We just get the key for our dream home last two weeks. After several looking for the kitchen and bathroom remodel supplier. Elite Stone is my final stop. I purchased all my kitchen and vanity cabinet with countertops in their Santa Ana Store. They are in my budget. They have lots of selection for Quartz countertop and different style of wood cabinets. Really nice showroom and great customer service!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!!! They have continuously sold us damaged countertops and do not allow our driver to check it - they know they are selling damaged goods, but sell it anyway. When I call back to have them rectify it, they are the rudest - worst possible customer service! Their customer service team and their warehouse team is the WORST! The warehouse guys, especially, is extremely rude and has used unfavorable language towards my driver and myself when I spoke to him on the phone. I have NEVER encountered such behavior from any company! I suppose they are busy so they simply dont care about customers and sell damaged material without remorse. Businesses arent built that way! Once things calm down and they are not as busy, they will realize the repercussions of offering such poor customer service.

They have cheap prices but you must be aware that with cheap prices comes bad customer service.

Set my plans over for a quote. I was promised I would have one by the end of the day. I called a couple of times the next day after not hearing from them. No return phone calls. You be the judge. Heaven for bid you would have a problem with your order Or installation. You would never hear from them

Elite Stone & Cabinets did a wonderful job with our cabinets from start to finish. Lily helped us and gave us great customer service from the beginning to the completion of installation. The installers were great too. Great price, Great service, over all I would rate them a 10!

Buy a kitchen. Which has been coming to me in parts. I already have 3 weeks waiting for the whole thing to finally arrive. The check has already been cashed. I had to return art from the pieces that have been coming to me more than once because the measurements are wrong or the color is not the same.
