The manger and rep that helped me out went above and beyond to make sure that all my info from my old phone transferred to the new one. I was worried because the last time I changed phones I went to another AT&T and they erased all my data. Everyone was very nice and helpful really glad I chose this store.

Just want to share my experience with Diego. He originally helped me and my family at the Rialto/Fontana store and because of his impeccable service and customer centric approach, my family and I will be his long term/lifetime customers. I found out that he moved stores; but that didnt deter me from going to his new store even tho it was farther from where I live, still drove there solely because of the iconic service he has displayed in the past. He is a gem to his company!! Great work Diego!!

I received excellent customer service from this At&t store. In had such a dilemma and needed personal help right then. When I went in, they were socially distancing, so I patiently waited and looked around. It was worth the wait because the representative that assisted me answered all my questions, took a payment and helped me with some new products that I really needed. Amazing customer service. Great promotions and discounts given. I was impressed with David De La Cueva, not only was his patience impressive but his understanding was great! We not only added two new lines to our account but all of us got new phones. David was also very straight forward, there no was no scams or lies coming from him. I will recommend everyone who is interested in buying new phone to come here! And meet with David! His manager JoJo was the main person who was able to do all of this!

Grace was awesome she was very informative about the information I needed ! Would recommend her!Update: 2months and some days later. I realized my bill had gone up. I call ATT to ask why and she changed my plan when I specifically asked her not to. She did not say anything about the changes. All I did was purchase a new iPhone 11 and she said that because I UPGRADED HBO max was apart of it. That was lie. Billing said I only have it because she changed the plan not because of the phone.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would rather be on hold for over an hour then to deal with the rude manager/supervisor that was there. I just went in for a quick question and the manager made it more then obvious that he did not want to help. The new female employee tried her best to make up for his horrible attitude but wow. I was shocked with his attitude I was so upset I just asked them to remove my ATT SIM card so I can leave. That was my last day as an ATT customer

Amazing customer service from Johnnie, I had to leave the AT&T store in Chino off of grand because of how rude they were. They basically tried to kick us out because they were an hour away from closing. I came in to make a phone payment and as I asked if he could help me, I purchased a headset from wal mart needed an adapter...it all ended with me purchasing air pads better quality.
