In August, my husband and I purchased new phones in this store.. have been very happy with our purchase. Then, just this week, my phone would no longer hold its charge... with the help of Zayne... I have my received my replacement phone, all changed over and he was so helpful along with assistance from Nathan and Justin. Im relieved to have a working phone again and appreciate them all so much.

Please dont use this store. There are unnecessary fees charged. Go to the corporate store!Go Wireless finds ways to swindle you out of money. I bought the liquid protection for two phones. They opened one kit and treated both phones and charged me for two kits. They charge a fee to transfer your info. This is a bogus fee. That information is transfered automatically. Read all the complaints on better business bureau.

I was just at Verizon today to add someone to my account. Nathan helped us. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny and efficient at getting us taken care of. He treated us like friends not just a dollar sign. Whoever hired him hit a home run. Thanks again!!

Nathan made my experience of moving my phone over from another provider a breeze! It took less than an hour (and that is including the time I spent on hold with T-mobile getting my account information) Nathan did all the hard and confusing work, answered all our many questions easily, and helped my boss and I to figure out what would be best for us. This store is the best Verizon store in town! Honestly it doesn’t get much better from the second you walk in to the second you leave you feel welcomed! I’ve worked specifically with Maddie for the longest time and let me tell you she does a phenomenal job! I’ve never felt as if I was in the dark or confused about my bill. I know that I can depend on Maddie being upfront and honest with me no matter what! And anytime I’m looking for something new or need something fixed she’s always got something that fits my cellular needs perfectly! Great store great service and a great staff! I wish I could give more stars but sadly I can’t!

I was talked into a phone($800!) that I did not go in to purchase and was talked into it. I have NOT LIKED IT from the start! They told me to just work with it for awhile. I did as they suggested but went 1 DAY over the return policy and they REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE me considering what they wanted me to do! I am now STUCK for 2 YEARS with a phone I HATE and I feel us a LEMON! VERY DISPLEASE WITH THIS COMPANY! I WANTED A NEW PHONE and couldve gotten one IF THEIR SERVICE CENTER wouldnt have told me to keep working with it!!

I stopped at my local Verizon retailer because I was experiencing email issues with my phone. Maddy spent at least 45 minutes helping me resolve the problem. Maddy helped me because she is dedicated to customer service and quickly realized my IT skills are limited.Verizon: you should Maddy a raise and apromotion. My sweetie and I are currently walking across America and went into this Retailer to look at options for updating my phone that was trying to die. The staff here is friendly and thoughtful. They helped me find the best option for our journey and needs while making sure we get the best deal we can. We appreciated just being able to spend time with them. It was well worth spending the afternoon there because the atmosphere was fantastic while it all got sorted out.I dont believe it is fault of the retailer I am having some problems with my bill having switched from month to month to a contract, but Im in the process of trying to sort it out with Verizon customer service now. Just be cautious switching over.

Took over two days to close the contract where they promised us to be able to get the second phone out of contract without problems when moving abroad. But now we ending up to pay more than retail price to be able to leave. Should have never entered this store.

I go in there all the time! I always ask for ROSIO because she is very knowledgeable, and so kind. She actually likes helping us customers and always gives us a good deal on phones and accessories. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great deal and great customer service!

Dont waste your time at this store (4th Street Pocatello). You are better off going to a Corp store because these guys will sneak in things you dont want or need. My son purchased a couple of Gizmo watches there and they snuck in extra insurance despite the FACT that my account has full coverage for every device I purchased. They knew this when they checked the account for authorization. They neither asked or informed us of this unnecessary addition. Be careful what you sign and look at every piece of paper they stick in front of you, better yet, shop someplace else.

Worst experience ever! I bought a new phone and was told all my data, including photos, contacts and texts would pull over. They didnt. I have lost so many treasured photos and texts that I will not be able to get back, I never wouldve swapped out my phone if I knew this was going to happen. I have been trying for weeks to get the phone to connect to my car, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. They told me I could get a new phone, and then I find out I have to get a new number...I have been in several times and get told different things by different reps. Absolute WORST customer service ever, all I get is excuses as to why its happening but nothing ever gets resolved.

Store staff are welcoming and assistance is right at hand.Maddie worked with me and answered all my questions wonderfully. We had a follow up appointment to answer more of my questions and provide guidance. Awesome customer service!!

Trevor greeted us with a smile when we walked through the door.. he was courteous and helpful the entire time. we felt he was very honest with us and explain things very well. we have been resisting upgrades and changing plans for 9 years and Trevor explain to us how an upgrade would actually save us money. we are grateful for his help and will refer our friends and family to him.

Kenny was very helpful and explained of what me what the costs would be. He took the time to explain all the features on the phone. All questions were answered and I was able to follow his instructions on how to use the phone. Also, I didnt realize until I visited with Kenny how nice and how much I really could use a tablet, so I decided I really need one.

So this was my first time ever in a Verizon store. I was there with my son, we were getting new phones. There were computer glitches and it took three hours to finish. Having said that, the Verizon customer service employee, Fernando, was helpful, pleasant and worked very, very hard to get us set up.The glitches were not his fault, and while the wait was frustrating at times, Fernando could not have been any more helpful. A real professional.

The employees at this location went above and beyond to help me have a good experience. Maddy helped me upgrade my phone, trade my phone in and get me the lowest in store cost possible. Fernando tried multiple times to get my contacts to transfer over and was successful at doing so even with complications. He tried many different routes until he found one that worked. All the employees were so welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be handing future busisness at this location.

However upon speaking with Kenneth I was informed that I could get a new phone for a great price and also receive a student discount which would enable me to upgrade from 2GB/mo to 3 and keep my monthly premium the same. Kenny was a great help to me and I would highly recommend him and this store to anyone who is in need of help with a new or existing plan with Verizon Wireless.
