Definitely 0 stars. Had a great experience. For 2 years but all went down the drain when josh wouldnt take the appropiate action when my item got stolen and told him where the people live to get it back. Refused to put the freezer in their name. Refused to help any way possible. Then i find out he allows them to buy a item that is the same price as the item they stole. I WILL never give my service to them again. I also want the $200 of credit you guys have back in my bank account!

In Anchorage i got a smoking deal At RAC at Debar rd. And Bonniface iWas able to rto four BR sets for my kids and a king br for myself $5800 paid cash for half and it lasted, for years after it paid off recieved a coupon for a $500 in store credit. But that was in Alaska.

I really like the way Im treated as a customer, not like other rent-to-on places that make me feel like theyre waiting for me to skip out on payments just because the way I store my info is a little haphazard. They are also very thoughtful when addressing questions about their products in general.

They charged me double for what we had planned + did the same thing to my dad. We told them just to come get the things we got cause we couldnt afford their prices not the one we agreed on. Never came to get it, they just keep calling everyday.
If 0 stars was an option!Bought a washer and dryer, they were both brand new, the dryer broke after about 1year (I was still paying them off) I was given a loaner to get us by, well turns out my dryer was too expensive to fix so they gave us the loaner that had been through lord knows how many people..... 7 months after receiving the loaner it breaks (thermostat goes out) after fighting tooth and nail and calling corporate they fix it. Then 3 days after it gets fixed it breaks again and they won’t do anything about it because I’m not a current customer. Will not be returning!

I personally spoke to your father about his account as well and explained to him that all he had to do was come into the store so I could resolve his issue.
