The owner is so incredibly wonderful! He chatted with us about the state as we passed through town and gave us recommendations for Craters of the Moon. The coffees were amazing as well! The ambiance of the shop is very homey; we sat at the couch in the front and it’s very comfy. The decor is great here, too!

Walked in at 12:45 with 6 people that all wanted coffee and snacks all at one time. Tom was super patient when some folks were indecisive, and we all had our goodies by 1:05. Delicious and efficient. Thanks again Tom!

The owner is very nice. They sell coffee, tea, treats, cookie baskets, and my favorite the hot chocolate. It was a unique experience to go there. The shop itself was so darling. It had history of the town before with the cutest lightning. I highly recommend this shop even if you just want to pick up a cookie for dessert.

Tried this place out based on the reviews. The barista was right! I’ll be back after I try their coffee! Great flavor with awesome atmosphere. He even offered to bake me some cinnamon rolls because they were out!

Kevin was super disrespectful, I ordered a chai with my own mix since I’ve worked at a coffee shop and know what I like. It was terrible. The coffee wasn’t good at all. I called to see if I could get my money back but Kevin was really frustrated and called my drink weird and got blatantly upset. I would never come back. I was polite on the phone since I’ve worked customer service and know how it is to deal with angry people. Very disappointed. He said he would give me my money back, but at that point I was to uncomfortable. My ice did not look like ice, it was brown ice.

This place is top notch. Excellent drinks, dog friendly (thank goodness! It’s 90 out there today!) AND - the barista is wonderful to chat with. Highly recommend. I’m sad I don’t have the time today to stay and enjoy the atmosphere.

The baked goods are delicious, and my fur babies love the dog treats. The ambiance is very charming and relevant as it maintains the integrity of Old Town architecture. It reminds me of a quaint place I went to in Oregon, sans the elevated pricing. I held a gathering for a nonprofit organization and it was the perfect venue. The proprietors were very accommodating.The desserts are not only adorable but delicious. Perfect for celebrations and gifts.

Main Steam Coffee played a huge part in my finishing my Undergrad, as Im sure it will with my Masters. The atmosphere is, hands down, the best in Pocatello. The owners are, without a doubt, the best in the business - and this is 100% an owner run business! The coffee and goodies are outstanding, there is enough space to feel comfortable sitting down to drink your beverage (and study for half the day), and Tom and Kevin are there for conversation when you need a break, and will respect your privacy while working. Seriously, it doesnt get any better than this!

I had such a great experience here. Came in for coffee and a scone and was sad to see the apple cinnamon was sold out. I mentioned in passing to the owner that that must mean that theyre good and he just happened to have a warm one right out of the oven! Can now confirm: the scones are next level delicious, especially warm. Great coffee and decor too! If youre in Pocatello, definitely add this spot to the list!

Love Main Street Coffee and Desserts, they make the best homemade peanut butter cookies and other delicious cookies. They make very good drinks hot and cold. So go down and See Tom or Kevin they are great guys and youll be treated very kindly.

I drink black coffee and the brand used at Main Steam is very smooth. It tastes great hot or cold. There fresh baked goodies are very tasty! I love going to Main Steam for coffee and conversation.

The Environment here is outstanding! I love the décor and overall vibe the location gives off. Not to mention the staff were kind and happy to chat. The iced coffee is really good, and they put coffee ice cubes instead of normal ice cubes so your coffee doesnt get watered down. Highly, highly recommend for a mid day study session or just a place to come and do homework!

Tom is amazing! Today was my first time coming here for coffee and I didn’t know what to get, he made me the best drink ever! Definitely better then more normal coffee shop. Tom was so happy and pleasant for it being so early in the morning, the drinks looked so beautiful and tasted so good. He definitely has good skills and cares for the people that come in and his job! 10/10 very impressed!

Started going here a few months ago, now its our favorite coffee house in town. Kevin and Tom are very nice and friendly, and the coffee is always top notch. They are also very health conscious with the current pandemic.

From the swanky chandeliers to the rustic brick walls to the granny chic sofa and lounge area, style is abound.The coffee is the best I’ve had with a smooth finish, and the coffee ice cubes keep my iced drinks tasty till the last drop.Tom and Kevin keep the vibe hip and happy. The service might just be the best part of the Main Steam experience.I highly recommend. Best coffee in Poky!

This is by far the most excellent coffee shop Ive been to! The coffee is always fresh tasting and made to perfection. The atmosphere is the most welcoming atmosphere you will experience as soon as you walk in there you feel welcome and feel like you just want to sit down and read a book. The owners and staff are what make the place even better not only do they serve the most amazing coffee but they have all the wonderful treats you can think of all. Not only that its totally dog friendly and theres even snake and drinks for you dog. This place makes you feel like family places like this are what truly make old Town grape I recommend this place to anybody.

First time customer as of today, and Ill definitely be back! Tom is very friendly and you can tell that he cares about his customers. I got an iced drink and love that he doesnt go too heavy on the ice, so you definitely get your moneys worth! Im currently sitting at one of their polished wood tables and enjoying my drink. The ambiance is retro modern, with chandeliers and shabby chic touches that make a great background for an Instagram photo :) Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food/drink and a fun place to meet with friends.

Stopped at Main Steam Coffee today.Had the BEST iced latte ever here!The ice cubes were made with coffee. So no watered down latte as it they melt.Hand baked muffins by the owners. Lemon poppyseed and rich chocolate.Sat outside in the shady courtyard.

Heading: extremely rude staffAfter walking 1.5 miles to get here, while my car was being service, I was greeted by a very rude and entitled person. I mentioned how hot it was and he responded with thats because I absolutely am not turning on theA/C and swirling your germs around. Its less about what he said and more about how it was said. I just turned around and started to walk out. He yelled after me And you didnt even come in wearing a mask He wasnt wearing one and it was not posted anywhere that it was required. I then said to him that I found him to be very rude and I would be reviewing the shop. He told me to tell everyone that he was just looking out for my health. I then told him that it was his rude attitude, not the policies the company may have to protect my health. So. I came down the street to Crafted and had a delicious latte from a friendly smiling face

Main Steam is AMAZING! Their baristas are always kind and compassionate, even if they are busy! This establishment offers the perfect environment to study in, and sometimes offers a clientele that is never too loud or too quiet. Their tables work great for studying at, and their products are delicious. Try their London Fog— one of the only places in town that serves it!

Had coffee here for the first time today. It was so good! The owner recommended a flavor for me since it was my first time and boy does he know what hes talking about! So friendly, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The seating was comfortable, it was cool and quiet. Perfect environment for catching up with friends. He even made my little girls hot chocolate just the right temperature. Prices were reasonable too. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone. Thanks for some amazing coffee!

This locally owned LGBTQ+ friendly establishment is a breath of fresh air after travelling from my home town out east. The staff is great, drinks are fabulous and the pastries are to die for. I am so glad to have found this place.

After leaving one shop where I wanted to sit and study, I was interrupted by two small children. Doing a google search and decide to come to your Coffee Shop. The coffee was outstanding and several different pastry to choose from I spent 3 hours studying. I do recommend any student this is the place!
