Buyers beware! I was surprised when I entered the store and there were actual steel cables set in place as protective barriers to keep walk-in customers 15 away from the counter! There were also Dummy Dots on the floor to instruct customers where to stand. The owner had the audacity to strenuously attempt and coerce me to where a ridiculous face mask. Demonstrating her mindless inconsistency, she touched the mask with her filthy, bacteria ridden fingers and then insisted that I place it on my face! How rude! Who knows where she put her fingers? Apparently, the face diaper means something important to her. I can only assume that it is some sort of mystical amulet that she believes will magically protect her from a dangerous monster that she fears. I for one am not a superstitious person. Her obvious irrational behavior leads me to question this businesss ability to make informed decisions about my account or the products I might need. If she has demonstrated such an abysmal lack of ability to think critically, why should I expect her to make rational decisions about my account? Why would I trust her with my business?

Bought cameras from them. Needed a little tech support so called them. They told me someone will call back- waited and waited no call back. Finally I called back- they picked upand then hung up in my ear. I was going to buy some more cameras from them too. Isnt great when you try to support the small business and they just spit in your face.

Incredibly valuable asset to most security camera installers in South Florida area. They are aware of the market trends and the needed materials. I constantly go there to find parts that most wholesalers dont have or sell for too much. One of the few places where they respect your time not making you wait.

Quality has dropped to the point that I no longer get supplies here. Bought a power supply and was dead on arrival. Took back to the store and they refurbished it. I expect a 3 day old power supply to be replaced with a new one, but that is not policy. Too many other choices to continue to take a risk loosing customers coming here.

Call them for a part, they quote one price on the phone and a higher price when you get there. Ask them if they take credit cards, they answer yes, get to the store and they tell me there is a minimum. Thanks for all the wrong information Lena, your incompetency has no limits.

Very poor customer service i have spent a lot of money here and i am only asking for some hook up support on the phone they can not even understand what you are saying in english very sad they told me i needed the recipe i got it and they still wont help you guys suck. nothing like spending a buch of money and getting screwed i would not do business i would be send the manager down the road with no job treating customers like this.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money. Ive purchased several times out of convenience since they are nearby and each time Ive had to warranty products right out of the box. Their defect rate is horrendous. I bought 2,000ft of RG-59 siamese cable for an SDI camera installation and after running all the cable I come to find it is too low quality to use for SDI. When I showed the salesman in the store that my jacket stripper cuts right through the copper, within a week they had new, better quality cable in the store. They refused to replace the four boxes of cable that was bad. Furthermore, they sold me RG-6 45ohm BNC connectors with RG-59 cable, which caused even more issues with the equipment. When I spoke with the owner, Oscar Cortes, I was told that everybody knows you cant use that cable with SDI, which obviously his salesman doesnt know this since he sold me cheap cable when he knew I was using it for SDI and claimed no one ever had a problem using SDI with that cable. And then he proceeds to try and put the blame onto his customer for not knowing better. Should I have to test everything I purchase or should the company and salespeople know what they are selling? Their vari-focal cameras all lose focus within weeks and Ive spent numerous hours travelling to customers to re-focus and, ultimately, replace cameras with another manufacturer to solve the problem. Ive been installing CCTV equipment for many years and this is by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. To sell low quality equipment and then treat your customers like their time and money is worth nothing and act like you have better things to do than to help rectify the situation. Very poor way to do business and Ive taken mine elsewhere.
