I love the experience of dollar tree. It always has something new and something I always need. This store also has milk cheese lunch meat frozen food ice cream and a large variety of food. Its located in a great location and always very busy. You have Walmart across the street. I heard the dollar tree is not going to be dollar tree anymore. How sad. Things are going to more than$1.00. I enjoy getting shampoo and conditioner and body soap there. Along other great things. They always have a great holiday selection no matter what holiday it is. Gift wrap and bows. Toys for boys and girls. Arts and crafts. Kitchen items. Birthday balloons and birthday cards. Everything right now is still$1.00. its sad that it is going to change. Until then enjoy dollar tree. I am going to miss you when your prices are going to change.

Disgusting customer service! While walking through the front door I was instructed by multiple staff member to hand in my backpack as the employees would not allow me to fully enter the store. On my furthest left, I was informed by an employee that there is a sign on the door reading Backpacks are not allowed in the store.Now I feel that this policy is discriminatory as it is obvious that from this policy that customer are not trusted and therefore not valued.If they dont trust me then how can I trust them with my person belongs. And furthermore what guarantee do I have that all my belongings will be returned to me.I shall never visit this store again and would encourage all potential customers to find an alternative store as they will be valued elsewhere.

I picked up the wrong items (candy) that I thought was sugar free and wasnt. I went back here to just make an exchange and was told they dont take food back. It was never open and in the policy it mention as long as its no open you can make an exchange. If you cant make an exchange on candy or any other foods that hasnt been open! Dollar tree needs to put that on the door or in its policy that food cant be exchanged at all. That once its purchased its final! Its sad that even though its not open and you want to make an exchange you arent. Other stores your able to do that as long as it hasnt been open and you have your receipt (which I did have the receipt). Only here it seems to be a problem....

Awesome staff. A customer dealt me a raw deal there and the manager stepped in and really helped me out. These folks have my patronage indefinitely.

I just got back from there. It was a very nice experience. The cashiers both saying good morning to everyone they could. Kudos to them because they were busy. I walked out with 4 bags of the things I needed for $27.00 and I loved that!👍

Amazing selection!

The shelves were empty. No sodas...none. No adult-sized 20 oz cups...only small 8 oz cups. No bleach. A good amount of other things out of stock as well.

DT has all of the essentials for a dollar. So convenient.

This is the store that allowed a couple to buy the entire inventory of toilet paper, paper towels and other items that are in short demand. They were caught red handed and filmed. Obviously this store has had some real issues in the past. Im surprised that corporate has allowed it to continue. Obviously the person who checked this coupleout was in it with them. Something to think about.

Love the Dollar Tree at this location! It is small but just large enough to have almost all the items I like to buy from them. The staff are all sweet as well as professional and very helpful no matter how busy they are.

As a repeat customer, I was highly disappointed and disgusted with what I witnessed at this location. As I stood in the check out line I witnessed the manager selling boxes of isopropyl alcohol and antibacterial wipes to an employee. These items are not available on the shelves. I overheard the employee asking the manager to save more for them in the stockroom. With the virus spreading witnessing that valuable items were being hoarded and only sold to employees was shocking and extremely disappointing.

My wife loves Dollar Tree! There is a problem...the parking lot and sidewalks are darkened without lights. Maybe the reason the lights are off is Winn Dixie is closed and the landlord is saving money...but this makes shopping at night unsafe.

I have noticed just in the past week two weeks that there has been a very noticeable change in organization and the shelves are now well stocked. Prior to this, the store was very unorganized and the shelves were just a mess and very hard to find merchandise .However, I still find that its very difficult to get help from the employees. This is my frequent Dollar Tree that I visit multiple times a week. I hope that with the revamp of organization and keeping the shelves stocked that the management will now review the employees that are currently working there because it is very difficult to get how poor customer service . Even when I asked the employees for help they do not seem receptive to answering any customer service questions I have or giving off the feeling that they want to help. I have noticed some new employees hired recently are the only ones that are always asking me if I need help finding anything. I just hope that the management there will ensure the long term employees that have work there longer know the importance of customer service. I will give my rating a 3 for now until I see Improvement on customer service at this location.

Always I bring my baby dieper backpack to the stores bacause if my baby need milk, use the bathroom or another thing I need the backpack near by ... Always I visit this store and is the first time that happens to us... The employees make me feels like a theft... The Management need to fix that situation because this is a discrimination for the parents that have babies

Dollartree25 South Pompano ParkwayPompano Beach, FL 33069On 1/16/2013 around 7 pm my wife accompanied with her mother, girlfriend and her girlfriends two young children. Were verbally mistreated by the blonde haired store manager.The young boy was trying out toys as other children were doing. The manager specifically targeted him and said for him to not use them. She stated to my family and friends that he was going to make a mess and she would have to clean it up. The store closes at 10pm. If there was a mess it was an accumulated issue and not the fault of one boy.This boy is young he is only 7 years old. His feelings and my families’ feelings were hurt. There were other children there and they were not told to stop.My family wears ethnic clothes and I feel they were targeted because they are different from the normal clientele that go to that store.
