To the girl with the pink hair. My husband and I were driving through from Montana and needed a pick me up. We stopped at your Starbucks and you made our ice vanilla lattes perfect! When you travel to many Starbucks everyone like to put their own spin on it, a little more milk, little less ice. You made them perfectly exactly like they are supposed to be! We appreciate it. And I wish I knew your name to give you proper kudos!

Drive thru is faster than in person order. Standard coffee beans they use are a bit more bitter to my liking. I am not sure if they will use custom flavor beans on a per order basis. I would recommend latte if you are a first timer. Or anything with high milk content to cut through the bitterness. If you are lactose intolerant, they do offer plant based milk substitute as well.

Every time I come through the drive through they are absolutely disrespectful. I work at the Starbucks in town and when they recognize it’s me they always do something to mess up my order. Today I ordered a iced chai with light ice and they put extra ice and did not fill it up to the top. Later I noticed the lid was cracked right where the sippy part of the lid is making it impossible to drink out of. There is no reason for them to have so much disrespect especially when a fellow partner comes through the drive through. Starbucks promotes positivity and commonality through a shared love of coffee. It’s embarrassing how consistent they mess up my orders when they recognize that I’m coming through.

They have good food and drinks

The servers are amazing!! They always go above and beyond. One star because a place like starbucks should compensate them better for their work. You guys have enough money to do that.

The blonde girl with short hair who works in the evenings has AMAZING customer service!!! Although, I went to this chain as a last resort because I generally prefer to support small local businesss, she made the experience well worth it. Thank you! :)One small recommendation for headquarters is to please get more vegan options, as there are only a couple of bagel options.

There needs to be healthier options available and the employees should be aware of them. I am a sugar free type of gal, whenever I ask anyone here suggestions on how to make my drink sugar free they do not have alot of information for me on how I can accomplish this. This is quite disappointing, especially for a chain as big as Starbucks!

I absolutely love coming to the location in chubbuck! With things being they are this year and working from home, I dont get many interactions. They are the most pleasant people, never in a bad mood. Happy as can be! Anna and Melody (i hope this is her name, sorry) are the best. I am a manager and im super impressed with them; I would love to have them on my team! The whole morning staff is great (thats when I go). If there is anyway to do something for them, you should! My mornings are bright because of them. Thank you!

Last couple times Ive ordered my double chocolate chip Frappuccino the cup is always messy and leaking in my car. Please make sure you clean the cups before handing to customer.Thanks

We came though and ordered all drinks in a venti, one came in a grande, we ordered a flavored tea with sweetener and got a plain tea, apparently they cant follow simple instructions. They didnt even offer to fix it 😒🤦‍♀️

I have only been to this location a few times, and each time the staff was extremely pleasant. Today, when I ordered through the drive through, the man taking my order repeated my order back to me but it was a completely different drink. When I told him the correct drink, he said ok, then when I got to the window, they gave me the wrong drink. I said, this isnt what I ordered. The staff member said, yes it is. I said, half caff is what it is called? because I didnt order half caffeine. she said, I guess so, have a good day. I received a different drink and even when I tried to have it fixed, I was basically denied or told I was wrong. Im not confrontational enough to raise a fit about it but was pretty disappointed to pay $5 for the wrong drink and be treated that way.

Normally would never write a review, but I came in the other day to get a simple pink drink and saw a short older male employee berating the baristas making my drink. It was extremely disturbing and ruined my experience. I feel extremely bad for her and hope he isnt in a position of power and that this was isolated incident. Will not be returning if I see him

Pink drink is my favorite! ......flavors of Strawberry,  Acai Refreshers with accents of passion fruit and acai combined with Coconutmilk, and topped with a scoop of strawberries.

Probably the best SB in Barrie for space. The space is bright and clean. Staff is very friendly and always greeted with a smile. My only issue is the vents are often blowing right down on you if sitting and working in store.

Waited for long line to get 2 Breakfast sandwiches still cold in the center.Would not accept cash. Not a good representation of the brand standards.

Currently no indoor seating. Restrooms are still available. Good food, good drinks, good customer service.

Stopped by this Starbucks Sunday afternoon on the way home from a long road trip, and Starbucks is always my go to. Not only did the girl get our order wrong, but she also made me the wrong drink. She was very kind and pleasant and offered to remake it so I let her and it was made wrong again. We ordered a Venti Starbucks double shot on ice with cream and vanilla, a Venti guava iced tea, and a tall guava ice tea. We left with One venti dupio espresso on ice(that was the wrong drink) twice and a grande guava ice tea. Thus was all after the gal completely stopped I. The middle of our order to have a personal conversation with her coworker.

Awesome location! Obviously under new management as it has greatly improved! Speedy beverages and great customer service! I am always sure I will get the same great beverage every time! Definitively a 5 star recommendation!

I had the best experience. While driving hundreds of miles today i saw online that theres a Starbucks on the way to Salt Lake City. I stopped by, its a small branch but have everything you would regularly buy at any Starbucks. It was clean, organized, the staff was great, Coffee tasted great too, and everything else was fresh. Thank you especially to Matt who is a very nice and professional barista.

Ive frequented this Starbucks since its opened. And at first the only reason I kept going was because it was convenient and close. But since its undergone new management this place is amazing. I genuinely look forward to going in! The manager and staff are the best Ive ever had the privilege enguaging with. Customer service is on point and the place has never been cleaner and more organized. Thank you Starbucks for a manager that knows what shes doing and has turned this place around.

The female taking my order has a mask on and mousy voice and speaks without making eye contact. Im like what did you say and now shes got an attitude.

Clean bathrooms & fresh coffee

I just stopped on the way home to Idaho Falls for some breakfast and coffee. I had to stop and write this review. I have never had a friendly group of employees at a Starbucks. This place is run right. Good crew. Set me back on the road on the right foot. Thank you for making my morning.

Id rather support our local coffee shops. The service is great, but im not a fan of the product. Once in a while Ill say to myself Ill treat myself to Starbucks, why not? I usually drink drip black so Ill get a flavored latte, and Ill think to myself this just tastes like regular milk latte. I finish my coffee to find all the syrup at the bottom not mixed in. Sometimes its ok to wait that extra two minutes for your coffee.

Always ALWAYS enjoy the people here. Service is prompt, the place is always clean and my coffee is always correctly made. Truly enjoy every visit here.

Very tasty beverages and blazing fast Wi-Fi. We just moved into a new house in a new town. At the time of our visit, our house had not yet been set up with internet access. My kids were like hard core addicts going through withdrawal. We enjoyed our visit to Starbucks very much. The beverages were great and the Wi-Fi was fast.

Costly and grody. Paid 16 bucks for 2 coffees that were gross. No bueno.

I use mobile ordering a lot and they always have it correct and ready when I arrive. Everyone is always cheery and very helpful.

Went through the drive through. It is a long drive through, all the way around the little strip mall. The service the fast, kind and quick! In and out in the drive through in 2-3 mins!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The worst store Ive ever walked into!! Customer service skills were horrendous ! The ladys behind the counter lied to me and my friend. The two women working around 2pm on 09/09/2019 need to be fired.

Fast caffeine fix

They ran out of all breakfast sandwiches, which was disappointing but the staffs friendly demeanor and dedication to make it right took care of our situation. The coffee tasted as consistent as Starbucks coffee should, the staff was nice, coffee came up quickly, and the facility was clean. Theres not much more you can ask for when ordering java and breakfast snackies.

Since the day before it opened, employees have been friendly, shop is consistently clean. Comfortable place to relax for a visit over coffee.

Its Starbucks, and as such the customer service is hit or miss. None of the employees seem to enjoy their jobs, nor do they enjoy working with customers. It is apparent that the employees are either bored or frustrated.Ive visited this location numerous times over the years and it has been the same each time...I definitely suspect a management issue

I adore this cafe! This place has such a unique and homy atmosphere unlike any other Starbucks I have been to. I love seeing the happy and kind baristas doing what they love and creating the warmth that they do.
