I was extremely impressed with the staff of this office. I live over an hour away and they worked with me to fit all 4 of my kids into appointments the same day, the exams were thorough and well done, and they were very helpful picking out glasses for my kids. Even more impressive was how they handled my ex calling in causing problems with insurance, leaving nasty voicemail, just being a pain in general. They handled it politely and with tact and compassion, treated me great working with me to get everything taken care of and were discreet around my kids so they didn’t see what was going on. They have absolutely gone beyond my expectations and I will be scheduling an appointment for my own exam and I can’t give a high enough recommendation.

Flandro seems very thorough. He aways is friendly and listens to any concerns you have. Its staff is very organized and professional. He is a lot better than our last eye doctor. We highly recommend him.
