In the span of a week I found an auto mechanic I can trust, and now, with Fix Plus, a computer repair shop, too – I didn’t think both were possible here in Pompano Beach! Thanks to positive customer reviews on this site, I decided to give Fix Plus a try. I am so glad I did. I was helped by Fernanda, and she was excellent. She fixed the gaping split on the side of my laptop, and settled the issue of why it was automatically shutting down as soon as I powered it on. I had just assumed the two issues were related and that my computer was dead. Not so. May this baby live as long a life as my 2001 Saturn!Fernanda was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and patient when answering my concerns. Based on my experiences going to the corporate chain down the road on Federal Highway, I was genuinely surprised to receive (a) a human being on the phone; (b) immediate call backs when I left messages; (c) no long wait lines; (d) no up front fees just to examine the problem; (e) home delivery service.All in all, I am extremely pleased that my laptop was saved. I will be definitely contacting Fernanda for future issues, and will definitely recommend Fix Plus to friends.

PC stopped working and the company who sold me the computer has the worst customer service and you have to pay to ship the PC to them to fix their garbage product. So I decided to look for someone local and I found Rick at Fix Plus. Hes very professional and does some quality work. My PC works better now than when I first bought it. I recommend this business to anyone having computer issues because Fix Plus has a professional, polite, and knowledgeable staff.I own a Lenovo Yoga, which I bought 2 years ago. Yesterday, I was sending emails when the computer shutoff abruptly. It was plugged in and had about 42% power, before that. I tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I tried to hold the power button for different lengths of time to reboot, but that didn’t work. I used a paper clip to hold the reset button, bud it didn’t restart. So I went to BestBuy, where I bought it and Geek Squad could do nothing because there was a long wait before someone could look at it. The computer was also out of their 1-year warranty window. I went to another computer repair shop, and all their technicians were sick; they asked me to come back next week. I found Fix Plus online and their quality reviews, so I drove there.They were very polite and took my computer to troubleshoot it. They offer free assessments, which is wonderful, and there was no wait. I told them it was my work computer and I really needed to bring it back to life. They went right to work on it and 20 minutes later, they had it working.They disconnected the battery and reconnected it, which forced a system reset and we were good to go. I was advised that a new battery and installation was $140 and I could have it done if the problem came back. I will certainly go back if I have any future problems.Thank you Fix Plus!!

There is no quality for the soft OLED, which is the most expensive one,. A couple of drops with a protective screen and phone case on and it would crack and glitch easily. In total Ive bought two from him and one for husband. Will not being getting my screen repaired from him again. It just breaks too easily.

Somewhat limited in what they deal with so call them first, but otherwise very accommodating and professional, accomplished and good at what they do.

Wonderful experience! I was debating on getting a new laptop but decided to see what it would take to get mine fixed first. I had mine for four years and it was so slow due to some malware I accidentally downloaded that made my computer so slow.Rich not only fixed my laptop in one day and made it faster than it has ever been, but he even installed some extras and installed a program where he could remotely fix problems in the future if needed.The shop is clean and everyone was extremely professional.I recommend this business for all your computer repair needs.Very pleased.

I tried to replace my iphone 7 display myself but the tools that came with the replacement were not very good and I stripped out the dreaded Y screws on the home button. I was completely stuck. I found Fix Plus online and took my device there as a last ditch effort to recover my home button. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and did not make me feel bad for my mistake. She was able to cut the bracket off and gave me a used bracket she had in back plus some extra screws. Thank you very much!! Im a customer going forward for sure.

A+++++. This is a local business that is totally honest, highly professional, super knowledgeable and incredibly reasonable as to pricing. My husband went there a while back with a pc problem and was very impressed with the speed and quality of service, a solid repair, fully explained, and at a much lower price than he had expected. So, when my Mac went south, he suggested I go there, which I did. They thoroughly evaluated it while I waited, which took a while, and then were able to show me exactly what happened to it and why it would not be worth the cost of replacing the motherboard and a few other components. I thanked them for their efforts and asked the cost of their evaluation. They told me there was no charge, since it was not fixable. I actually argued with them, and insisted that I wanted to pay something, given all of their effort, but they refused to charge me. These are the nicest, most honest and decent people I have ever encountered in any service experience. Based on my husband’s experience and my own, I give them the highest possible recommendation.

You know screens, keyboards,cameras or speakers, etc. I landed at Fix+ about 4 years ago and cant say enough good things about the friendly, understanding and valuable service, all at a fair price (I shopped around, then stopped seeing anyone else, lol). They even helped me with a follow up repair for free more than once which had nothing to do with the screen replacement work I had done last week! I have an Mac Book 13 and the screen and lcd was damaged by my 14 yr old daughter. i found Fix Plus per Google. fortunately they are minutes from my house and also on my way to work. i called and spoke with Louis. i was immediately very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help. he found the best price for what i needed done. he ordered the part and took a few days to get. he was able to make the fix quickly and with great quality. i will be a return customer if i need their service again. also the location is neat and organized. it was very nice to walk into a store and i be very clean. it is a direct reflection of the quality of work. this store is top notch, and i highly recommend.

Stopped by because my Moms Iphone volume had gone to nothing while the controls were set to max volume. They took the phone to the back and came back in 2 minutes with it perfectly fixed. There was an issue with something that had gotten on the phone and they simply took the time to check it out and cleaned it up. It was not noticeable without a careful look and they did this at no charge. SUPER PEOPLE!

I had purchased a new 4K touchscreen for my HP Pavilion 15 laptop as soon as I broke the screen Ive not installed screens before, so I took it to Fix Plus. For a reasonable, less than $110 charge, I have my laptop fully working again. Took just a few days. Id use them again - though Ill be more careful.

Great place! I was visiting for a week and needed my phone looked at, the charger port seemed loose. I figured the port would need replacing but it turned out it was pocket lint and she removed it for a small fee. Super honest and fast service. I think with phones we’re often at the mercy of the professionals that know how to fix them, it’s important to have one you trust and Fix + is mine (when I’m in FL of course).

I called 5 places asking about price. I found the best deal. $85! They paid the tax. Immediate service when I walked in. Leo came from the back, dressed professionally, and asked how he could help. I was told that no company offers OEM (Apple factory) glass and that if any company said they had it, they werent being honest. I always appreciate industry secrets. I was told it would be done in less than an hour. I gave my other cell number and got a text 25 minutes later that my phone was ready. I walked in and 10 seconds later, the owner (Rick), met me at the counter with my phone and receipt. He offered a tempered glass protection cover for $10, then agreed to throw it in for free with an honest review of my experience. I am in sales and service is important to me. Definitely found a winner.

Good experience. Screen replacement for my daughters iPhone 8+. I appreciated that they explained that the third party replacement screen that they normally used might not be acceptable to a teenager as she would likely notice the colors could be less intense than an OEM replacement screen. It was presented as information and did not feel like an attempt to up sell. We chose to order the part and come back when it came in. It was delayed a little due to the weather and a mistake from the vendor. They kept me in the loop and even installed a free screen protector to make up for the inconvenience even through I didnt complain. My daughter was very happy with the results.I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Recently my wife had a work phone in very bad shape with a completely broken screen,pitch black,she took it to another place and they took a brief look and told her she needed to buy a new phone,I called Henrique who I know got a loooong time and always helped me with computer and phone,he wasn’t sure if he’ll be able to find a screen to the phone but he’ll try,he did it,he found it and now my wife has a brand new phone,we strongly recommend FIX PLUS,they rock and they’re honest.

Scam do not get your iPhones fixed here parts are cheap they won’t tell you until you screen blacks out and they tell you it’s physical damage with its internal because of cheap parts used to fix the phone which you will know nothing about until 8 dats after you fix you phone you have a screen protector and a case and you phone falls and go blank. No crack no physical damage . ! I paid $180 about 8 days ago and that happens told you my phone and they wanted me to pay an additional $150 to re fix it ! Totally scram and terrible service when I was told to return the phone is anything happened.

I fixed my iPad mini here and it came out perfect... you couldnt even tell that I broke it before I took here. I got it back within an hour and was very happy with the price, they price matched CPR and even did it for ten dollars less to help me out.
