Small store with limited products and not a great pharmacy. No inventory so they have to order. However. Excellent for convenience

Love love Publix. My supermarket. Everything is fresh always. Cashiers are friendly, depending on the location. However, help is always near.

Is one of the publux to get in and out easyOnly issue is that as heading home from work you want a quick trip at 5 pm but you get a lot of our older friends in at that time and slow ghings down folks you have all day to go dont go at 5 pm

Very helpful and great service. It is however the smallest Publix I have ever seen. The meat department cut 16 New York strips for us and they were fabulous. Thank you.

Most employees here are very friendly and always helpful, although there are always a few that ruin things. Management needs to get control of their young employees hanging on the loading dock during their breaks as they shout out things to people parked at the lake eating their lunch and relaxing. This people are customers or potential customers and Im sure the 80 year old grandmother minding her own business dont like being shouted at, Hey are you smoking crack These young girls need a lesson in respect as well as customer relations.

It is a smaller publix. But a great selection clean environment and friendly and helpful staff. From the cashiers and baggers to the guys in the back. Always in and out never a huge line to wait in.

I was at the checkout and cart was out a little further than it should have been. A female manager was bagging and said to me you need to get the cart out the way but it was clearly her responsibility. I moved cart back and customer politely said thanks. Just a lack of awareness.

This Pharmacy is terrible, you call them for everything. If they are out of your meds and they give you a partial order they dont follow up with the balance. When you have a rebate card you always have to tell them. Even though they are good for 1 year. Very disappointing and I will be switching.

Ive never been in a Publix with as many unmasked people. Was very uncomfortable. But the store itself was ok

I am writing this review after my 5th visit to this location. To be honest this Publix location has the worst customer service, just awful man😞. I really tried to give this location a chance but I just can’t get over the fact that none of their staffs greets you or ask you if you need help. Today was my Fifth and last visit. But to be fair Ella the cashier said hi while I loaded the conveyor belt lol. And that was the first time a staff ever acknowledged me. I literally would go out of my way just to shop at Publix because of their amazing customer service. But this location here…. Needs a little more training. I’m not trying to tarnish Publix reputation because I will STILL forever shop at Publix but NOT at this location. Hopefully management see this and make some adjustments.

Bryanna the cashier is incredible. She is so thoughtful and professional. I did not know that most of the items I was buying were BOGO until she told me it was, when I was going to only buy one.Also, the employees are always willing to assist you and will walk you to the item you need. They even ask would you like help to your car! By far the best Publix in Pompano.

This publix is close to my house but its not the best publix I have been too. The elderly people seem to drive fast in the parking lot but turtle speed inside the store for some reason. This is definitely a clean publix. We do not use the bakery here for our daughters birthday cake because they messed up twice and my wife got upset. This is a decent place to shop

This Publix is quite small. Convenient location for Palm Aire residents though.

Store is too small..aisles crowded because theyre stocking constantly! Most cashiers are nice..but I refuse to check out with 2 of them. The deli section is always backed up. No one knows which line to get into for what. Ive stood there for 5 or 6 minutes many times before even being acknowledged..what do they think of standing there for??? The larger stores are much better!

The best supermarket shopping in a very close proximity. Ive found that it was always better than Winn Dixie.

The line for a sandwhich wasnt to long. Desi was awesome and made the sandwich just the way I liked. I would go again.

So once again I get a two for one deal at my local Publix (Publix at Palm Aire) and once again it doesn’t register at checkout and I get charged for both. Funny how that happens, and so often it’s almost as if it could be done deliberately. What would that mean? Fraud? Certainly an unpleasant experience to be ripped off again.Publix, where shopping is NOT a pleasure!

I live next door to this Publix and it’s very convenient to buy groceries there, I have worked for Publix in a diff branch for two years and of all other branches I’ve been in I’m sad to say that this one has the worst DELI DEPARTMENT and the most UNCLEAN one, workers there don’t pay attention and try to ignore waiting customers they take forever to prepare what you need,they always make you feel like a burden on them. Also I many time noticeed that workers don’t change gloves between customers, I don’t eat meat but when I asked for slices of cheese the employees never change their gloves after serving the previous customer who requests slices of meat,they also use the same slicing machine for both cheese and meat. I once asked the worker there if they should use separate machines she said No we use the same machines for eveything without wiping between orders. Employees constantly touch their aprons and hair net then surfaces then slices. Unfortunately workers there need to get training about minimum sterilization criterias and food safety

Clean store with a decent offering of produce for such a small store. This store gets crowded making it difficult to to navigate. Prices so much better at Aldi and Walmart.

Went for my first Covid Shot. Pharmacist Abby Goldstein was as nice and sweet as could be. Pharmacy Assistant Jordan, doing the Covid check-in, was sweet and personable. The whole process was a well oiled machine. Everything ran on time. No unnecessary wait here. I highly recommend getting your Covid vaccine at this store.

$$. This is not a cheap supermarket, but its near the house. The staff is great.
