Love these guys as landlords! They are definitely busy with two businesses, so my experiences with routine repairs are a little delayed, but they do get to it eventually. Their building is fairly maintained and more relaxed. Room space is decent. Rules are pretty stringent, its not unreasonable though especially for the bang up price. You just cant beat this place and price with a stick!So far, Im satisfied with the service.

This is a great local business that has very competitive prices for textbooks against the more expensive university bookstore. They usually carry a sufficient stock of books for most classes and are willing to order books for you. They have even price matched for me on various occasions.

Check for your books here first. They are MUCH less expensive than the University bookstore, and the staff is very helpful. Try to get in before the semester starts, or early in the morning, to avoid crowds.

Cheap text books for college. Staff is very helpful, and great at answering questions about ISU. If youre a student who needs text books for college this would be the place to go.

Usually have what I need for a pretty good price. Its unfortunate that ISU student still have to drive all the way to Poci for textbooks still.
