I literally cannot think of a positive experience I’ve ever had with FedEx. Unfortunately, this is the service used for a lot of the purchases I make. If a package isn’t carelessly left in the driveway, or front walkway, or in the middle of porch steps it’s usually late. I would say FedEx has delivered a package late 1 of every 3 packages they deliver. Many times they push their original delivery date back MULTIPLE times. They used COVID as long as they possible could, and often times still do, now I’m sure they’ll blame supply chains at the ports for goods delivered within the US. I would love for all mail service to be privatized, however, FedEx gives me serious pause thinking they’d be responsible for even more deliveries.

Have tried and tried with no avail to have FedEx put package by door instead of throwing over fence by sidewalk being excessively easy for porch pirates. UPS and USPS both do this without ever even asking. I wish companies would not use FedEx.

Staff at their facility in Pocatello was very helpful. Every FEDEX driver until today May 28, 2021 have thrown our packages out on the road claim they delivered it. Our neighbors saw this & pick them up and brought them to us. However The young man today restored my faith that there are still honorable people in the would. I wish I had his name he deserves recognition Id like to say thank you for reading the package that included our phone # just in case you had trouble finding our house. Thank you so much😇🙏

Very friendly staff and very helpful

Very helpful tracking our replaced package, giving us the info where it was. Happy to say it was delivered. The other Fed Ex ground lost, misplaced our 1st pkg for Xmas very disappointed. Never was found.

My package was delivered to somewhere other than my house. And you can not call anywhere and talk to a human. What a pain. So frustrating!!!

Really easy to ship packages, and employees are willing to assist people with disabilities move their packages.

I spent $350 on shipping a pet snake to me and they lost the package all day it didn’t arrive when they said and because of that my snake died and they didn’t do anything to fix the issue

Lady at the counter would not let me take my kids package because it didnt have my name on it. I had the tracking number and everything. She made me send it back and have the sender change the name. What a Joke.

Super awesome service on some last-minute copies we needed RIGHT NOW on a Saturday morning. I wish I could remember the girl’s name behind the counter, but she was super friendly and helpful. I do know she’s from McCammon though from a conversation she had with another customer - go Mud Ducks!

Friendly service

I came in to pick up a package that didnt get dropped off. The store front was incredibly busy because it was before Christmas. There really wasnt any room to wait and I had to keep my baby as best I could away from the front door that kept opening and blowing cold air. It took forever to get my chance to ask about my package.

Tracking said it would show up on Friday. Loaded onto truck. Opened up my business between new years and christmas to make sure my customer got this package when he needed it. Then the tracking says that Local delivery restriction - Delivery not attemptedRecommended action: No action required. Delivery will be re-scheduled when conditions improve. I call Fedex and they say they chose not to deliver it because of a local holiday. Complete BS. Its the 27th of December. What holiday? I cant even drive down there to pick it up because apparently they dont let you do that. Complete garbage. The IF facility went out of their way to get me a package I needed but Pocatello likes to make up holidays.

Here is the problem with the FedEx Ship Center. They wont do anything for USPS. I went in there needing a stamp and envelope. They would not mail the letter they could express it for me. It was being mailed 20 miles away. Im not paying FedEx anything when a stamp cost $.50

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I overnighted an envelope and was not warned that there is no guarantee of delivery during Xmas season. 48 hours later still not delivered. Rudely told that it was not their problem. Will never trust or do business with these people again!!

Friendly staff and quick service

Paid these jokers $72 to overnight a simple envelope. Three days later, the envelope still had not arrived. Refused to provide even a partial refund of the $72.

3 different times now, FedEx has delivered packages to the wrong address. The people that work at the local office are very courteous and helpful, but the drivers dont seam to care at all.

Used them to ship stuff to our solider while he was deployed and stateside always arrived in a timely manner and intact.friendly staff

Dropped off some paperwork. Went back to work and realized I had not signed the documents. Called FedEx. All they have is a 800 number. They could not give me a direct number to the location. Huge hassle to get them to hold the package. Took over 1/2 hour. Going UPS.

FedEx is definitely a great business solution for shipping ecommerce.

The delivery driver from this location left a door tag (twice) indicating that delivery had been attempted, and that my package would be available same-day after 5 pm. THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 5 PM!!! It is literally impossible for me to recover my package. Further, it is literally impossible to directly call this specific location. Awful customer service

This place is a joke. DO NOT USE fedEx in Pocatello. They just cant figure out how to deliver a package. They know to drive it around town to go some where else then back but they can get it to you house.

Always have issues if them or trying to get help from them we try to go through ups as much as possible
