EDIT - After going in and speaking with the supervisor, they were able to pull up some information that can help me dispute my lost return. Thank you!Dropped off an Amazon return a few weeks ago. The girl scanned my QR code and I left. Amazon never got my return and I am being charged for the item. If I look up the tracking number it says it was never shipped, therefore, I am unable to file a UPS claim. Their customer service line is automated and no help. Now Im out a couple hundred dollars. Wonderful.

I stopped by to drop off an Amazon return and the employee behind the counter told me this is a shipping business and we shouldnt be managing your returns. He was very rude and definitely shouldnt be working with the public. Ive always had good customer service there but Ill definitely avoid going there if hes working.

Im not saying I doubt the 1 star reviews on this post, I have no idea about those. But for me, when I called for assistance, the person I spoke to working there, went out of their way to assist me in getting my problem taken care of. I did feel they surely went the extra mile in getting my issue resolved. They were polite and spoke to me as a person.

The staff is friendly and always quick to help. The store is always busy but it is because they are so good at their job. Hopefully they will open a Chubbuck location soon. Great service!

The UPS store #1988 in Pocatello is AMAZING. The staff there helped me so much with a research study that required 40 medical devices be sent out to separate participants and then returned to me. The study lasted over a month, and I was in the store 10+ times. Alex, Brandon, Emilie and the rest of the employees at this store were so helpful. They set up a house account, packaged, updated me on the best shipping rates and options for both sending out and getting return labels, shipped everything quickly, handled a last minute intercept for a delivery that was already on the truck, and handled two claims for respondents that lost their package seamlessly. Alex was prompt to return my phone calls when I had a questions and handled everything quickly. Could not be happier with the service and attention to detail I got from them. Highly recommend the store for all shipping needs. THANKS AGAIN!!!

I went into the store for an Amazon return today 06/02/2021 at about 4 pm. I went to the counter where it says returns and had my code ready. The people at the desk said I had to wait in line, which was at least a dozen people long. I was under the impression that you were not supposed to have to wait for Amazon returns. There were 4 people behind the counter helping 2 customers. I think the manager needs to do some training.

I tried to return two Lava Lamps to Amazon. They measured the boxes and said they were 16 and a quarter inches. They stated that the maximum for return is 16 inches so they could not return them in the big boxes and tried to charge me $4.25 per item, despite the full Amazon boxes they had bulging well past a quarter inch on top. Do not go here if you can help it, ridiculous customer service.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve dealt with.......including Verizon and the courthouse!I spoke with one counter associate, and was told my package may be extra due to packaging, and Not to worry, I could box it again to get normal rates and make it cheaper. He told me to fill out my paperwork and they would find the cheapest way. When I was ready, the first gentleman wasn’t available, so another associate helped me. This is where things went bad.The next associate said it would be $90 due to package irregularity. Remember, I was told I could box it differently to save money. At this time I was given a run-a-round about the package being irregular inside of the box we put it in, and the thought that:“A box won’t change that I known its irregular inside”.Then they said:“Well, it’s heavy and they needed to add a surcharge for weight.”It was 33lbs! I asked if my account was being used so I could utilize my discount, and was told all they had was a counter rate. Which is a lie. When I asked for a manager the phone was given to the assistant manager, who was more rude than the counter associate. When I told her how short and unhelpful the second associate was, She asked:“What do you want me to do?”I asked for a manager, and alas, the same thing. Rude, short, and aggressive and not even willing to hear my issue. Well, if I could give negative stars, I would. Fed-Ex didn’t even have to earn my business, UPS gave it to them.Zero stars!

The UPS store in Pocatello says it is open until 6:00, but upon arrival at the storefront, the sign says they closed at 3:00. Thanks a lot. I just traveled 30 minutes to your store and this was not a good surprise.

The truth about the ups store is that every employee just wants to do the right thing. They are all very helpful. I have very much enjoyed all the work I have had done here.I’ve seen some bad reviews all based on amazon returns. I just want to put out there, if it’s a complaint about amazon don’t be mad at ups.

The overall functionality with the manager and employees at the UPS Store seems to have been worse at this the past few weeks. I came in 2 weeks ago to ship packages for my business. The manager, Brian, seems to be on drugs, having a mental breakdown, or just burnt out. The employees also seem clueless. This particular location seems to have a high turnover rate. I wont be coming here anymore. Id also be interested in purchasing the building for my business, as well as purchasing the former Maverick property and Prestige Annex building. If anyone can get me into contact with the owners I would greatly appreciate it. Also, the parking at this location is dangerous and horrendous.

If I could post zero stars I totally would. I have used them a few times to print online orders and just about every time they have gotten it wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times, but yesterday I went to grab my orders and they told me first they didnt have them (which they called me to tell me they were done, so not sure how that works.) Then they had things in my order that were laminated from orders back in August instead of the order I placed a few days ago. One time I had lamination and they didnt even laminate it. I am taking my business elsewhere because I shouldnt be paying for things I am not even receiving. They are extremely unorganized and super unprofessional. Head to Office Depot if you need printing services.

Im not your normal customer because I dont live in the area. I have had a mailbox here for many years. They have always been really friendly and willing to help. Sometimes the people higher up than the manager here try to make life difficult for the local management and some people with boxes like mine, but the manager and workers have always really bent over backwards to help. They do a great job for me

A small package worth several tens of dollars was dropped off at the UPS Store where it cost several dollars to mail it by USPS. The UPS Store lost the package, which never made it to the USPS. Now, we have to reimburse someone a significant amount for the item lost. When you try repeatedly to call the local UPS Store, they do not pick up but shunt the calls to a non-local central UPS Store company call facility. So, you end up getting no help locating your lost package. Avoid this store. D.Arnold

Go to the one on Garret Way (company store).I had to return a small Amazon purchase that freighted through UPS (for free) and I decided to stop by this location. Everything was going smoothly until I was told I had to pay for the packaging. I asked, Why, this is a simple return, where are the free parcel bags?. I was then told rather bullishly, This is NOT a UPS location, we are just a UPS store & we do not carry those..Just $2.76, but upon further review, the Actual UPS store would not have charged.~~~ Customer beware, as the worker explained, They are NOT an UPS store. Franchise stores have separate cost and rules.~~~

Ive only used the UPS store for shipping the occasional package, though I understand they offer PO boxes as well. The prices are the same as what youd find anywhere else for similar services. The staff has always been helpful and efficient. If I dont have the right box or sufficient packaging to ship an item, theyre great about helping me out.

This location is fast and friendly for drop-offs. I use it all the time.Some people put up bad reviews when they themselves did not do basic research to determine where to handle refunds. A simple Google search shows that refunds and the like are handled at the Pole Line Road location. The dumb and dumbers need to school themselves, not spill a mistake they made onto a Rate and Review site.

I don’t appreciate stealing. To the staff member who picked up my package to be returned to Amazon and never actually returned it: I’m out $90 and will never get my money back because NO ONE has record that it was picked up.The guy that stole my package was out delivering/picking up packages in American Falls at 3pm Thursday December 21st, 2017. I hope corporate sees this post and penalizes him.

The manager and the employees at this particular facility are the worst. This is the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with!!! This isnt the first package I have sent before. They will literally add 20 lbs to your package so that they can charge you more. Checked with ups customer service and they Company Customer Service told me I was over charged. The manager displayed the worst customer service ever. He literally got angry at me for questioning the charge.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. During the busier times you can tell they try hard to complete each costumers need thouroughly and still be quick. Clean store. Offers lots of services! (po boxes, shopping, colored copies, banners, business cards, etc)

We have gone to UPS store on Yellowstone for a long time. Now we are switching to Fedex for two reasons:1. The customer service has gone down hill . We actually had a UPS agent tell us he knew what he was doing and not to question him. I pursued my questions anyway and found that he had included the wrong return address on packaging and had to insist that UPS database records be changed. The agent made me wait for this to occur stating that he needs to take care of other customers first. I went back on line of about 3 other people, wating until the agent was ready to expend some time to recheck and make the changes to an incorrect address. He insisted everything was correct but when I showed him the ticket receipt with incorrect addres, he looked frustrated, quickly made changes, gave me a new print out and turned to next customer without and appology for error or anything.2. Access to this store off yellowstone is difficult, parking is very limited easpecially during busy periods. While we understand its become an issue and adds to fist issue.

I had an issue where a package was supposed to be delivered to a Corporate Building and the driver used an old signature of an old employee and then said that a package was delivered when it wasnt. Not honest and extremely frustrating.
