Every time I think I need a part they sell me what they know I need rather than selling me on a whole new engine like most other places. They are definitely more knowledgeable then their competitors. Poor phone skills. Im not going to bother even going into the place with that kind of negative attitude. Maybe the guy had a bad day with the Mrs or the sancha, but no reason for that to come through to a potential customer on the phone - that they now just lost.
