I purchased a beautiful chess set online from them. Everywhere else, to include Amazon, had sets that were either over designed, expensive or super cheap.They have a sketchy website, but they did contact me over email. They also did not have the chess clock I originally ordered but I offered to proceed with the order anyways after removing it from the purchase.They also charged me from a sister business “1st Class Cigars and Humidors”. Not a big deal but worth noting.

SCAM!!! Dont order, they dont respond to phone calls or emails and did not send the product I ordered.

I called the listed number to ensure they were open. The lady that answered informed me they were open today. She also confirmed the address which didnt match with this google listing. I thank her and we discuss that I am driving from Hollywood to Deerfield Beach to visit their store.I drive the 30 minutes up to their store and when I walk in, it is all cigars and cigar cases. The same lady I had spoken with on the phone tells me I can look around. I say I am actually interested in your chess sets. She then tells me its an online only store...The owner over hears this and confirms it is online only. No apologies for the wasted time. The hassle. The return to Hollywood in rush hour traffic on 95.... Nothing.I was willing to overlook the bad reviews online but after being exposed to their brand of customer service, I see why they were rated so poorly.
