I bought a wifi speaker a little over 2 weeks ago of April 2021, speaker did not work well, it sounded horrible on high volume anyway I kept receipt an original packing tried to return/exchange the store manager refused to exchange or refund, to me that horrible customer service I didnt even have it 3 weeks an only used 3x ...if I were you dont go to this metro pc or any for that matter

Went to connect my iPhone but they claimed that they could not use the SIM card therefore I had to purchase a new one. Waited about 45 mins because they said they were having trouble. They claimed they fixed it but my phone did not have service whatsoever. Went back 10 mins later and they took another 45 mins to keep trying to fix the issue. In the end they charged me $50 and they didn’t even connect my phone. They claimed the IPhone was locked. If you know anything about iPhones Apple sells them unlocked ! They said I would have to call customer service and fix it myself after charging me. Would not come here again!

In and out Plus the son and dad are some real down to earth peoples. I recommend if u need anything pertaining to a phone they got the hook up and reasonable prices I pay four lines and theyare swell

Nothing special. Buy minutes, phone accessories, etc.. Spanish n English speaking. The outdoors of this place doesnt look like its being well maintained. Also lots of homeless n drunkards around the area. Wouldnt want to be around here at night, specialy with family. Many other cell places I can refill at in better areas.

Very Hot Girls ready to help you all the time! They are Polite and basically know everything bout cell phones. That cellphone place became my fav spot now. I prefer to go there than anywhere else. I basically Pay my cellphone bill, my home bills and now they even have computers for customers to use. Not free thouhg..hahaha. Like the place...and pretty girls.

It was ok. The workers r bounching from room to room but the isnt so bad and the workers surely r way better then the cooperate office near WalMart.
