Walking through the door, I dont believe our customer service representative Jerry had any idea of what lay in store. We had a large order. My companion was enrolling in Xfinity mobile, while I was establishing new service at a new address. Both tall orders, yet Jerry handled them quickly, efficiently, and with the knowledge that should come from an in-store sales tech.When we left 30 minutes later, Jerry gave us a pandemic approved fist bump and we were on our way, errands fully accomplished.Thanks Jerry for a great experience!
This is a special shout out to one of the staff, Kerlin Pierre. Awesome service, with a smile. I stopped in to discuss options for cutting the cord, and while there, was able to reduce my bill, plus gain more speed. Since we work from home, this was absolutely great news, and Kerlin was instrumental to our decision to stick with Xfinity. I know that every cable company has its moments, but this is a case where one individual can make a difference. Bravo Comcast & Kerlin.
Scam Alert!1 This location set up an account in my name after i declined service multiple times based on the $100 tech fee. They never set up internet and charged me months for service. Customer service is offshore call center reps that give absolutely no help and just keep transferring to the next person.

Could not be happier with the service there. as you walk in your greeted and asked for first name to be called in order and comfortable places to sit while waiting. I didnt have wait long to exchange for an updated device for my tv with very polite techs, And for those of us that forget them they have free face masks available

On July 5 21 two tech arrived to install cable box/remote for 125 ch. HD plan. They were based in Miami and were the ONLY two Verizon agents who knew what and how to do a COMPLETED, WELL DONE JOB!! I had been on the phone with live Verizon agents who were arrogant and completely useless. I tried internet service decided not to because of the difficulty in resolving any and every issue with that. Again the ONLY two people I am praising are the techs who ACTUALLY DID THE JOB REQUIRED!! Poor customer service unless you get knowledge representative in store. Trying to get any xfinity mobile customer service online or by phone is an absolute waste of time. Ironic though how they advertise themselves as #1 in customer service. Would love to see who was pulled and when and where. May save few bucks w Xfinity service, but not worth the savings for hassles and lack of majority of employees being trained well or even pretending to try to help. Very disappointing

The employees are absolutely useless. They knew their system was down and made a whole line of people wait until 10 (when the opened) to inform everyone they can’t do anything. We get you don’t want to deal with customers earlier than you have to, but be better as a human and let people know your system isn’t working.

In been living in my home since 2001. Over the years I had COMCAST, At&T UVerse and Direct TV. I must say that COMCAST bar none was the very worst. In 2020 due to the pandemic my wife and I both lost our jobs.. Comcast did nothing to assist us in lowering the price or offer any assistance.Due to COVID and the loss of income we decided to sell our home and we are moving out of South Florida. I called to relocate the service to our new address and Comcast to find out the Comcast does not offer service in the New Smyrna Beach. They informed me that since they dont offer service then I will have to pay a $160. cancellation fee . Under they circumstances you would think they would be human and understanding however was told the READ THE CONTRACT. Good luck with finding a phone number for support. Save your self the headaches and AVOD COMCAST like the plague.

This statement is sitting in limbo on my Xfinity account,? Is this legal? How did I go from shopping for Essential items during the covid-19 pandemic to being swayed a bit too much to join this Cable, Internet, Wireless Security, Mobile, service provider free of charge with a special promotion. After exclaiming I didnt have any cable and internet and no need and no money. I was then asked if I stayed in a residence? The nerve. But I was cordial about it and obliged his concern. Then he said I could try it out for thirty days if I didnt like it I could return it. Which is exactly what I did. Rightly so, I never used this service.

In and out in 2 minutes. Tues afternoon, 2:20. There was no wait at all, was seen right away and returned cable box equipment. Staff was very helpful, pleasant, professional. I dont go to XFinity stores often, but have always had positive experiences here.
Come ready with a clear, informed idea, because theyd try to sell you much more expensive stuff. Still, staff is nice and treats you well.

Do not, do not, use Comcast Ive had them for over a year and have nothing but connection problems failure to come out and fix the problems, horrible customer service, cant get ahold of anybody on the phone. I will be changing my service as soon as Im done with this contract. Please dont waste your time. They cant fix the problem. You cant talk to anybody. Horrible.
The incompetence of the person at the reception desk when you 1st walk in is unbelievable. she couldnt answer a simple question, told me I had to wait on line and I was gonna be number 23 to get a question answer. Her people skills are the worse the person in front of me wanted to return so me equipment and she was so rude told him if he didnt wanna wait he can go to ups store, but is the way she said that made her so rude
I need faster internet so I went in. The nice lady at the door greeted me and made me feel welcomed. After a very short wait they called my name. The guy looked at my account & said he could lover my bill while making my internet 200 x faster . Everything worked out great. Im so happy! Thanks for the help!

I just want to add that there is another exceptional employee there named Risha that helped me with some computer issues one week ago. Went to replace my remote and that went smoothly, thank you. While I was there I wanted to talk to someone about any promotions since my contract recently expired. I was told there were no promotions for me. I had called right after my contract expired and was told the same thing. Nothing for long standing customers except constant rate increases. The thing is that my other choice is AT&T and thats not better. I will seriously think about cutting the cord and see about antenna and netflix. Very disappointed with Comcast Xfinity.
These new Xfinity stores are great. Here in Pompano Beach FL the store was small and on some days people had to stand outside until the line moved. This is a wonderful thing for Xfinity to provide for their customers. Very patient and courteous employees who know their tech stuff.
We all know cable is overpriced
Entered this store on a Saturday afternoon. Joseph greeted me with a big smile and signed me in. He handed me a new remote when I said I had a problem with mine...no questions asked. Jazz called my name within 3-4 minutes, also greeting me with a nice smile. I asked him if he could reduce my elderly moms bill. He searched until he found a bundled package that would fit her budget. Thank you Jazz!! When Jazz had trouble getting the computer to accept the change, Elie first, then Kevin jumped in to help. Team effort. Kevin finally made it work and Jazz completed the deal. Yay!! Everyone I met (including Patrick) was very pleasant and made my experience a very good one.
Today I was a able to get in and out rather quickly. But even still, I didnt get everything done that I intended to. The CSR shouldve asked me was there anything else that I needed. And yes it certainly was. I wanted to and also needed to add the HD service to my account so that my 4K television would show a better picture. Thats why I swapped out their old box for the newer box. I wanted a better quality picture which is what I explained to her was my reasoning for swapping out the box. In my opinion; she should have also reminded me or even mentioned to me about adding the HD service. Just that extension of service may been the difference from a 3 star rating to a 5 star rating. So on this day, the service was fast and she was polite. However she was not thorough.

Their technicians are crooks! They will try and force you to pay 70$. The problem was outside. Tested at Xfinity box. Called technician, store rep said as long as technician does not work inside you will not be charged. Technician tried to get in at all costs, lied that he has too. Then refused to do anything unless he drills a hole in a wall and has to come inside. He then called his manager and tried to change the work order, that specifically said get the signal to the box. No signal at box. Eventually he gave the signal to the box and as he was leaving said you will be charged. Now they billed me. Crooks! They did not give a signal so they can charge 70$ extra. No wires were changed at all! Same setup in the box. I have pics from before and after. Its the same! He did nothing and was unhappy he was not getting 70$. Rude, unprofessional liar. Every single time Xfinity. Im an IT person with 15 years of experience. Your cable guys are crooks!
Very clean. Well organized. Self install kits are pretty cool. Prices are still steep. Data caps stink, even though I dont come near the limit. The staff at the store was polite and friendly. Nice improvement over the last few years.
I’ve never met liars like in this company. They told me one price when I came in the store, I agreed and final price was on 20$ more. Three times I visited the store they found excuses and promised that price will be change next month and today it hasn’t changed. Thanks god I didn’t switch my phone to them.
Went in store to inquire about Phone service. After waiting 30 minutes my name was still not called after signing in. I left. If you cantbe served in 30 minutes you lose my business. Some customer service. No one even went around to say I would be served soon. May cancel other Xfinity services we have for TV and internet.

It freezes on one channel. In the morning and early afternoon it doesnt work at all. It will say error waiting to connect to the internet. When watching you will get lots of pixels. This is with all new boxes...

Wow, Ive really had different experiences in the past with Comcast/Xfinity stores but this one was great! Held the door upon entry, brought me right to the counter, and processed my return. Very pleasant and greeted on the way out. Where was this 10 years ago!?
I walked in expecting to be aggravated because calling Comcast is always a nightmare with long hold times & rude uncooperative representatives, the xfinity store was complete opposite experience. I was greeted right away by friendly young woman & waited maybe 5 minutes & walked out happy with services secure...(now if only they’d transition their whole system the way the store is operated).It’s kinda more than silly & useless to have certain things being able to be accomplished ONLY on the phone or ONLY in the store but I give the store 5 stars...not overall Comcast customer service....

Unfortunately the day I visited this location they were short-staffed and they had a large crowd. In addition to that they were somewhat disorganized and didnt follow the same procedure Ive had that other Xfinity locations which made things worse.
The employee opened my xfinity mobile account in the wrong name 7 weeks ago - and no matter how many times I have called xfinity, the have been unable to correct it. My emails come in to my mailbox addressed to that incorrect name - no one seems capable of solving this problem! All created by the employee at the Boca Raton store who messed this up.
Went three times to buy the xfinity power plug in, couldn’t buy it because your system was down. Monday still down!! Are you kidding me? I tried to spend $130, and could not! Hello?? The only one very helpful was a young lady named Mary at the pompano Bch store! Unbelievable!
I came into the store due to a connection issue. I couldnt switch out my cable box because the stupid technician who installed it over 2 yeara ago put it on beyond tight (I couldnt get ot off even with pliers). I was informed a technician would have to come out for a $65 fee but that I could get it refunded after the visit. Typical Comcast now wont refund the fee. I WILL discontinue my services very soon.

I spoke to gary the supervisor and it has been a nightmare I dont know where to complain because no one at comcast seems to care TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERCICE
