He did an outstanding job on my bike, he listens to you on what the issue might be, he took his time to evaluate 110% the bike, and he shows you picture of every single steps he does. I am really satisfy with his performance, my bike is back and running 100% and super excited to ride my bike after o long time of having it sitting in my garage. Thank you Anthony for your patient, time, and dedication you put on my bike, you just treated it as if was your own! I have a 2009 Suzuki GSXR 600cc, that I had Anthony work on. To be honest, it can be a little pricey, but you DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Just like other people stated, he is very METICULOUS, on the projects he tackles. For example, I had my wheels done by a gentleman that Anthony knew. When they came back not to his high standards, he was quick to tell the gentleman to do them again without hesitation. Anthony truly take pride in his work, and knows the value that the customer spends.One thing that not many shops do is take pictures. He will show you before and after pictures, and lets you see the difference. He will also let you have all the info (including pictures) with a USB, that you can bring, and have for your personal records.The performance on my bike is mind blowing, like night and day difference. The clutch, when shifting gears is smooth like butter and quick to respond to the rider. The engine tune was phenomenal, and ready to unleash when given throttle. Q (his highly skilled technician) is Anthonys other technician that also worked on my bike. Just like Anthony, Q is very knowledgeable and a different breed as a technician.In conclusion, like many stated, NO other mechanic is going to touch my bike except for Anthony and Q. They both dont take any shortcuts and make sure the job is done rite, and professionally.

Found Anthony online, glad I did. Excellent customer service and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing accompanied by photos/videos. You can really tell he loves what he does and it shows in his work. Will definitely come back to get my other bikes serviced.

Anthony took my 22 year old Honda Aero VT110c3 and made it perform better than new! After a couple of unsuccessful trips to other shops I finally found Ruthless Kustomz. I recently purchased an 89 Honda TRX 250R with an Eddie Sanders bore kit. The quad had been sitting for many, many years and would not start, which I knew before hand. I called several bike shops in the area to get quotes when I finally reached Ruthless Kustomz on the list. I spoke with Anthony and was impressed with his knowledge during our conversation. Ruthless Kustomz is definitely not ruthless when it comes to customer service ! Anthony’s a pro with integrity who values his customers. I didn’t have a way to get the bike there so he came to our place with a trailer. We knew nothing about bikes and my son had just started learning. Just left the shop with my 2005 Kawasaki Volcan and couldnt wait to get home to write this review. Anthony did an AMAZING job on my motorcycle. It had been sitting in my garage for a few years and it needed some care. Anthony is the best at what he does hands down. I took a Harley tank with a dent on the right side and some cracks on the front where fuel was leaking. He took care of the dent and also of the cracks which never leaked! I then took the tank over to my powdercoat and even he said that the job was done so well he wouldnt have to do much work on it to get it powdercoated. The whole experience was great with Anthony as he always kept me updated on the progress and answered whenever I called unlike other shops sometimes dont. Overall I would highly recommend his shop due to his work ethic and great customer focused service!

Why go anywhere else? Anthony takes great pride in his work. He is very meticulous in what he does, and you can see it in his pictures. He will send you pictures of every single step he takes and shows you. If you aren’t willing to pay good money for good service you might as well look somewhere else. If you are willing to pay good money for good service, then this is the place for you. Anthony will answer all your questions and you can immediately tell he knows his stuff. It was my first time coming here and I gotta tell you guys, I’m bringing all my bikes to him. After the tune, my bike runs a hell of a lot better, way better than what I expected.I have a 2017 Kawasaki Vulcan S 650, and it used to struggle to stay at 80mph on the freeway, now there’s no struggle at all. It’s a whole new machine and I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this place.

I have been trying to get my bike fixed but haven’t been able to afford it yet. Anthony has been so gracious with his time. Speaking to me on the phone on many occasions and keeping my head up. Even when I wasn’t yet ready to afford the fix he kept in touch with me. Obviously he’s an amazing mechanic but he’s also a great human being and that says a a lot!!

Here are the objective, unbiased, irrefutable, facts surrounding my interaction with anthony of ruthless kustomz-i dropped my bike (2001 kz1000p) off at his shop on 5-30-18. I got it back 11-13-18-i paid him the full balance he asked for when I dropped it off, minus $200.-when I dropped my bike off, it would take around 5 minutes to start, Id have to drive it around for 5 to 10 mins with the throttle semi open for it to stay on while idle. Once warmed up, the bike easily hit 100mph.-it now runs rich and wont break 60mph-original invoice states that my bike would be ready 1 week from 5-31-18-there was a 3 week delay for parts. (2 weeks for intake boots, and 1 week for valve shims)-anthony told me that he could not figure out how to get to my air filter-on Friday june 8th, I have a text from anthony stating that my bike will be ready on Wednesday june 13th. (It wasnt)-june 15th, text from Anthony stating that he might need new pilot jets-text from anthony on june 21st Tomorrow evening Ill have a forsure completion time for you copied and pasted from the thread.-text from anthony june 29th. Being a new rider, who just purchased a used motorcycle, finding Anthonys shop was a life saver. Literally and figuratively. He took his time ensuring my bike met the highest of standards in safety and performance, and is always available if you need an update. In addition, he ran me through the numbers, step-by-step, on what was done to the bike, and at the end of it I got a motorcycle 101 class, a great bike I could rely on, and a great mechanic I can always trust. I am giving Ruthless and Anthony ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because thats the max I can give him, if I could give him more I would give 10 ⭐, Ruthless put me back in the road with my Sancha (1994 Honda Shadow vt1100 cl). Dude ! Anthony @ruthlesskustomz is the king of customer service. I was scheduled to have my bike picked up for service. While I was waiting for Anthony to come pick my bike up, I started to mess around with the problem.( gas leak, below tank )He arrived and I started the bike up to show him the problem. No more leak ? ( That always happens when the mechanic is there, lmao !I was shocked 😂 No leak ???I told him, I applied a small amount of pressure, as I pushed the elbow fitting onto the male fuel pump piece that protrudes from bottom of tank.He started my bike, guess what ?No leak. Anthony, the expert, confirmed what I was thinking ... A loose hose or fitting / clip, was the issue. I was slightly embarrassed, lmfao !We talked for a bit, I got to know Anthony a little, I was very impressed with his customer service and business acumen !He’s an expert at what he does !We had a cool conversation.He told me not to worry about payment.I told him I had to leave a review, it’s the least I could do ! Had the opportunity to buy this beautiful 2005 Gsxr 1000 from Anthony in January! Gotta say that this bike still feels amazing!! Anthony worked his magic on this bike and you can still tell. After several years taking my motorcycle with another mechanical shop I took my Suzuki V-Strom 1000 with Ruthless Kustomz and Im very glad. Anthony is very knowledge of what is doing. He takes the time to explain to you every step and also he send you at the end of the service a very complete report including pictures of what he did on every step with the bike. Prices are in the market range. Frame time to do the service very excellent. Customer service amazing.Also he offers towing service for his customers free of charge. Including the option to pick up the bike at the promises or give you a ride back when you leave your bike at the shop. No ones that I know offer this kind of service.I will definitely recommend this place and I will come back for my next service.

Excellent customer service and definitely knows exactly whats hes doing and the time period is crazy literally took in the quad one night and it was done by the next also they take picture off everything they took apart so you know there no funky business going aroud. Well definitely come back to this place again. And one thing if your looking for a shop that kinda fixes your problem and has the cheapest price this might not be the shop for you but dont let the price scare yaa if you want your toy running one hundred like its supposed to be this is your guy!!!!

Went in for a carb clean and got way more than I expected! At first the price may seem high but honestly he gives you more than youll get anywhere else. You really get what you pay for with Anthony. I dont plan to take my bike anywhere else from now on. You wouldnt even believe the difference with my bike between drop off and pick up! Also the dude its just really nice.

Anthony has such a vast knowledge regarding motorcycles. He takes time to explain what is wrong with my bike and suggests different options to save you some money. Nothing but good to say about my experience with him. My brother also takes his motorcycle to him so he is someone I would definitely refer to family and friends.

ALL VALVES OUT OF SPEC // CARBS MISSING PLUGS. in a nutshell, Anthony charged me for valve adjustment and carb cleaning. both of the jobs needed to be redone due to his incompetence. id be happy to forward the report to anyone who asks.

Anthony is a great guy. Hes friendly, humble, and honest. When youre his customer, hell always have your back and support you. Ive never met anyone who gives the level of customer service that he does!! Im a relatively new customer of his and hes already been there for me on two occasions now.On the first occasion, I was dropped off at his shop to pick up my bike and forgot to bring my helmet. Anthony kindly gave me a ride home. On the second occasion, my bike was missing a crucial part. He told me not to ride it to his shop. Instead, he drove over to my house and fixed it in my garage! Its not like Ive been a long standing customer of his or his best friend or relative!! Im just a random guy who became his customer 2 months ago!!He really does pride himself on providing the BEST service possible. And I really appreciate that. His service does come at a cost though. Hes quite expensive and it can be prohibitive for some people. You can call to ask him for a quote and hell happily and honestly give you an estimate. And if you can afford it, he deserves every cent of your business. Im truly happy for him and can happily recommend him without any hesitation.Keep up the great work brother!

Took my bike in a few months ago (r1) he never answers his phone and is never at the shop, I. Understand if your good at what you do but please be professional, after I finally get back from getting my tires put on my bike makes a huge knocking noise, turns out the valve adjustment wasn’t done correctly it was all out of spec, the valve cover was not sealed correctly ended up costing me 3500$ in repairs somewhere else I will be suing this guy ( anything )

Worse experience with my bike the owner started threatening me when I asked why my bike is still stalling he threatened me and told me he is from m/s 13 sureno that’s just not how business is conducted now I have to move because my wife is scared I have text messages to prove it
