Not a pleasant experience. I looked up prices at Ace online for the item I needed. The store refused to honor the advertised price, even after I showed it to them on the Ace website.Even worse though, my online request for a clarification on that Ace website has not yet been responded to. Very poor customer service. Shame on Ace. I expected much more from company like them.

Locally owned store. Has everything you could need. Puppy friendly. People friendly. Owner Charlie is a local treasure!

Home Depot couldn’t help me, Lowe’s couldn’t help me but guess what... Charlie’s could, in less than 5 minutes I had what I needed and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend this business!!

By far the best hardware store in the region. They have whatever you need at the right cost, with the knowledge to help you do the job properly. Forget the big box stores. Going here is faster, easier, and WAY BETTER!

Requested a car key, said they had to custom order but no problem. Theyll call when it in. Several weeks go by without a call back so we call. They said it was in so we headed there. 5 mins away from the place and turns out the wrong key...waste of time and very poor customer service. Didnt care.

I went searching for a propane tank a few weeks ago and wanted to support a local establishment, keep the money in the town rather than some corporate HQ in some low tax area. Went here and had a great interaction with the owners and service and rates are better than the box stores.

I love hardware stores. This one is clean and bright with helpful friendly staff. Excellent selection of quality goods. Wide rang of Weber Grill products and supplies. Say no yo box stores. Go meet your niebors and visit Plymouth Center.Awesome pickes at the counter... Wwhhhaaat. Yah hand made killer pickles at the counter. Love pickles.
