Sound Source did an awesome job on our new stereo system in our Toyota TRD.... About 4 weeks later we decided to sell.the truck and buy a new GMC 3500 with the fancy tail gate you can turn into an outdoor stereo. So once again went to talk to Kyle, actually twice visited him. He completely forgot about it...surprised us....we were great customers and were giving him fantastic recommendations...Sorry Kyle...

I bought a remote start from Sound Source last year. I used it all winter without problem. Late this summer I started having some weird electrical issues with my vehicle. DJ and the team replaced the entire module and wiring harness for free. I KNOW they stand behind their products and will not stop until they have made it right. I highly recommend this store. I was treated very professionally. After shopping around I found that they were very reasonable for what I needed. They explained the works for what I purchased until I finally understood which technically was no easy task.

My Mother in law went there awhile ago to get her Stereo fixed paid $800 they didnt even fix it! Then paid $300 for a new Stereo left the place to find out, her Stereo didnt work again!! She then asked for her Money back on the new Stereo and they gave her the run around!! I feel they took advantage of her and, Do Not recommend this place! Bad business and, Bad Customer service!!

So this an update. I have 18 GMC Sierra. With an Alpine 5ch Amp, 2 sets of Alpine X-series components for the fronts and backs, 1 rocksford T1 shallow with a custom box and a wavetech module to interface the oem deck to the Amp. All from Ideal Audio.So I point this out because I felt like the system could be better and I kept having wiring issues when ideal installed it. So I decided to give sound source a shot to see if they could find the issue. Not only they found the problem. They said they could change out the wiring, and the module to my existing system for better sound quality. Also, I decided to improve the existing passive system by installing a JL Audio VXi800 to switch it to an active system.The results were astounding! Its like going from a small home theater system at home to going to a movie theater and immersing yourself into the sound! It transformed the components that I had in there from a sharp in your face sound to a warm enveloping wave that washes over you. The power of an active system has turned the 6.5 mids into powerhouses that makes turning up the bass a non-starter. Its so powerful that the alpine components cant handle all the power. My next stage is to move on to a higher end 3 way focal component set.I have to say the work is high quality. They even rearrange my bass knob so its more accessible. They sent me pics to keep me updated on what they did. But my good system now sounds like a great system. Thankyou DJ and The Sound Source crew for the upgrades to my existing system and would recommend this to anyone that wants to take their system to greater limits! I wont lie, yes the cost is higher end but I promise and guarantee you will get what you pay for.

Absolutely the best, easily put on their schedule and had my problem fixed in no time. When my vehicle was done they sent me a convenient text letting me know it was ready for pick up. DJ was fantastic and knowledgeable especially when dealing with all things Sound Source.

Overall, I will not take my pickup anywhere else but these guys. There quality of work and customer service is very good. I took my my F-150 to them with 4 blown door speakers and a messed up Bluetooth system and they helped me out in a very helpful manner while also helping me stick to my budget. I am very impressed with how quick they were able to get my truck in the shop and fixed. Well deserved 5 star rating!

These guys are great, Im a third time return customer. This time I had an issue with my remote start, they troubleshot it, turns out it was my truck, nothing to do with their product. They identified the problem, gave me the solution, and sent me on my way. All in the comfort of an overstuffed chair and good music while I waited.

I will never go anywhere else for any of my audio and electronics needs. I have never had a bad experience working with DJ and the other guys there. The technicians are very knowledgeable and definitely know their stuff. They also stand by everything they sell including the labor. I will always recommend Sound Source for anything in car or home audio, remote starts, and much more.

I spent $150 to have a pioneer deck and steering wheel/onstar/chime interface hooked up along with an antenna adapter part. I got the car back and the speakers were out of phase, they fixed it. The steering wheel buttons dont work right, I was told that I would have to pay extra money to have it programmed or I would have to buy their interface unit which was 50 dollars more. I went ahead and programmed the interface myself which took no more than 20 min. They did a professional job on the hook up and I understand mistakes happen, but I am not happy with the cost nor lack of final programming.

We needed a factory replacement radio for our truck, and Sound Sourcel found one for us at a reasonable price. There was a small issue after installation but Kyle and his team took care of that immediately at their own expense. I would definitely recommend Sound Source!

I spent $1,400 on a system and I would never go back to this place it gives such poor customer service. They refused to fine tune my stereo even though I purchased everything there and they installed it. They glued the satellite radio antenna to my trunk which ruined my paint and I had to get it repainted. I ran into Brian who is now at Marine Pro on Yellowstone and he serviced my stereo even though he no longer works there and didnt charge me anything to fine-tune it.

If you want to feel like your front row at a concert of your choice this is the place to go. DJ has a wide knowledge of components and can steer you in the right direction to get the sound you want. These guess sell a few of my favorite brands such as Focal, JL and Kenwood. In house same as cash financing is available which is a huge plus. Not only do they specialize in car and truck audio but home auto as well. They can set up a whole home audio system that allows you to listen to your music no matter what room you wonder into.

Where do I begin? These guys take pride in every single thing that they do. I told them what I was looking for in a general term, and they took their time showing me around the showroom and everything they have and the advantages and disadvantages of certain things for my vehicle. They didnt try to upsell me and try and double my spending. They were incredibly professional and actually listen and help their customers go a T. ANY issues or concerns I had they gladly took care of me without any hesitation. I have been back numerous times to upgrade my stuff simply because I was so impressed with the quality of them and their work. From my car being stock to eventually dropping almost $3000 into it. Never was my plan, but with the explaining and demos and everything about them, it was easy to see and do that kind of spending for the quality I wanted. Later brought my truck in and had them throw a system in that too. Same experience. NOW have a new car and am going to be taking it in shortly without hesitation because of this company. Any questions or concerns walk in and speak with them. They wont force anything and youll feel comfortable and confident on the knowledge you gain from them and then you will buy something and have the most amazing experience with them.I specifically dealt with DJ a lot and he had always been super professional and friendly. Knows me by name and asks how specific things are working out for me. Had tremendous knowledge and takes pride in everything he does. Do it. Trust me. And everyone else. It will be worth it. Best pricing, availability, speed, consistency, and best business simply around!

Clear communication resolved issues associated with a high end system we purchased a while ago. We are now 100% satisfied.

Finished product was good, kind of hard getting to that point. Was quoted $85 to install new stereo, I had everything needed. Gave them all the information over the phone and thought I was good to go. When I arrived they wanted another $50 to install the steering wheel controls. Even though I told them what I had over the phone. Ended up spending $25 extra instead of $50. When I picked it up later that day there was a static fuzz sound and I asked about it and they said I needed another part because of the Infinity System Amp. Which again, they knew about it over the phone. Of course that cost another $30, which apparently was a deal because they normally charge $40 plus installation. Needless to say I was not happy paying an extra $55 to have something installed and working correctly when they told me $85. I do however like the finished product, but I would assume other shops would be able to provide that finished product as well. I am not sure I would recommend them based on my experience.

Will never get anything done here again. Got a security system and remote start installed. I have nothing but problems. The first day i got it, it started going off while i was driving. Got that fixed. Then it started to not work. Got that fixed. Then it started going off all the time when nothing was even around the car. Then i go to check my fuses and I cant even get to them because the wiring is in front of my fuses. I used to swear by sound source. Definitely not now. Paid over 700$ for the system. One that has a lifetime warranty. Then they tell me they cant replace my fob. It has a LIFETIME warranty. Where they placed the wiring is just ridiculous. It should be tucked not in front of my fuses.

DJ is more than willing to go the extra mile for the customer. He is AWESOME!

I’ve been coming to these guys for for 13 years. Have always had good experiences. Recently bought some speakers from them, went to install them and realized I needed a bracket. Was a bit bummed, as I was told they would go right in. I decided to write a review about that. The owner very promptly responded to my review, apologizing for not telling me I needed a bracket. They then sent me some brackets for free! Very impressed with their customer service and will continue to spred the good word about these guys!

I am very pleased with the work and customer service I received at Sound Source. Just had them install a Stereo amp and lower speakers on my 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. What a job Andrew did. Very professional and clean. Cost was very Fair with the work and hours that was spent doing the job. Due to my work schedule I had to drop it off and the stored it for me for 2 days no cost. I have personally never had them do any service on my vehicles. I have only bought parts here and asked their advice, so unfortunately my information on the quality of their service is 2nd hand.The staff is very helpful, however I have had several friends report problems with the work done here. They either failed to complete the job as promised the first time, or misunderstood the parameters of the job they were hired to do.This is still likely the best place in town for car audio, just make sure your instructions are specific and double check their work before you leave the shop.

Called and tried to make an appointment. The guy said just to come on in. Drove from Utah just to be told they couldnt help me and they are booked into the new year.

Had them install a sub and amplifier and it messed with my stereo. They didn’t fully fix the problem and when I would go in for an appointment I had set they would keep rescheduling me. Waste of time with no results.
