I do like that home Depot has knowledge people. Seems like they have older gentlemens that know what theyre doing that I retired. I could be wrong thats my take on it. I have a lot of Ryobi tools.Home Depot has been excellent whenever I needed to return anything.
Went on a very quiet night. Front end supervisor S****, simply said no to honoring 30 bags of mulch price bought 15 bags at a time so I could get them home. She didnt offer any suggestions. I asked for MOD (B*****)vwaited 20-30 minutes, only to have her call the young cashier and ask if I was still waiting. I just left at that point. Headed to Wareham where their MOD was willing to help me.

Like every Home Depot around the country, it has just about everything you would ever need. But whats at this place apart for me is how friendly the staff is. I mean, really friendly. It may be entire shopping experience so much better.
This is a terrible, terrible store. ordered andersen windows glass panels and doors they took 6 weeks and 4 delivery attempts. dropped a glass panel so hard they thought they broke it. called kate, zach, lorraine, other managers, customer service. glass panels have thresholds cannot be used. doors and panels have large gaps in corners very sloppily made. called every day for 6 weeks. management wont do anything has cost us over $6000 in delays and no resolution. salesperson utterly clueless made lots of errors. dont use them for any andersen products. ended up really hurting a disabled veteran financially and causing lots and lots of stress and unhappiness. awful people.####update 9/6/21 still have not delivered french doors/hardware but refuse to credit my credit card now i have had to get a lawyer to write a letter to them...super dishonest thieving store########update 11/5/21 still have not received the french door/hardware but they still refuse to credit my credit card. how can a company bill you for something you never received? so incredibly dishonest
There was no one in sight to help me find or move a lawn mower. Figured curbside pickup would be easier. Got both the e-mail and text it’s ready, went in the next day waited and waited. Took the employees calling me twice once to promise its on the way, then to say its actually not ready because the product is on some truck (even though they had 8 in stock). They’d call me when its off. 6 hours later, no call, I call them and they have to re-track it down, still on some truck that now won’t be unloaded until overnight but they’d call me when its off. 10:30 the next day, still no call. Don’t bother with this store, especially order for pickup. Apparently they’ll just mark it ready without even looking for the product first, it won’t be ready, they might not even have it, don’t waste your time go to Lowes.
A lot of the shelves were empty. The store was not very brightly lit during our trip and hard to find help on the floor. Its your average home Depot I suppose.
Messy, and unorganized. I went in for a tool and the one I purchased had a deal that fire some reason took 20 mins for them to figure out how to make it go through.

I requested fencing estimate from Home Depot in Plymouth and have been waiting for 4 weeks because they cant change the quantity of fencing from 450 feet to 400 feet. Great company you have ! This is over $3000 order I am ready to purchase

*Garden center review* - one of the better ones for a HD. Everything is always clean and well stocked! They always seem to get great plants before other locations too.
Well the guy at customer service i talked to not only quoted me a wrong price for the specific plexi and then did not confirm that it was actually in stock or bring it to the service desk for pick up as we discussed before i drove 40min there. So 1 star for lousy customer service. The checkout lady gave us a great deal tho so 5 stars for the helper. Average of 3 stars. Go there for the prices not the sales floor help.

Absolutely terrible service not only did four employees in a row convey the fact that they were too busy to help me not a single one of them could confirm nor deny whether or not they had certain plumbing things in stock I spent a half an hour walking around the store asking multiple people for help and received none. Went to Lowe’s instead
Found everything I needed! Remember you can use the regular checkout lanes. For whatever reason the self checkout had a line backed up fiour or five customers deep. I got right through when I went to a cashier. Plus, the cashier was super friendly!

False Advertising - DO NOT BELIEVE INVENTORY AMOUNT POSTED ON LINE. I ordered 11 panels picket fencing on 5/30 when website said there were 30 in stock. Delivery date 5/25 nothing arrived. Contacted store and was told I was rescheduled to 6/1. This morning website has 42 available however I was bumped AGAIN WITH NO NOTIFICATION to 6/8. When I called the store, customer service told me they have zero in stock. He called around other stores and only ONE store had any inventory. Twice the supply inventory on line was incorrect. Be sure to call the store to verify inventory prior to placing order.
Amazing how I only new the price of the shelf I wanted to buy. The woman left me standing there at the customer service desk and quickly showed up with the exact shelf I wanted to buy. She was awesome!
Rented a tiller for my garden for a hour and a half. Roughly $50 for four hours. Several tools available for rent.

I am visiting this area and was quite impressed by the well organized Home Depot. They had a greater variety of products here, and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend!
Always finding new things when I visit
Seems they are understaffed and cant get scheduled pick-ups or returns done correctly, both are struggles these days. Had a pickup acheduled Saturday, I called Wednesday and Friday to make sure it would be ready. My contractor arrived at Home Depot on Saturday at 8:00 AM as planned. My order was not picked and it took over an hour to get it together.

Arrived at 9:34 to pick up some lumber, compressor and nail guns. As I was shopping I misplaced my keys. I went to the service desk to see if someone turned them in. They said they don’t have them. I also went to every register that was opened. I asked customer service if they could make an announcement, they said no. I asked to speak to a manager he was busy. I Spent 2 hours looking in the little area I shopped “ Nails, power-tool and lumber. I spoke to customer service a few times, they couldn’t be bothered. I called for a ride. My ride arrived. I then left. On my way home I was worried about my car being stolen so I called again asking to speak to a manager. I asked him if he could make an announcement. He said that won’t help. I asked him why he wasn’t willing to try. He was silent. He said he will do it once he hangs up with me. Within a minute I got a missed call from Home Depot. I called back and spoke to another manager he was willing to help. My keys were in the vault. Poor communication cost me 3.5 hours of my day. I spend thousands of dollar there. Today a lone I spent over $500.00. I will never shop there again. I will go to Lowe’s in Kingston.
Poor selection of Bathroom vanities and sinks. They we uninspired not highly functional. Price points high when you add the sink+fixtures+ counter. Colors were drab style 1980s. Tile selection also time warped. Have purchased great items In kitchen in bath 5 to 7 yrs ago. Disappointed. They have been sluggish about 2 1/2 yrs. Present economics indicative of not buying new stock in a downward spiral.

I was trying to get a hold of a kitchen cabinet department associate and I kept getting bounced around and bounced back to the operator so I finally got a very nice associate named Deirdra who was trying to find me help. She went above and beyond and actually ran down to the department to find what I needed because the associates in that department we’re not answering the phone. I really appreciate Deirdras hard work she did not have to go above and beyond like that to help me but she did bc she cared!
I recently order a plastic storage shelve from Home Depot in Plymouth, Ma. I requested curbside pick up. I received a text that my order was ready and to follow the instructions when I arrived, which I did. After texting them that I had arrived, I received a text saying they would be right out. After 20 minutes I reluctantly decided to go in and check. I was then notified that the product was not in stock. Why then was I told to come pick it up? When I got home I called customer service to complain. They finally agreed to ship the product to me. Their only concession for my inconvenience was to wave the shipping cost. How big of them.Well, one week later I received the shelves and one shelf was damaged and one support leg missing. Now another week has gone by and I am still waiting for the replacement parts.I am very dissatisfied with Home Depot and their lack of customer service.
Their houseplants could get a little more love but over all great experiences here.

Unacceptable. Orders a new washer and dryer from the floor, takes it home and it’s completely broken! I called the store and they said they won’t send anyone to fix this, so I have to wait weeks and go to laundry mat now. Unacceptable.
Home Depot was always a painful experience anymore, no matter what state youre in it seems. The stores have become extremely disorganized, with poor inventory control, and poorly laid out.
Veterans beware, Sale scams. This is a blanket review of Home Depot, this local store, as well as other big box stores. Ive been watching prices revolve through various holidays, but most recently the Labor Day sale with appliances. Over the last two months, prices across the board remain the same. They put the appliances up on the local ads with prices no different than any other day.On my op of that, tax free weekend hits, they use this as an excuse to apply the “Prices didn’t change” sale and also refuse Military discounts due to “sale pricing”. Home Depot does not honor our veterans.
Waited 47 min. To get my propane.called customer service 2x just for them to hang up on me. So I got the manager. Another customer pulled up needed same thing. Told him good luck. They told him they were looking for a key. 🤷🤦

This Home Depot seems to be very organized with a variety of items in stock. Friendly, helpful staff are a plus!

Store is a mess....all the pickup orders are all around the entrance and customer service. No rhyme or reason to anything. Looking for air conditioners listed on website as in stock and no where to be found in store. Customer service less than helpful.

Why would you not allow Danish Dogs to stay there? The only thing that truck did was bring people there. I know many people that went to Home Depot over other options because of that truck. Big, fully stock. I couldnt figure out the hand spray jug, which was dangling on a string. Rather than tell me verbally, the cashier stormed away from his customer and pulled the trigger on the back of the jug behind the pressure pump so that he sprayed wastefully into the air a couple times, got a little on my shoes. Gave me a look like im an idiot. I made sure to thank him and such as he stormed back. Just say something.

I purchase a leaf blower ther was a recall on it when I called the manufacturer they told m to bring it to home depotOnce I was there they had not had to do this type of thing before and no longer sold th one I had.The manager brought me to the dept let me pick a new one they where very pleasant and helpful

Ordered a door for delivery, paid in full, was given a date to pick it up. No door was delivered and no one called to tell me the delivery length would be twice what it previously was. Now my schedule if screwed and Im going to have to give a discount to my client for this inconvenience. So now I have to wait for the money to be returned to my account, drive to a significantly farther location and lose money on the whole deal. Awesome. Oh and did home Depot make any offer to reconcile this issue. Nope none whatsoever.

Went through will call. Paid for everything in the area for returns. I asked for a receipt because I was leaving and returning with my truck. The manager gave me a hard time and said SHELL GIVE ME A RECEIPT WHEN I RETURN. I TOLD HER THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND SHE SAID THATS THATS THE BEST SHE COULD DO. Which set me off.

When to the Plymouth Home Depot to purchase vinyl plank flooring. They had very little on display, and almost nothing in inventory. Also, no sales associates to be found.
It’s time to move on. This store used to have most of what I needed and a helpful staff, but is presently is abysmal. I have bought and brought home multiple items that were returns missing parts, then have to go back to store for exchange. And the newest issue is, items that show up online as “in stock” but are nowhere to be found. This turns a quick visit into a time wasting and frustrating affair. So after 15 faithful years of shopping this place is no longer worth it.
I cant say enough positive things about all the staff in this Plymouth location! They are all so helpful and will drop anything they are doing to answer any question you have and show actually where things are located in their store. I always have a pleasant experience when I shop there😊

I wanted an item from kitchen equipment. I had gone to the Home Depot website and had the stock # and confirmation it was in stock. Unable to get a sales person to assist. Finally left empty handed.

I rented a flatbed pickup truck to move some furniture, when i returned the truck i was greeted by a man named nick in the tool and truck rental dept.i didnt want to be late with the rental as i only had 15 min left before i was late so i was hoping to return it rather quickly, in any case as nick was on the computer taking care of me and this guy named Dave in the same department who smelled like cigars called nick a knuckle head for what ever reason i do not know.i thought that was rather rude and uncalled for as nick was very pleasantanswering all my questions about renting tools and power equipment at the same time he was on the computer returning the truck i rented.if i was nick i would not tolerate that guy Dave calling me names.but he just smiled blew it off and asked me if there is anything else he could help me with, i said no and thanked him very much for his timeif i have to rent that truck again i refuse to have Dave wait on me as he seems to be very rude to other employees which i did not care forespecially when they were pleasant to deal with like nicksincerely Lilly savage
Found several things I needed in a short amount of time. Getting out was another matter . Not enough checkout people, lines were long. Paying a little more at a local smaller store is more and more attractive !

Had a great experience at this location after leaving lowes due to their awful customer service. The woman who cut our blinds was very nice and helpful as was Tyler who helped us check out. Both were very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
Anthony in the lumbar department is absolutely amazing! I went in looking for ship lap that I saw on the website but the endcap it belonged in was out of stock. Despite being short handed he was able to get me what I needed quickly and acted as if it wasnt an inconvenience at all. I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes which is so appreciated considering I was shopping with my very busy almost 3 year old!
Very poor service went to two different departments and was told no one was available in either Department to help me with my plan purchases it was around 3:30 in the afternoon typical visit to Home Depot
