From the first greeting entering the door I felt at ease. After talking to the front desk staff, Maria kindly explained everything and was so friendly. Dr. Verblow saw right from the beginning my newly prescription was wrong and explained everything in detail about my new correct prescription. This seems like a very good location for a yearly eye exam. Everyone did a great job answering questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I had a good amount of anxiety about my eye health. She took the time to reassure me and show me that my eyes are healthy. I was having issues with my past contacts slipping and I just thought I was dizzy all the time. She fit me for a different brand that fits much better and im not having the issue anymore. I feel extremely relieved and extremely happy. Ill definitely recommend her to the people I know.

With Covid-19 still a serious concern, I was very much at ease at Dr. Verblows office. You receive prompt, quick, individual attention there. You feel safe, unlike at some other doctors offices that are crowded with patients and staff barely keeps their masks on. But aside from that, Dr. Verblows office has state of the art equipment to test the health of your eye. She reviews the digital images of your eye with you and explains everything so you can understand it. I would not go anywhere else for my eye care.

Amazing experience! 1st time having to deal with any issues relating to my eyes and I was worried there were going to be all sorts of issues but from the time I arrived, all the eye tests with the staff and the actual results with Dr. King was FANTASTIC! I went in on edge and shortly after I was relieved to know my eyes were good and I was on my way to getting my first set of glasses in a half century! Buyer beware! Very nice office with very nice people but they lied to me and I was just as much to blame for being a less than savvy consumer of medical professionals. I asked if they take my plan (VSP) and they said yes! We usually charge over $200.00 for your exam and today youll only pay $149.00. Now I go online to my VSP website and see any provers on the plan only charge $10.00 for the exam. My fault for trusting friendly faces.... Thats $140.00 I could have really used after 8 months on furlough.

Jennifer performed the initial steps, then I was taken to Dr. Verblow. She addressed everything that was an issue from the previous year and advised that my vision for my eyeglasses improved. She made recommendations for my contacts and provided a test pair of multi focals in addition to my single vision. They always treat me like a valued customer. I am thankful to have found their practice close to my home and will continue to use them for my vision needs.

Doctor was so nice last year when I had my first visit with her. I even booked my appointment for this year. They emailed me to confirm my appointment only to let me know theyd given my appointment away (to my wife). They then proceeded to further push the inconvenience by telling me the nearest appointment to my previously scheduled one was an hour later. So this would mean I would have to take my wife in and then wait for several people to be seen before I am. The girl was very unhelpful. Didnt care that THEY made the mistake and offered no help to fix their screw up. Suffice it to say ill be finding a new place that understands they are in a service job that has been begging me all year to come in.Edit:my wife is cancelling her appointment as well now. So the desk staff just cost their boss 2 clients with good insurance.

My daughter who is 24 yrs old had an appointment but they called and Me and I told Them Lynn does not have an appointment. My daughter doesn’t drive. She paid for a ride to the appointment and they told her at 1pm to sit and wait until 5pm. No customer service. Terrible office. When I complained they said they could see her in six days as they are busy due to COVID. Unbelievable! I will not be returning.

I really enjoyed my experience with the doctor and her assistant. I didn’t like my interaction with John 588055. It was very clear he was trying to trick me into spending more money than I wanted to. I told him that if I went through LensCrafters I’d get the $99 special, after he agreed the total come to $300+. I said how is that possible? I thought the special is $99, he kept pushing not answering my question as to how did the price jump so much. I think he said “this is the best value for our customers.” Finally he said it’s a different material in which I said Again, I’d do the $99 special if any. With all the extra fees and warranty it ended up being $160+ so I passed on the offer. I went online to Zenni Optical and purchased the exact same pair with all the extras for $45. I’m not sure why it’s so expensive but overall I liked the doctor and assistant a lot!!

This place has very poor service and communication skills. I came in on may 5th and was told my custom lenses would be in a few weeks .I came in twice and told the lenses were shipped and still no less over a month later. My husband calls and was hung up on by one of the staff members. I come in and the system doesnt load, they cant find my information, and I cant speak to a manager. The manager sent a text to the receptionist to tell them sorry. Own your store and operation. Dont hide behind your staff. Not fair to them. My husband had a poor experience when he was here as well. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.
