The address takes you to the store and its a turn around once u get behind the store but if you come from the southside of the store be careful full of cars doing business hours. You will have back your trailer up in the south corner of the parking lot to get pass the cars their. Be careful southside not advised. Use number to call the store and talk to whatever department your delivering for.

The pharmacy at Fred Meyers need to be trained on customer service. Why is it that even when you put a re-fill order in 3 or 4 days before you need it they never have it ready.. Then when you call in to verify if its ready you get one answer, then when you come and talk directly to the pharmacist you get told it will be ready in one hour. Then when you come back to get it you are told its not available for refill??? I dont believe anyone there knows for sure what is going on. I do know that I will moving my and my families prescriptions to another suppler and will be telling everyone about the horrible service that I received.

Coming from Florida I had never been to a Fred Meyer store but now I come here all the time! They have such a large selection of products: movies/video games, sushi, clothes, house decor, books, toys, etc. plus they have a Starbucks inside which is great. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. They have a rewards card which I recommend getting because they do have higher prices on some things. Friendly atmosphere and one of my family’s favorite places to wander around in. ☺️

Jerica at Fred myers customer service is amazing! Patient and has outstanding customer service skills! Jerica was all smiles (in her eyes cause she was wearing a mask) and sounded sincere when saying, Im happy to help when it came to our returns and our member card issues. I appreciate the time Jerica took with us, the humor and how the whole situation was handled. Jerica was very respectful and genuine and a hard worker. I know my dad appreciated how nice Jerica talked to us and treated us with such respect (something we dont normally get because we dont dress fancy).

Has good food and general merchandise but a little higher priced than the competition. They have a shopper card program to lower prices a little but not worth the bother when other stores have a lower price. Has a good selection of high priced healthy organics and other healthy options that other stores dont have. Some of the staff can be annoying. I had a checker argue a produce price, even when I pointed to the sign with the lower price. She claimed the register was right and the posted price sign was wrong. Had to get the produce man to straighten her out.

First time I had delivery of groceries to my house and Boy was I impressed!!! I was updated all the way through the shopping experience. Notified if they had to substitute any items.. I was updated on when to expect delivery time and it was so quick and fast!! Great job team Fred Meyers. I will be ordering more groceries and having them delivered to my door. Overall a 10++ service.

Just got the vaccine but they had the appt wrong in the pharmacy and after the vaccine I overheard one of the pharmacists talking bad about how I missed my appt but it was there tech who scheduled it wrong. I use this pharmacy all the time and have never been treated like this before by the professionals. Very disappointed. They could have at least waited the 10 mins I had to wait to talk behind my back.

I shop here to get cheaper gas, as long as you go to the right checkstand it’s a good place to shop.

Make sure when you purchase glue at Fred Meyer in Pocatello Idaho, its not expired for 12 years. Also, when I was looking for the glue, there were at least 4 Fred Meyer employees standing around doing nothing back in the area where the glue is. Not one of them asked me if I needed help.Some 40 to 50 something year old man was joking around and goofing around with a 20 something year old female. Im not naming names, Im just explaining what happened when I shopped at this particular Fred Meyer store.In addition, the self check out is extremely annoying. The expired glue REALLY irritates me.

I had to return a product and the costumer service staff were particularly kind and helpful.

Fred Meyer is my favorite place to shop for all my household needs. They also have a great garden center on the summer.

Best food in town by far, it does cost more money to shop here but its good quality organic food like produce, meats, dairy, etc... Employees are wearing gloves and mask. The employees have plastic shields at the check out for their safety. Thank you for such a nice store and taking the communitys safety seriously. 😁😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Very expensive prices if your low-income you cant buy their food they only cater to middle class and wealthy people only not everyone cant afford your outrageous prices

They have been reseting some of their suppliers and no longer stocking things they once stocked. Like heat lamp bulbs, and some headlights. Although they did not stock any of the iteams I came for they did supply face masks and require everyone to wear one so I got a free dust mask. People where nice and appologetic for their superiors mistakes in ordering and acted like the higher up people didnt really talk to the floor people to help meet product demand. It was very clean and they carry some better quality stuff. I walked through their supermarket and it seemed very nice.

Employees work so hard to keep items in stock & customers happy. More costumers are not wearing mask or practicing proper distancing.

Dallin in the electronics department is the best! We bought a TV that was on display and he helped us package it up in a box, get it secure and helped load it up and strap it into the back of our truck! He is amazing and deserves a huge raise and lots of recognition 👏 Thank you!!!

The sushi is amazing! The best in town! And the sushi chefs are very friendly. Also, the only place I can find that has amazon products but go out of stock fast, hardly the stores fault though. Good sales.

Great store that is amazingly clean. The management takes great pride in the store, and it shows. Staff is friendly and they easily have the best groceries in town. Especially the bakery and produce. In fact, I wont shop for my produce anywhere else! And I love that the produce department has a healthy snack option for the kids. It is usually either an apple, banana or mandarin orange. Then of course you can always let them get a free cookie from the bakery and a little cup of whipped cream from Starbucks. They also have a playland that you can check your little kids age 2-kindergarten into while you shop! I will happily pay slightly more for a product for these services. And then there are the fuel points!

They had some REALLY GOOD sales going. I seem to forget that they sell clothes. Not anymore though. They have really good quality name brand clothes at affordable prices.

Fred Meyer has a reputation for being more expensive than most other grocery store here in town. While I agree, I also believe that you get what you pay for. I feel like their employees are the best in the business. I have never had a bad experience with one of the Fred Meyer employees. Also, this store offers a lot of health food options that just are not available in this town in such a large store anywhere else. I cant wait for their online grocery ordering system!

This Fred Meyer is great, especially with their new remodel. They used to have a good beverage (soda, beer, and wine) selection; now its quite impressive, compared to the other grocery stores in the area.In the years weve been shopping here weve never had an issue with the service or cleanliness. Everything is clean and in order.While not the greatest prices for a lot of bulk type food items, not always the freshest produce, and not always the freshest meat, they do have a pretty solid seafood section and their in-house sushi bar is surprisingly good for a grocery store.

Really like their recent remodel. They have great specialty items. Great health food and specialty food sections. They are definitely the most expensive grocery store in town. Their gas station has great prices and rewards for money spent in the store.

I like shopping here. Id rather shop here than Walmart any day. Theres a wide variety of everything from toys, books, electronics, a garden center, clothing, groceries, deli, Starbucks and more. Theres also a cozy spot to sit and eat food since you can order sandwiches and other items. We usually shop here for clothing, toys, garden supplies, and we often buy food from the meat and seafood department. I would have to say they have some of the best seafood in their department than anywhere else in town. My only complaint is the prices are much higher than most places in town. I will usually only shop for clothing, toys, and electronics when there are coupons or other deals going on.

Great storeLove the meat and produce departments in particular. There is a growler filling station that always has interesting choices. They have a nice clothing department. Their garden department has everything you need for a beautiful garden.

Conveniently located. Finding paring is fairly easy. Only complaints are the higher than average prices. It is nice for a one stop shop though. They have the gas station, and inside, a pharmacy which is awesome and groceries and cloths as well.

Fred Meyer is really classy and has a lot of good items to buy. I got my favorite yogurt for $0.40 a piece and sports nutrition bars are really cheap. It is a bit more expensive for some things for in general I would say that Fred Meyer is a great store. I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends or my wife. Thanks Fred Meyer!

It is a nice enough place to find what youre looking for. Has a good variety of products. 90% of the employees are friendly and helpful. Prices on some items are a bit too spendy though. Good variety of electronics, like for video games.

Fred Meyer has always been a very nice one-stop shopping place with their broad selection of food, household and clothing lines. However, since their remodel project completed last year we have had a very difficult time shopping there. The merchandising flow seems all out of sync with addition of organics just plunked down in the middle of the grocery section. Now the store seems to have no logical flow from section to section, from department to department. Hence, we now shop Winco.

Always a nice and clean store. Prices are a little higher then other places but their customer service and more exotic selection of products makes up for that.

This is my go to store. Food, clothes and automotive in one place and not so big that you get tired just going in the door.Their discount sales are really good for your bank account.They could really use a bigger deli section, but the fresh sushi section is great.Love the discount at their gas pumps just for shopping there.

Milk is 1.79/gallon. I shop both Fred Meyer and Walmart keeping an eye on prices. I like Fred Meyer here because it has a gas station and with the Fred Meyer card (not credit card, just the shopping specials card) you get a substantial discount on gas. The Fred Meyer here is huge and well stocked. The staff is eager to help. Its clean and easy to navigate.

The store itself was great. However your cashier sucked. He was all about visiting with the customer about his Pug dog. After standing in line for 10 minutes or so finally left my items, that I had already put on the belt there and told him when he was finished talking he could put my stuff back. While I was standing there several people got in line behind me and all left the line to find a different line. Being friendly is great but do your job while your at it. I then went across the road and purchased my items at Winco.

Always well-stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are probably a little higher than most people are used to in Pocatello, but the stuff youll be buying whether food or otherwise is higher quality. There is also a lot in their grocery section that you wont be able to find anywhere else in town. They do offer a rewards card so that you can take advantage of their sales, and the reward points you earn help save you money on gas.

I think the produce from Fred Meyer is better than other places. Just like any other grocery store, parking is crazy before any holiday, but its worth it when you get good quality items.

Best selection of health food in town. Fresh cooked meals, great beer selection, all at pretty decent prices. Almost everything you need in one stop. Sushi is made on site and prepared very well.

I love to shop here. It is always an adventure. There are so many things to see. The food is always so good and they have unique stuff you cant get anywhere else. Today I had a really great experience. I had a problem cashing a couple of gift cards. Instead of refusing to cash them and sending me away Mikah( I think she was a manager) helped me. The cashier who helped me was very kind as well. Mikah went to the trouble to call about the cards and see why they werent being accepted. She solved the problem and I used my gift cards. I was touched by her kindness. She made me love this store even more. Thank you Mikah for your outstanding customer service. You really made me smile today.😊

The service here is exceptional and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of healthy organic foods, fresh produce and fresh meat and seafood. They also have a wonderful garden center and a great selection of stuff for the home be it furniture, decor, or appliances.

Shopping here is well worth the extra five bucks youll spend. Id pay twice that just to not have to go inside Wal-Mart

Very overpriced but they have great mega saving sales. It’s usually very clean and well stocked. The bathrooms seem gross even after they clean them. The staff can be annoying, they watch me even though I’ve never given them any reason to. There’s a few cashiers I love seeing but the bad ones ruin it for me. I rather pay less, skip their rudeness and head to Walmart.

Slimy and sneaky marketing attempts. Signs stating a sale were placed over multiple sections of clothe that were not actually on sale. The clothes that were are on sale werent clearly marked and the sign was confusing. Additionally the arrangement of boys vs girl toddler clothing is truly irritating. I dont enjoy the scavenger hunt of trying to figure out where each gender is placed especially since the racks of clothes are jammed pack that its nearly possible to maneuver a cart through them. I was also disappointed in the selection of boy clothing. i was hunting for long sleeve shirts and not many could be found.Also, I understand that this store has fresh fish available to purchase but maybe the smell could be dealt with somehow.So dissatisfied with this store.

Probably one of the highest priced grocery stores in Pocatello, but they also have the best selection. A large footprint gives them space for lots of variety, the best produce selection in town, house made sushi, Starbucks, artisan cheeses, a large organic selection.. and then there is all of the home goods, clothing, garden center, etc.

Fred Meyer has lots to offer and has recently added Board Head meats at their deli! Boars Head is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of their sandwiches!

To those who complain about things not always being stocked. Remember who brings in that stuff and with todays driver some cant make on time delivery! As for prices going higher, thats not on the store. Its on the transportation as a whole. Deliveries get delay, shipping rate goes up and so does price of groceries. I love Fred Meyer!

It is alright,beer selection used to be much greater and a lot of items are overpriced compared to Winco,but cheaper than similar ones in Albertsons.Always friendly employees,unlike Walmart they still use live people to check you out which is pretty nice.

Clean, wide aisles, great lighting and quality products. More expensive than WinCo and Walmart but store brand Kroger is much better quality than Great Value. If you take advantage of their Fuel Rewards program it helps offset the cost and you end up with a better experience overall.

We like Kroger generics. Though sales are sketchy a sign for oj was sale 3.49 for 1/2 gallon then she looked at savings it said 0.00 so she had me come over to look at it . I just shook my head. The people working there are nice and we like the more extensive cheese selection.Plus they have good Baker potatos
