This Publix Super Market at Pine Lake Plaza is located just south of Atlantic boulevard in Pompano Beach South Florida. It’s your typical supermarket with a great delicatessen, bakery and hot food section. Remember sometimes it can get busy. Id normally give any Publix a better rating, but I guess because of this ones location it has shorter hours of operation...closing at 10pm.The people are friendly, but I have had a few longer waits in line than I had at my previous favorite Publix in Pembroke Pines.I will update with photos, inside and out when I get a chance.Being a former Police Officer, please be aware of your surroundings at this location...Ive noticed stepped up patrols from BSO in this area. It might be a good idea to have a detail Officer for this location.Be safe all.

Publix has the best fruit and vegetables. They have good sushi.

Received my flu shot. Pharmacist was great and professional. I told him I have not had my shingles shot. He said to come back when I was ready and he would take care of me. Good job.

Nice cozy supermarket, not too big not too small.

Excellent store. Clean, lightly lit, and very busy which is always a good sign. Shelves are always stocked with foods, drinks, and household items. Customer service is okay. It’s a hit and miss. I find that management at these Publix supermarkets in general hardly speak to customers. That’s always seemed to be a problem for me anyway. Now, some are good and always speak and greet but most do not. Deli department very neat and well stocked. Great service back there. All in all, 3 stars ⭐️

What a great little store . I just moved into the neighborhood and had no idea it was literally right up the street from where we moved to . Its not a public superstore its one of the smaller ones but I can still get everything that I need everybody was very friendly

I really like this publix but the one thing they need to work on is the the management in deli... there is always a very long line and I see many people behind the counter but the sandwich area is always busy and only one person helping prepare the sandwiches. And today I saw roaches around the counter. I left, it was such a waste of time.

My husband and I found avast array of fresh fruit for his diabetic salad, as well as the deli being well stocked with low sodium meats, fresh and tasty. This publixs is great. From the associates to the foods in stock it is tops.

I like shopping here because it is busy but at the same time not over crowded I never have a long wait at the check out - something that is a problem at other like supermarkets in the area.One of my pet peeves is standing in a check out lane longer than it took me to shop for everything I have in my cart.

Friendly at checkout and usually have what I need in stock. Just had a great Boars Head hoagie!!

They have self-checkout! Think the only one in the area that does. No complaints as far as the store goes.

You can find what you are looking for and get the quality you look for in Publix! You can usually get out pretty fast as well!

Just came back from the store. Checked out at 5.44, now its 6.06.Bought Publix brand fresh/never frozen chicken breast, and its frozen solid. The whole display was pretty much the same. If you are going to lie to your customers faces at least keep it out of the freezer long enough for it to melt before you sell it

Expensive. But clean. But major issues not only here, all of them. I drink mikes hard wine coolers, they never have them. Whoever orders alcohol is over buying seltzers ( which SUCK) and not buying enough wine coolers. The seltzers arent even moving off the shelves. And my hubby drinks Bud Ice, they NEVER HAVE IT

Clean store with friendly staff that have worked there since it opened. Super expensive. Prices are double what you spend at Walmart or Winn Dixie.

Very upset .....ordered a cake yesterday for my husbands 50th Birthday it was special because he has been fighting prostate cancer . Went to pick it it and no cake the new young Spanish manager was very rude with no compassion. I have been shopping and buying cakes at this publix since it opened never ever had this problem. This manager needs customer service training and learn how to have empathy for others as of now my husband has no Birthday theme cake and also it was another woman with the same issue I had and the manager and the lady who worked under him also had no empathy . If I could have given no stars I would have but had to give one for my comment . I guess my family and I will be finding another publix to shop at.

Yes I went to this Publix I ordered online for two subs the bread was hard it had no taste and no flavor and all I asked for I got except for what I wanted was the vinegar and oil I didnt get that and the bread was tasteless not saying not for you all to go there and try this stuff because I dont know what your taste is like but all I am saying is that my subs was jacked up

The absolute best Publix I have ever been to. After 28 years in Broward County, Ive seen my fair share of Publix groceries and this one blows all the others away. I drive an extra six miles past two other Publix to go to this store. It is quiet, always stocked with what I need, there is rarely a line to check out, and parking is no problem at all!! Great store!! KUDOS!!

Very bad deli service at this location on 6/10/21 at 3:05 pm. Multiple staff just lingering on acting as if working. My on line order was not ready for pick up and waited 20 min in line to be told it’s not ready. Then waited additional 15 min for her to process 3 items! No management overseeing this area and it shows!

Me and my boyfriend came here with our cousin and 1 year old son Sunday and they gave me and my boyfriend bad bread with our subs first the next day I caught a stomach bug and was having many bathroom trips now mines is clearing up a little bit but now he is starting to feel the same way I was feeling he told me the white bread was kind of hard but my bread was soft we will never eat here again but otherwise it’s a very fantastic store though

This publix is awful. Ordering online in the deli. 3/3 times the subs were not ready at the time it stated.. the last time I placed my order at 3:25, pick up was at 3:55, didnt get my order untill 4:30. ... And were not made correctly.. full of zombies

#NoMoreReturns Publix really disappointed me today and looks like they are looking for profits vs customer service something Ive been willing to pay their higher prices. They are accepting no more returns unless it was defective. Luckily the seal was broken on my item so they took it but I am really upset over this. They are claiming this is due to Covid. This is a sealed plastic bottle that could be easily cleaned and I did not see them doing anything with in store returns which should be disposed of if they have this policy in place. They returned them to the shelf without even wiping them down. #BoycottPublix
