Love this brand. Amazing quality and amazing customer service. Ordered an intake a little over a year ago and has initially only used the short ram application, and upon recent attempts to install the full thing, I noticed that the second piece of piping was an incorrect fit(old inventory). Messaged injen and received a prompt and professional response. The issue is being rectified and I couldn’t be happier.

Placed order on April 24th. Was told I would have my order in 6 week or less. It has now been 59 days and I was just informed that it will now be another 2 weeks before my order is even shipped. No customer service. Was just told I can cancel and get my money back... That was there solution to waiting a month longer for a product they were already paid for. I understand that with Covid there may be difficulties, but I wasnt even informed that my order was delayed an extra month.. I had to email them and ask them where product was before I was told. Dont buy products from this company unless you want to wait 3 months for it to get there

I was looking for an Air Intake that fit my car, their customer service (Lucas) was excellent, I didnt know there were three hours difference between their place and my location, and even at 9 am my local time (6 am California time) Lucas (Customer Service) was helping me with my queries. I ended up buying the Air Intake. I will post my review of the Air Intake once Installed.

I bought my air intake used without the carb legal sticker..and their customer rep, Lucas, made it all possible. Came in the mail within a week.
