to trade-in a device, then I would only have to pay tax on the new device. Okay, still not bad, they even offered to sell me a trade-in device for $200. Well I bought a device to trade-in on Ebay for less than $100. I go the store again and now Im told that I need to upgrade my plan to be eligible for the offer--the offer I was already accepted on my account. Oh and that line I wanted to close, I need to keep it open for 2 years to keep the promotion. Plus pay a $35 activation fee on the trade-in to the line I am here to cancel. Anything else you failed to mention, Mike? I went to another location, it was one person working, so it took some time, but that one person was super helpful: I was able to get the promotion and cancel my second line. Something Mike told me was simply impossible.

It was time to upgrade phones. A task that I typically dread. I visited this store yesterday, and got extreme assistance from thier guy, Tom. Tom could write a book about how to do customer service. An outstanding expereince. Tom gets it, in a time when most in his role dont even know what it is.Thanks again, Tom.

I visited this store today to upgrade to a new phone. I worked with Mike, who was very friendly, helpful, and respectful of my time restraints. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, and appeared very good at his job. I was in the store for a little over an hour for the whole process, but it didn’t seem long at all - Mike and the rest of the staff were so personable and easy to chat with. Very professional and knowledgeable staff overall. I would definitely recommend this store - best Verizon experience I’ve had!

Im am very happy with the way Tom H. helped solve a huge issue that I had with getting my new service connected. due to porting my old number and account activation trouble, he worked with me for nearly 2 days to get it solved. he was professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back in service with my new phone. he deserves a raise, and a paid vacation! Mike was absolutely amazing!! I got there right before close, with a phone that completely died from sprint. Sprint would not give me my account number, so Mike sold me the phone and TAUGHT me how to transfer my old number to my new phone. He was absolutely amazing! His coworker (John?) was also super nice, and they did not seem inconvenienced by my presence at all. Normally, I would refrain from walking in right at close, but COVID 19 and Sprint changed Everything. I am so happy to be back with Verizon, and working with them only solidified that.

The owner Mike is amazing to work with! He is super patient, kind, and available when you need him. For example, Mike stay 45 minutes after hours to make sure that our new phones were successfully set up. Will be definitely coming back here again.

Because a mistake the salesperson made (he also tried to call Verizon to fix it) I now have to spend 30 mins on the phone with Verizon to explain what mistake the sales person did every month so I can get my bill reduced the . Wow, what a inconvenience. This has been going on for about a year

I feel like I got scammed. I went to go get a SIM card (customer service told me I would be able to just pick one up) and they charged me $10. My phone didn’t work with the SIM card because they didn’t register it to my phone. I went to a different Verizon store to get my phone activated where they informed me that Verizon stores don’t sell SIM cards and that they just give them away for free. So basically I paid $10 for the SIM card to not even work when I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. Don’t go here

Jon Murry was super nice and helpful. He helped us grade our phones. He put the screen protectors on perfect, and even sanitized our stuff before giving them to us. (During the Covid-19 crisis) i would highly recommend going here, and talking to any of their kind and helpful employees.

Great customer service. Store Manager, Mike OConnell stayed 2 hours past close on a Sunday to help me restore my phone and to ensure I did not lose my personal items with the transition to a new phone. Put the customer first and was very helpful. Id highly recommend this location!

Ever feel like the old fashioned sales service is long gone? Not here with these Verizon guys in Plymouth. These guys handle my companies Verizon account and they do it well. But one person in particular answer the call of duty and his name is Mike there. He took care of me and my family and went out of his way to offer me a promotion that was no longer running. These guys have a lot of push and pull with the jobs and he definitely went out of his way to help us. Thanks for everything Mike and looking forward to seeing you soon for my upgrade to my phone. Came in because my phone wasnt starting and it was close to closing. These guys were educational as well down to earth and to-the-point. They stayed after store hours to see me through the hell-storm that was the online google customer service and got me set up with shipping materials for my old phone. Top notch. Thanks guys!

I signed up for a new phone plan with Jon and I feel like I got mislead. I told Jon my work internet needs, he recommended an Unlimited plan and Im getting worse internet connectivity than before at an increased monthly rate. My plan is not unlimited - Verizon completely shuts off my internet speed after less than a week in my billing cycle. I trusted Jons expertise and am totally disappointed in my plan.

Eh. Not sure how I feel about the customer service here. Was here to get help with canceling a phone line due to being held on hold for the longest, and all they said was they couldn’t help me, I’d have to call customer service. I just think that if you have the ability to activate a line for me, you should be able to terminate it as well, unless I’m wrong. But I’ll stick with Maple Grove’s Verizon Wireless.

Most pathetic of all Verizon stores. 👎👎👎 They will hand you a 1-800 number on a slip of paper and send you on your way truly . And when calling number no answer no help and main store handed them phone 24 hours later I had new phone.

I was excited to finally have a chick helping me with cell stuff, but was quickly disappointed when she barely said a word and was literally looking at facebook on her phone while helping me. I told her my issue, then told her the few things I tried to fix it. I saw her do the first fix that I just said I had done twice myself, and she handed it back to me and said didnt work... so... umm... what should I do then? I said could it be a battery issue? She replied that they dont have battery testers here, but Batteries Plus across the street does. That was it... that was the extent of getting help. So I went to the Battery store and the guy there helped me 500x more than she did.Im going to go to a different Verizon store tomorrow and hopefully have a better experience. I gave one extra star because the guy working there said hi to me when I walked in and that one of them would be with me in a minute, as they were both helping customers. Other than that, 1 star all around, sadly. :(

Great customer service. Robert and other staff were friendly and very respectful of my privacy. I had an encounter the last time I was in with a blonde woman who complained she had no storage space in her phone and asked for help to clear some space. When the rep proceeded to explain and show her where she could free up space, she snatched her phone from his hands and stormed out accusing him of accessing her pictures. It was very odd and uncomfortable since she made quite a scene. She was apparently embarrassed about what came up. Other than this experience the customers there are friendly, professional and courteous and so is all the staff. Normally I go to Verizon direct but when I am in the area this is a go-to store of mine now. They go above and beyond to help customers from what I have experienced and are very knowledgeable on the products as well as Verizon service standards/procedures. Thank you guys and gals for all your hard work!

I had the pleasure of working directly with Mike @ Verizon / Select Communications. Mike helped me get upgraded to my iPhone 7 Plus and went above and beyond the call of duty to get this done. I have met with Mike face-to-face a number to discuss my account, and even though it might be more convenient to call the customer call center, I much prefer meeting with Mike face-to-face, as he exhibits a high-degree of customer service and knowledge.If you are a current customer of Verizon, or looking to set-up service, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND meeting with Mike at Select Communications for any of your Verizon needs!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! PERIOD!!! I wanted further detail about something and the current employee helping me was kind, however he did not have the experience of a manager and I simply asked to speak to the manager. Then the manager stood up and belittled me and shouted at me in front of everyone! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rob may have been having a bad day, but I hope this reaches him well as a learning lesson.

The customer service was awful. my fiance and i walked in, we were the only ones the store and we didnt get acknowledged at all. One of the employees was talking about her personal life behind the counter while we were in the store. We had to walk up to the counter just to get someone to help us and even then the service was lacking and he acted like we were bothering him. I was in there to switch providers and get on my finaces plan and get a new phone but we basically walked in and walked right back out. Customer service goes a long way, they need better training.

Literally regret walking into this building. Recieved zero help, zero information. Stood there for an hour without being spoken to while watching the employees fiddle around with my phone, only to be told what i already knew. Then was offered zero assistance in contacting someone who could help me but after having repeated my issue for the 3 time finally received directions to a store with competent employees. Serious waste of time and advice simply driving the extra few miles to the Minnetonka Store.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This isnt actually an official verizon store. The salesmen lie just to push products. I was told an add on device I purchased would only have a one year contract and it turned out to be two years so I am stuck paying for it another year. Do not trust these guys. Go to an actual verizon store. I called verizon customer service and they told me I was straight out lied to. I know I should have read the documents I was signing, but lying to push products is unacceptable. Terrible customer service. Extremely selfish of them to make an extra buck.

Came to the store a little after 11 which is when they open. An employee who was sitting outside informed me that they were not open yet and to come back later. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional to open at 11 but not be ready to take business. I would not recommend giving your business to this retailer.

Customer service was not friendly or welcoming upon entering. The sales person stank of cigarettes; so much so while handling my phone that when I got it back, my phone smelled of cigs. He then proceeded to access my google photo drive without having any reason to look at them. I literally took my phone out of his hands and walked out. Gross experience.
