My cell phone decided to quit working while I was at the office so I ran in at lunch time to see how they can help me. Jeremy Ruiz listened carefully to my situation and within 30 minutes had me out the door in a brand new phone (and another for my daughter) with all my backed up information loaded and ready for use. What stood out the most for me was how knowledgeable he was with all the phones, features and plans. I was in no position to splurge and Jeremy respected that. He was not trying to sell me up with things I did not need. For me, this was very refreshing because everywhere you go there is someone trying to make a quick buck from you. Highly recommended!

I went to the store on April 6 and met with Ashton Fernandez who made the whole experience of upgrading my phone very easy and simple. I was reluctant to stay with Verizon, as I had gone to another store and had a very bad experience. Once the store closed at 8:00, and as I was about to leave, Ashton offered to assist me with pairing my new phone to my cars Bluetooth. I was so Impressed with the level of service I received from Ashton that I felt obligated to share my experience.

Shout out to Jameson Racke, the Store Manager, at this location. Yesterday, I panicked and ran to this store because my Google Pixel XL screen had frozen. Nothing I could do would remedy the problem. I was completely prepared for a staff member to shake their head and tell me Sir, this phone is dead...let me sell you a new one.. But instead, Jameson used his skills and technical expertise and was able to reset the phone. Now, dont get me wrong, he did offer some upgrade suggestions and even told me about a SUPER offer on the Samsung Note 20 which I was drooling over. But since I had just paid off my Pixel I wanted to at least bask in a few months of lower cell phone bills. My point is that Verizon is #1 not only because they sell superior products, but because they seem to care. Mr. Racke made me feel important. He showed sincerity, empathy, and genuine concern. This is why Ive been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years. Thank you Verizon, I will be back for that sleek Samsung Note 20...you can bet on that!

As a Verizon customer I needed assistance with my I Phone and went to my local Verizon store for assistance. What an outstanding customer experience I had with Alan. He responded quickly (didnt have to wait), very knowledgeable with technology support, nice person to work with and get ready for this he was honest on where was the place for me to buy a new I Phone (price point important) because mine could not be reactivated. He did not try to up-sale me and directed me to the best phone price. I will return to this store and hopefully work with Alan when I ever need phone assistance. You dont meet many sales associates that have the positive qualities of Alan. Verizon is fortunate to have him as an employee.

I was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Tim who was most informative and very knowledgeable. i did not realize it was close to closing but he took his time in answering my questions and informed me of all my options, that day i left with a new phone that was right for me. We also received help from Andrew who was also as knowledgeable and informative. I believe these two are great assets to your company, they are a great team and it was a pleasure to meet them.I am def happy with my new phone!!

None in stock for my phone..had to order..Again no call I just went in and they pulled one off the wall and put it on for me... no follow up service..

I have had a flip phone for many years, but went to this particular Verizon Retailer to purchase a smart phone for the first time. Derek S. was our salesperson and he provided the most amazing experience I have ever had at Verizon and we have subscribed to Verizon for at least 20 years. He was not only patient and provided simple explanations of how to use it, he set it up so that I could use the global navigator and so much more. I have only had this phone for a few days and already am so pleased with the plan and service provided us by Derek. Again, I have never in all the years we have been Verizon subscribers, had the quality of service and support Derek provided. A bunch of crooks trying to sell me a 4year old phone for 799.00. Went to best buy they 3 left over brand new 309.00. I think they thought i wasnt an educated consumer. Definitely wont ever go back there.

Made me feel welcome and werent overly pushy about selling me a phone that I didnt want. Allen was extremely attentive and helped me find a phone within my budget that met my needs. Even gave me liquid glass screen protector for the price that I paid for the glass protector, because the other protector that I bought wasnt working with the fingerprint sensor. Overall, excellent service! 👌

My boyfriend and I came to this Verizon store, just because it was closest to our house....at 8:30 at night after long days at work, only 30 mins before closing. Jameson, the manager, and his colleague proceeded to help us in every way possible (even after closing)! Being people in the industry ourselves it’s refreshing to see people so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient after we had errors thrown into the mixed like slow to load to phones and missing/forgetting our passwords. It’s great to see such competent and helpful people in a world where most just do the bare minimum to help others. All and all it was a great experience and we will definitely return when we need new phones until then we will enjoy our new iPhone 11 pros. Thanks again to the staff at this location. Definitely the best and least stressful experience at any cell phone carrier and location I’ve ever dealt with!

Let me tell you about my service at this store today, and for the last 3 weeks. Tim, Andrew, and Chris were massively helpful, and went above and beyond under difficult conditions. When I walked in today, Tim helped me for 3 hours. We called customer service because the service at my condo, which is a mile away from the store, has been shoddy, at best, for the last 3 weeks. The first 2 times I came in, I was told that the towers were being worked on. Things cleared up briefly, for a day or 2. Last night same issue happened. I was on the phone with customers who could not understand me at all, said they were only hearing every 3rd or 4th word. Yes, I have lost 3 weeks worth of business because of some tower issue. I am trying to be patient. I pay $147/month, and I have been a dedicated customer of Verizon for over 13 years.Tim was on the phone for me waiting on customer care, and we went through every diagnostic, new sim card, tier 1, tier 2 levels of support multiple times. We decided to ask for a booster at no cost, to compensate for lost business and inconvenience. Customer service said they would call me back after 3. That was after being in the store from 10-1. I came back to the store at 4, time was getting ready to leave at 5, yet he agreed to help me again, since nobody called back yet. We went through the whole waiting on hold through tier 1, tier 2 to get to a tier 3. The tier 3 person did not want to agree to requested compensation of booster at no charge. Time had to leave, so Andrew took over. Bless their hearts. Andrew is a quintessential professional, so beyond his years. He was on the phone with tier 3 reexplaining the situation, and tier 3 conceded to our request for the booster. These 3 gentlemen did everything they could, and Tim and Andrew were so patient, and I cant tell you how eternally grateful I am for them. Thank you.Diane Quatrano

I came in to check a cord from my phone charger. I was hoping for of 5 minute visit. An hour and a 1/2 later I left with 2 tablets a new S9 And a lower monthly service. Thanks to William Fetzko, Who analyze my monthly service Im now paying less a month with more data and 2 tablets. Film the thing was I have a 2 month contract now which after this visit is absolutely no problem because I intend to stay with Verizon until I start using smoke signals which is probably never.
