Id like to thank, Michael, Felix, & the staff who helped me with my books for this semester. They have done a great job, considering the circumstances of the pandemic and finalizing the horrendous year that was 2020.

If the bookstore states the time that it’s open is 8am it should be open at 8 am. I needed to pick up a book before class but they were still closed even though it was after 8.

The books are over priced, theyre understaffed, and since they switched distributors they dont really stock planners anymore. Buy your books online if you can and avoid the hassle.

Called on phone to check shipping status and a hurried associate told me to call back because “we’re a little busy right now”. What! Why even answer the phone then?After I tried to just get even one of my questions answered, she answered cutting me off “ok sounds good, bye”.

This store is an all you need for school specific to the Pocatello teachers. Teachers inform the store which books they are requiring for their classes and students can go in and rent or buy the books. The prices are set and seem reasonable. Its easy to navigate and find the required text. The staff are busy most days so patience is necessary and others there is someone available. Not all staff are professional and forget they are there to help the students, ignoring students or speaking among themselves ignoring the consumers until they are finished gossiping. There are a lot of ISU clothing items and additional items that are necessary for school like pens, pencils, calculators, etc. All together it isnt a horrible store and very convenient if you are on campus.

Overpriced and slow. The three stars are for how much they have available.

They are overpriced. But that is kind of expected for college bookstores. There are better places around town if you want ISU apparel. They do have some really nice stuff though! And if you are at the school and missing something, then pop on over and you will be able to find what you need.

Extremely helpful on finding what I needed. Not only did I get everything I came for, but I also saved money.

Has all the required books you will need. Honestly, its usually cheaper to rent from Amazon, but if you need a brand new book it will be here.

Terrible service and staff. They have my order for my book and its in store they just havent pulled it off of the shelf yet. They were able to find my order but told me itll be tomorrow or later to get my book. Lady told me I could cancel my order and buy it in store. Why they couldnt just go pull the book is beyond me. Youd think theyd be smarter for a college bookstore.

Organized, clean, quiet and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had very unpleasant experiences with a book store employee. Some are very helpful but she was rude and acted like the world revolved around her. Not there for the students. Plus the bookstore is way overpriced

Friendly staff, large selection: textbooks, general reading (fiction, nonfiction, childrens), school supplies, clothes, ISU gear, snacks, gifts, convenience items (hygiene, health, etc.). Brick and mortar places usually charge more than online bookstores, but lately theyve had some textbook prices better than anywhere online, so always check here!

I love ISU as my Dad taught there for 30 years, great place. Had to have a hat!

As usual, the prices at a college bookstore are absolutely horrifying. But these guy will make sure you have what you need. What they lack in pricing, they make up for in service, selection, and atmosphere! Drop in early though or you will be sorry!
