I was seen at this location and was seen by Dr. Lang and she was amazing but most importantly she was quick. I was also assisted by Sanjidah to select my glasses frames and I can say she was absolutely AMAZING!! I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and had never experienced someone explain and assist with selecting frames that would better fit my face along with the style suggested. I highly recommend this site!!

Lillia was very patient when dealing with insurance issues and allowed me to have a great experience. The gentleman that fit my glasses was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, great staff and a quick and easy experience.

I recently moved to Pompano & was looking for a place to tighten a pair of sunglasses I own, so I casually walked in here and figured I would ask if that’s something they do.Craig was able to help me out. They were 20 minutes from closing but he welcomed me in right away and asked how he could help out. He was so attentive and so polite. He was able to help me out with no problem.The customer service was excellent! Craig was so nice even though I’m not a repeat customer, he was very willing and did an excellent job. I had a huge emergency with my glasses today and financially I was praying for help. When I got to the store Carmelo listened, went to the computer and got into a solution that cost me NOTHING!! He has always been a help when I go into the store, even encouraging me! I work in service as well and we are a rare breed that goes so above and beyond. Had an amazing experience! Upon calling to make an appointment Lilia was very helpful and friendly. On the day of the appointment, she was beyond and above. The Pompano Beach (241 North Fed Hwy) Visionworks staff is very professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to meet exactly my eye prescription for new sunglasses. Semyon, the optometrist, was exceptionally diligent and precise. My sunglasses came out perfect and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected.

My dad needed help getting some new glasses and all of the employees were absolutely incredible. Sanjidah was the best. She was very professional and made our search for his glasses a very easy process. If you’re thinking of getting glasses, this is the place to do it. Absolutely no complaints.

Best experience I have had with shopping for glasses in the past 10 years. Everyone in the store is fantastic special call out to Sanjidah and Lilia.From the very first moment after entering the store, I was well attended and in the time I spent at the store, I noticed how friendly they were with every customer who were of different age groups. I was provided with all information I need and the best thing was how quickly they delivered my glasses even at times when orders are backlogged cause of covid. Every other store I went before this were sure that they need two weeks minimum to deliver but here they delivered in 5 days. EXECELLENT !!

Dr. Pawlak is fantastic. He thoroughly examined my eyes and gave me the perfect prescription for my contact lenses. Despite having previously an inaccurate prescription from my past optometrist, Dr. Pawlak patiently worked with me to ensure that I now have better than 20/20 vision! Fantastic, professional, and really cares for the patient.

Staff are very nice and helpful. If you need someone that speaks another languge lilia is great she speaks Portuguese. I definitely recommend.

This was my third Optometrist that I had visited to adjust and fix my new eyeglasses. Dr. Carmelo was the Charm! The first two NEVER got my frames to sit straight on my face. They just kept bending the frames in hopes that would do it.Carmelo took my new eyeglasses even though I did not purchase them there. He bent them back to the original shape to start anew. After several adjustments, He got it right! Finally, I’m wearing my new eyeglasses and I don’t feel like they’re sitting on my nose crooked! Fantastic customer service! Theyre always phenomenal. Ive been coming here 3 years now and Ive been wearing glasses since I was a kid, so I have a good routine down. I dont know how Sanjidah does it but she recognizes me (haircut and all) we go through the motions of picking glasses (shell write them down if I want to come back another day and then actually picks those frames out for me again once I give her the card) she gives great advice when Im choosing them. AND she knows her job well enough to make the lense process (the worst part) totally a breeze. I feel like I ask the same question about transitions every single time but shes literally the most patient person Ive ever had help me.Everyone in the building is great so its not like I wouldnt come here if Sanjidah wasnt on shift, but Im always extra happy to see her.

I love a business that when something goes wrong they work with you to get it fixed. Sanjidah is a miracle worker! Unfortunately while my lenses were being replaced on my glasses they got lost. Unfortunately, it took three attempts to make my glasses correctly. Upon leaving the store the second time, I received a call asking to confirm my prescription. Thats when they realized they were making my glasses with my contact lense prescription. When I came back the third time, I took the glasses and left. Theyre still wrong, but they refuse to offer money back and having glasses is a necessity. Only saving grace is that the employees are nice and empathetic. Wont be going back.

I seldom write reviews but I want to share my experience at VisionWorks of Pompano. I bought Rx sunglasses here. I went to the store to pick them up; I tried them on and they were off. It was like the person who initially fitted them on me didnt do a thorough job because the centers of my eyes didnt line up properly. Long story short, Lilian helped me find a replacement pair that fit great and, most importantly, that I can see out of them. She is truly a wonderful helpful person. There many choices around when it comes to eyeglass shops, but none with excellent customer service. Thanks again, Lilian. I love my Rx sunglasses from VisionWorks of Pompano.

A very pleasant experience. The entire staff is cordial and helpful

No longer in-network for VSP tho they state so on their website. Staff doesnt tell you that either when you question why its costing so much - good ole bait n switch - side step and swindle. Employee didnt admit I was out of network until AFTER i had paid and they were in process - when i really started to question pricing. Takes over a week to get your over-priced glasses as well. Even the 2-4-$49 is a scam, the charge by the lens now so everything is x 2 and when getting polarized or progressives the price just escalates by leaps and bounds.... Will take my high priced glasses and run from this store never to return.

I decided to order from them for my contacts. I called to see if they had the type of brand I use and the employee told me to call back next day because she did not know. The next day, I called and the employee stated that they had them in stock for a free trial while I wait for my order. When I went that day, the employee seemed completely clueless in ordering my contacts and stated that he didn’t know where to find the contacts in their store!!! This is not the first time they didn’t know how to place my order for contacts or glasses on their system. Please hire knowledgeable staff or at least train them well ! In the end, i left without any order done and the rep. Told me that he’ll order it in the morning. ☹️ What an inconvenience. Calling ahead of time was useless.

I would give it 5 stars because of the knowledgable and friendly employees but Dr. Joseph can be very disrespectful and ruined my experience. He acts as if he is bothered when I ask a question. I also noticed how he belittles his employees in front of everyone. As a woman and mother of 3 young daughters I take that very seriously. I would much rather take my business elsewhere where I dont feel patronized.
