These movers were fantastic! They handled a complicated move of items from our church to an office and to storage with smiles on their faces, even when multiple people were giving them different versions of the information. They helped pack items in the storage unit and rearranged them until it worked! Thank you for making this part of the process easy and stress free!

We were making the long move from California to Florida and had heard so many horror stories about moving. We got estimates from 3 different movers and chose Sernas Relocation Systems. We couldnt have been happier with our decision. Everyone was so professional and up front. They delivered on everything. Their estimate was right on the money, they stayed in contact with us through out the entire move, delivery time as promised and we had no damages to our possessions. We would not hesitate to recommend Sernas to anyone making a move, cross country or local in California.

THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!! I call Mayflower (via Serna Relocation Systems) & talked to Paul Bingham. I asked many questions, was given very straightforward answers & was given many promises. When I requested my items, the amount was almost doubled. Not because there was any changes but because they could. I asked... So unless I give you ransom money, you wont give me my stuff will you? Paul responded with... Pretty much! It took my 4 months to get the extra cash only to have many 4 items broken/damaged. The ONLY way they get away with it is because they take advantage of those unable to fight back. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

This is mostly the same review I left on Yelp...but it says it all.....We are really really pleased with Serna....From Reina and Bonnie on the phone answering questions and making helpful suggestions...to the 2 great packers and movers, Chris M. and Francisco who worked to pack up my elderly mothers appartment in one facility and move her to a smaller facility. This was a very scary and emotional move for her and for my sister & I. The guys were sensitive, patient with our hovering and question asking, fast-fast-fast, efficicent, helpful, careful and more. They went above and beyond, helping move furniture around in the new room until my mom was pleased and making some small modifications to make a bed head-board fit. I will definitely call Serna and request the same guys again for any moves in the future. This was a small, local move, only about 4 hours to pack, ship and unpack....but we were treated like VIPs as if it was a big, expensive move.Further more, the pricing structure is straight forward, easy to understand and exactly as they promised with no hidden fees or additions.
