It was great experience.. it was my first time in this location so it was nice to get to meet their team. They were very helpful, kind and informative.

Hard to find older PS4 and XboxOne games. A lot of these newer games are not worth full price, so being able to play something right away is more convenient than waiting a week or more to get it in the mail. These stores only have whats current, same goes for POP figures. Customer service is usually good and helpful, but dont know much about games or whats going on in gaming industry.

This is just the best GameStop ever! Real game heroes even shop here ! Noctus is here right now from Final Fantasy 15!!

I understand Covid-19 has put a strain on GameStop locations and employees however that does not excuse terrible customer service. I called 3 times prior to coming to the location to confirm curbside pickup for my item and no one answer the phone. I got to the location and stood outside as the employees Alex and another employee girl sat in the chairs just looking at me. The guy finally waived at me and told me to call the store phone as I explained to him waiving that I already called 3 times. Mind you I was standing outside for at least 5 minutes before I was even said anything to. Again I understand not being in contact with customers and employees first, but common sense and customer service should advise to at least get up and see if I had issues trying to get in contact with them. I will not be back to this location and I probably won’t even be back at GameStop as it’s a falling business anyway

I can understand that they are busy but they dont seem to ever answer the phone. I called in a few times with plenty of time in between each call but they did not pick up. I decided to just arrive and when I get there I see two associates and no one in store with both just having a conversation and ignoring any phone calls from other customers. To make matters worse when I was buying a game it was completely gutted whitch is why I was calling ahead to try to avoid. I used to like the people who work there but a recent change in staffing really ruined the customer experience. It used to be a decent location that can hopefully get back on track.

My go to GameStop. Always have what I need. Service is good. Could it be better yes. Always. Its GameStop.

Great place!! Its smal, but it more than makes up for its size in the tenacity and friendliness of its employees! I wish I remembered the name of the guy helping me, but he was great. Asked what I was looking for, helped me find it right away. even apologized for being on the phone, despite the fact that it was a purely professional call about inventory, as if Id be upset! I bought an iced Kait Controller and Gears 5 Ultimate edition, he even helped me use my rewards to get the Jack Drone set!! Thank you again you sly sales guy! Will definitely be returning to this gamestop next time I need equipment and games 😁😁😁❣

Didnt go to GameStop metro is next door owned by private owner this metro was very welcomeing I suggest that you go to the main store or Rio rancho the corporate metro theyre very nice there

This company really knows how to hire their peeps. Its extremely rare that I encounter a GameStop worker who isnt friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nuffin but top notch customer service at this location, all love.

Kelly was super rude, wanted to buy a game for myself and she didnt sell it to us because she thought it was for my brother who was under 17. When the other day the employees let me buy a game with my brother and etc. Kelly if you dont like your job then quit it.

My nieces birthday I went to my nearest game stop..got a game reserved for pre purchase..she loved the gift I loved the helpfulness of the staff..they made it so easy for me ...Im not anywhere close to being a gamer but the staff knew exactly what game she wanted..A plus 5 stars..

There were alot of good games and figures/toys, it was so hard to choose on what to buy. So, in conclusion, gamestop is a great store.

Good place if youre into gaming (Im not)

Be damn careful of these guys. I bought a console and found one cheaper somewhere else so I decided to return it. Apparantly I voided the warranty by removing some screws and taking out an entire part of it and now they wont accept it, this is literally the day after I bought it. All I did was play one damn game for like an hour and put it back in the box a couple hours later. I called support and they told me the guy was supposed to refund it. So they basically sabatoge your stuff to keep you from returning it.

GameStop is the main place I purchase Xbox and Ps4 games. Good friendly service. This store is located in a shopping center with lots of other stores, including a Walmart Neighborhood and a 99 Only Store along with pizza, burgers and sandwiches.

Came here to just buy one game ended up waiting in line for a 25 minutes because the lady in front of me was having some issues with a coupon, that wasnt my problem the problem was the guy working next to him kept working on putting away stuff when he couldve saved me a lot of time spending just two minutes checking me out, and helping his fellow employee instead of him feeling bad that he couldnt help me
