I placed an order for an expensive set and received an order confirmation. I called the business and explained the problem. The person said youre not getting it. The guy was a total jerk through the conversation and explained that it wasnt in stock and they didnt expect more. I would have bought an alternate product from them if the customer service wasnt so horrible. The set showed to be in stock and they chose to ignore my order.

Very bad customer service. I am very disappointed by so much rudeness from the salesman I spoke to yesterday. He spoke with an angry tone of voice and had very long periods of silence before answering each of my questions making the conversation very awkward. After asking him if a power supply for Mephisto Montreux would work on a Saitek Risc 2500 which is a very similar chess computer, he told me a bad attitude that he did not know and he did not know anybody to ask. So after I mentioned that I would like to order the Mephisto Montreux power supply and then if it did not work I would return it (as mentioned on the website of 30 days money back policy), he tells me that under this circumstances he was not going to take my order. So I decided to order a Fidelity Designer Mach III power supply instead, for another computer that I have. After agreeing to take my order for the power supply for Fidelity Designer Mach III, he took down my my name, address, email and home phone number but then he gave me the wrong price for the power supply (saying it was $65 instead of $25 shown in Classic Chess and Games web page). When I pointed this out to him, he stayed silent and did not speak any longer, and then after I said hello multiple times with no answer, I gave up. In summary, the salesman was extremely rude in every possible way. Left multiple messages by phone and e-mail with no answer. Impossible to reach a manager or even an operator.
