Just rented a spot at the beginning of the month and the employees here have been very respectful courteous and helpful. Extra space storage located on Ridgeway in the cuty of pomona are quick to respond. To any concerns or needs . The prices are the lowest I could find. Highly recommended .

The manager and employees of this Extra Space Storage were consistently helpful and friendly, which i really appreciated since I was stressed with my move. Each time I visited, the facility looked clean and orderly and I was confident my belongings would be safe with the security gate in front. When I first got the unit, I received a text with the gate code which made it easy to find and access each time I visited. I’d recommend this facility and would use it again if I had the need.

The place is nice clean the guy and girl in the front desk are very helpful and nice thats a good storage spot to rent the hours are good

The process to get set up was fast and easy. Made me feel welcome. I was shown around storage spaces to compare sizes because I indecisive between sizes. Ultimately settled for the 10X10, which is perfect size for my items. Totally professional and great customer service!

Rae went above and in helping myself and my good friend after her landlord illegally evicted her. It was the end of the day and Rae agreed to stay open a little extra so we could get there and sign papers. Without her help all of my friends stuff would have been thrown in the trash. I came here for a little extra space in my home and everyone here is so professional and knowledgeable of what is the best sizing in units they wont talk you into something you dont really need and force you into a unit out of your means the staff here is really accommodating when you walk in youre greeted with smiles and answers to all of your questions they make it easy for me to keep my extra space just based off customer service alone thanks guys youre all doing a phenomenal job!!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I am extremely happy that I came to this location. Before my tour of the facility was complete, all of my questions had already been answered. Erika was awesome and helped me find the correct size on the room and was so friendly and welcoming while touring the room and getting everything set up. RaeAnn was also so awesome in assisting. They are amazing duo and I left with a smile on my face from all the jokes they were telling while setting up the reservation.

Raeann, the Manager of this Pomona facility was extremely helpful. I signed up over 5 years ago when Joe was the Manager. Joe like Raeann was always professional. I know because, unless I was dealing with these two Managers it was not always as wonderfully cordial. Not that they were mean and disrespectful, never that. But Joe and Raeann always had a more that pleasant with me. It was a joy to always speak with them. Raeann and her other Representative the day I closed out were very pleasant and gracious. They were more than welcoming when I told them I was running late. I got there close to closing (5:58pm). I lost my key and Raeann stayed and cut my lock off for me. But MS. Raeann when over and beyond to assist me in closing out my storage space the next two following days and was more than patient. She really gets it, that life happens. She deserves a raise, a VERY nice raise!! Extra Space Storage management should be proud and grateful to have such a valuable and caring employee protecting and advancing their brand.

He express great concern for the issue I was having, and found a resolution suited for me. His customer service skills were phenomenal and Id recommend this storage to anyone considering it.

I got a great deal online, by continually checking back on the website, as some rates change from what seemed daily. When I arrived for my appointment, Rae and Erika were at the counter and they explained the whole process to me, while we had a laugh or two. They’re some funny and outgoing girls! Erika drove me around to see the facility and my storage unit, and explained to me how to use the lift elevator. She made sure any questions I had were answered and the digital signing of the rental agreement was easy, and a copy was emailed to me immediately. She assured me that if I had any changes to my account, just to call the office and they would take care of it over the phone. When I first obtained a space at Extra Space it was nice,but now I am somewhat disappointed because I could drive my vehicle inside the building close to where my unit is located, but now I must park outside and walk with my article s to be stored and I have Cancer in my back,so its not easy or convenient any more.I am still greatful Its clean ad the persons in the office are somewhat nice and poite. They just wet up other price and I wasnt too happy about that, I pray no one break in the way they did at the uhaul on memorial and with a lock, although I believe it was an inside job.The office people are rude and quite unprofessional, I have found this to be so often here in Ga. I am from California originally and its very different.

I have had my storage space for many years. Joe helped me out this time when I needed to change my unit. Whenever I am moving, there is always something that doesn’t quite work out. Joe will always give great advice or make recommendations which make things come together. He has always been very accommodating and helpful. The team here has always been helpful especially when my needs and their requirements didnt always match. Raeann was especially helpful when late in the day, when she went out of her way to help me secure a chair in the trunk of my car. It is always a pleasure to work with them.
