Called to get price of battery for grout. Was told 38.00. When I got there it went up to 69.00. Should of walked. Less than 30 days the phone started to bulge. Took it back and asked if they put an original or a generic. Could not get an answer. Phone has popped open and there is a used one replaced .He said he would call if found another one. Still waiting.

I brought two i phones from my kids today for repair and they fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. They listened to my concerns and they were very professional. I am very happy for the second time visiting this family business. I highly recommend this store.

Horrible service! BEWARE THIS PLACE, I came in to find a problem of my Phone not charging. So I left the phone overnight to diagnostic and will give me call what was the problem. So Next Day, I got call saying your phone is fix without knowing the problem and without approve to fix the phone. Also, Expect me to pay up of the repair and hold my phone in contempt for 2 weeks if I don’t pay. These people are crooks and thief watchout.

I shop around for prices on putting a new battery into a sealed hp. There were some cheaper prices on the internet but I wanted to buy in store so I chose him he had the best price.

I had a tiny crack at the corner of my screen that I needed fixed. When i got my phone back, the screen was lifting around the edges, the screen has a pink tint, the face recognition doesn’t work any more, and when typing I have to press hard otherwise the phone will not do anything. When I took the phone back and showed them all of this, they said “oh well.. maybe because it dropped or something i don’t know” and handed the phone back to me. Didn’t take responsibility or try to help fix the issue.

This man managed to fix my phone the same day but my Face ID wasn’t working afterwards. He didn’t even try to replace a new screen to see if that was the problem. He’d rather explain to me that it was a “software” problem and there was nothing he can do. Zero problem solving skills.

Got screen repaired, iPhone came back disabled needing to connect to computer. Once reset the passcode was not mine. Had to factory reset the phone, lots of hassle not worth the time. Go somewhere else.

I always go there to fix my computer or change the phone. They are efficient and always advise about what is better to do.. I pretty sure recommend them

My phone was slammed on the ground so the screen cracked and popped off. The person at the desk did not want to fix my phone or even try to attempt. Instead he told my boyfriend how he thinks it was run over by a truck instead. Usually phone places fix what they see or think is broken and if they finally cant fix it they will return it to you the way you brought it in. This place is lazy and didnt even make an attempt. First and last time walking in here!
