Really bad experience a few months ago, took my phone in to fix a cracked screen. I asked before I left if they had the claim information from Verizon to ensure what I would have to pay. Dropped my phone off at 11am they said it would be 3 hours. They called me 4 hours later to say there was an issue with the claim, SURPRISE. I didn’t have my phone to do the claim or call Verizon to get anything done. It was very stressful and I kept calling to get the claims codes that were sent to my phone by Verizon but they wouldn’t answer and wouldn’t call back. I ended up having to file a 2nd claim and pay a copay and didn’t get my phone back until 6pm. It was a nightmare!!!

I simply ask them to fix my cracked iPhone screen and it turns into a 5 day ordeal after they broke my home button and kept telling me it is ok even though I almost couldn’t sign in half the time. And even now my Touch ID doesn’t work. The real kicker is that the broken part of the screen was no where near the home button. Would not recommend.

The web showed place open till 7, still does, got there at 5 and no one. Called today before 4, and says on the phone, leave message but can not leave any more messages, ect ... we really loved the one in. Twin Falls.. but this Pocatello office seems to be a joke.

These people are dishonest, shady and do shoddy work. I took my iPhone in for a new battery and was told they had to order a battery, which would be available in two or three days. Three days later I was told it would be an additional six days for a new battery. I took my phone back from them and took it to another placed to be fixed. The home button had been tampered with and the screen had been broken. These problems did not exist prior to turning my device over to ubreakifix. I had to pay to fix the damage they did to my device.

Love how he explained the prices and that I would be called before they do the next level of repair if needed! Very fast service! Amazing value!

UPDATE (They made it right and I am happy with this second interaction)I was reached out to by the company and was able to express my frustrations with what had happened. They were very kind and willing to listen. We then came to an understand and an agreement about what could be done to fix the issue. I worked closely with Dan who did a phenomenal job at keeping me in the loop and letting me know where my device was at and what was going on. I believe that they made it right and I was happy with the interactions I had the second time around. Thank you for the help Dan and everyone who reached out and kept me in the loop.ORIGINALI first brought my spectre x2 in to get a new battery. I was originally quoted around $85. I brought it in and was then told I would be paying around $130. I still decided to have the battery ordered so that I could get it fixed. I then bring my computer back a week or so later to get the new battery put in, this time they said it was once again $85 so I was excited. I leave and about 30 minutes later I get a call saying they ordered the wrong battery. I get there and they say it will be another week or two until the new battery comes in. When I bring it home, they had forgot to connect my battery to my laptop, so I could only use it when plugged in, and would die immediately after it’s unplugged. After about two weeks with no call I reached out and they said “oh it’s been here we tried contacting you” I had never received a call, text, or email. So then I bring my computer over around 3:30pm and they said they could get it fixed before they close at 6. I drop it off and about 45 minutes later I get a call saying that they broke my screen while taking it off, and now they can’t get it turned back on. They then worked on it more and were able to get it turned on with my old battery that died after about 20 minutes, but not the new battery. They then proceed to tell me that my old battery is perfectly fine, when I know it’s not, and said that they could still order another battery and try that one. They also said that my computer screen does still work, but they broke the touch screen and had to disable it. So now here I am, with the same battery I started off with that is bad and a broken screen that doesn’t work anymore. I left worse off than when I originally brought in my computer. This place is incredibly unorganized and careless with their repairs. Where the crack originated in the screen is where there was a screw that the employee most likely forgot to take out, it lines up perfectly. They told me that they were sorry and “At least your battery works” when in fact it doesn’t. They say they could order me a new screen and a new battery to “try again” but I have no faith left in this company, chances are I would leave with a completely useless laptop this time around. I would also probably wait a month or two before they would call me back. I have called the owner multiple times, left voicemails, and never heard back. I will soon be contacting the cooperate office and the Better Business Bureau. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, do NOT recommend to anyone.

The people who work at this store are the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever witnessed. I went into the store just to purchase a screen protector. I waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes and before I could even tell Dan what I was there for he told me they were too busy and I had to leave. There was no one else in the lobby. I tried to explain that I wasn’t there for a repair but he wouldn’t hear it. He kept telling me that I had to leave and that they couldn’t help me because they had to many repairs. I just wanted a screen protector! I don’t know if everyone is like that, but I was very unimpressed.

They’ve fixed my phone twice now and honestly did such a great job can’t even tell the screen was broken in the first place. they also don’t charge an arm & a leg and they are very speedy in the process even if they are super busy!! 10/10 recommend.

Scheduled iphone 11 screen repair appointment 3 days in advance. Drove 30 miles to then be told they didnt have the part but would now order it. They didnt know when it would arrive. Drove to another repair store, had it in stock, repaired it without appointment, same price. Why didnt they look at upcoming appointments and order parts or make calls accordingly?

Horrible experience the other day. Not only was the manager rude to the customer ahead of me, but he was very rude with me as well. I went in on a to get the screen replaced on my galaxy. They said it should only take a day. Since I had no other way for them to contact me, they said they would email me when it was done. So I waited until the time they told me it would be ready and guess what? They never contacted me. So I called them with my room mates phone and they said my phone was ready

This is in regard to a Google Pixel repair, its possible that UBreakiFix is fantastic at iPhone repair, I would not know. We have been super unhappy with their inability to fix our Google Pixel 1 and their lack of reliable communication. We left my phone with them for repair or two issues. They called after a week to say it was fixed and our case was closed out. We went to pick it up and it was not fixed (one issue was but not the other problem). They said they would get right on it. Every week or two I called and asked for an update, each time I was told they had fixed one more thing but now were waiting on another part. After two months I firmly requested that they begin calling or contacting us with updates as it felt like they were only moving when pushed. They did really well for the next week, calling us every couple days to update us on status, and then finally to tell us that our phone was simply not able to be fixed. I asked them to mail us our phone and they agreed. Two weeks later I called to ask for the tracking number. They told me somehow our phone had not been sent but they assured me it would be sent the next day and would call with the tracking number. Here we are . . . two weeks later . . .today I came in person to pick up my (surprise! didnt get shipped after all!) non-fixed phone. Sigh. We will go elsewhere for Pixel service.

After being recommended here by a friend i was not impressed. when i tried to call the store i had to try all day to get through 5+ phone calls. I was told by dan he would call me back multiple times throughout my repair. Never did....3 weeks and no call. I did not know what was going on with my device. just was told one thing after another.

On Wednesday, November 24th I requested a repair on my Nintendo Switch screen. I understood that they did not have the replacement part in store and that they would have to order it. Fast-forward to December 2nd and I leave my Switch with the team for repairs which were supposed to have been completed by 2 pm. I never got a call to indicate that there was a problem with the part that was ordered. Now it is Friday, December 4th and someone is finally explaining to me that the part was defective and that theyll need to order a new piece. Three days later I call them back to find out when I should expect my repair to be completed. The part was never ordered on the 3rd. Now I am told that the next delivery date is Tuesday, December 15th (today). I have yet to receive a tracking number on this supposed shipment and furthermore no one has bothered to call me with an update. Im past being frustrated with these people and fully expect to fight them on paying even a dime for the repairs that should have been completed two weeks ago. This is beyond frustrating and I highly recommend going elsewhere for your console repairs. Follow through and accountability are severely lacking among the staff at Ubreakifix.Now, an update is in order. I received my device back with a complete screen replacement around December 18th. After taking it home I realized that it neither connected to the internet, nor did it allow Joy Cons to connect. I immediately returned with the device and asked them to look it over. They declined stating that there were far too many clients ahead of me. I explained that the malfunction could not be repaired and that since it was them who more than likely broke the machine further, they should be the ones to fix it. They never did offer to diagnose the problem.A month later I finally got back around to dealing with the device. I sent in the device to Nintendo for a repair that cost me $114. Rather than being able to repair it Nintendo replaced the entire console. That tells me that Nintendo couldnt undo the damage that was done by this company. So not only could UbreakiFix not repair the device for $140 but I also had to pay $114 for a replacement. In total this fiasco cost me $254. UbreakiFix is not to be trusted.

They’ve had my PS4 for close to 3 weeks now, I get a different answer of what’s going on every time I call. I constantly get told it’ll be done by a certain day and when I call I found out they haven’t even started.

I am not sure how they fix customers phones, since they surely wont answer any 1 of theirs.Funny thing when I dial it says Idaho Falls,hope the phone is listed correctly.Someone here mentioned, that they will happily match and beat any price.However I also work a lot and have few other commitments so I consider my free time to be a valuable resource.I mean if I would have to jump around this place for half a day in order to persuade them to make a happy customer out of me this kinda kills the sweetness of any deal.

I Fell on My I phone and shattered the screen recently, another repair shop replaced the glass and my speakers both the internal and External quit working, the home button wouldn’t function and I was convinced I needed to replace my phone!I went to ATT to consider my options and after realizing how much new phones were and at ATT’s suggestion I went to UBREAK I FIX in Pocatello where I was greeted by their Representative Madison!She offered a free Diagnostic evaluation and said that it was probably circuitry issues as is frequently the problem with the 7s!2 hours later I was back and greeted by Madison smiling broadly and said my phone was all better!The price was very very reasonable and they have a brand new customer who will share my great outcome with all my friends and associates!Thanks so much for your great technician Madison and the great service you provided me today!Sincerely, Doug Adams

My nearest location was 1 hour away from my home. I wasnt sure I was going to be able to make it at the time of my appointment, so I called to see if I could drop off the Onn tv 2 days early and come back on the weekend to pick it up. They said yes and I dropped it off at 5pm. I ran a few errands and was eatting dinner at 6pm when Madeline called and said the TV was repaired and I could come back. I was so excited that she saved me another trip back to pick it up. She was so friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service.

Well I found out when they repaired my phone it left a clicking noise in my screen and phone separated from the casing. Phone shuts off randomly a few months later and I take it in to a ubreakifix where I live. He said it was not sealed properly by the other location and was allowing corrosion to build up inside.They said they cannot repair it and the other store would be responsible. The other place called back to this store and they lie to us and will not repair my phone.Do not trust repairs here.They refuse to help me after a faulty repair. When it comes to mistakes on their side they take no accountability

Discovered that my note 9 screen was broken about fainted when in jewel was awesome and helped me she put some liquid stuff that didnt get into the crack and at least is holding my screen together found out that a new screen for those is not $900 like I thought it was only a couple of 100 so I will be using this outfit for all my phone needs their amazing jewels the greatest

Good experience, phone looked brand new when finished, the only down side was I was told it would take 2 to 2 and a half hours to complete, then it took 3 and a half. Unfortunately 4 hours later upon returning home screen got broken again.
