So I went into the store today and boy let me tell y’all I got assisted by Nathan store associate he’s awesome, sweet and very helpful !! I needed information about iPhone 7 and he gave me that good quality information, if you need to pay bill or anything please talk with him Nathan with the curly hair and black poppin nails 🔥❤️😁

Went in for a replacement phone and Manager Anna went above and beyond to assist me!! I was absolutely satisfied with the service that this will officially be my home store!

I went in to see how much to replace my husbands phone and the cheapest one was $19.99. Turns out that they charge an “upgrade” fee even if the phone is a downgrade. When I asked the guy with the painted fingernails and bandaids all over his face (he was very difficult to look at because the nose ring was removed leaving a bruised hole from the piercing, in plain site). He seemed to not know the answer to any of my questions and spoke in such a condescending tone that I wouldn’t have accepted a phone from him if he’d offered to pay me to take it. His smugness was unacceptable and I will not go back to that store again.

The worst branch in California specially the worker her Name Anna she don’t serve at all

Ive had them for over a year and have no complaints pay as you go good service especially in the hills. I get great service all over. My contract was over with a phone carrier and decided to give it a try and I love them I never have issues or any problems. They always have great phone specials.

This is one of the few stores I am happy with, they really make you feel appreciated, and the manager ana, is very friendly and polite, had a great experience switching carriers, thanks cricket
