Employees there are super friendly, always available to help, and a great place in general. Recommend getting a mailbox here, have a mailbox here ourselves and its been a great experience so far.

This my favorite local UPS Store. I recommend this location. They answer their phone, employees are polite, the service is quick and they are open when they are supposed to be open. (I have had problems at other locations)

The people are nice for the most part but they screwed up an important piece of mail that I let them mail for me- never again. It was incorrect and they decided to blame the postal people instead of correcting the issue. Again, it was important so I allowed them to put the postage on it but because they put it on the back of the envelope the post office returned it instead of delivering a piece of mail that was for employment.

Shipped an Amazon return pronto, and printing the label cost $1.06. Shipped a skateboard too and they took care of packing and v everything.

Incredible customer service. I shipped several items from the store up to the northeast during a recent trip to FL. I literally dropped off the items and the staff took it upon themselves to package everything with great care to protect the electronics. They labeled the items so we knew what each wrapped piece was. I cant thank them enough for the amount of care, effort, and pride they displayed in helping me out. Amazing.

Charges extra if what you are printing is not a label for use with UPS. They literally charge you more than a black and white piece of paper BECAUSE it’s a label.And (despite what the Manager may reply to here) it’s not like they help print the label or you are using their internet or computer or something. They charge extra to have you plug the usb into the printer and print pages yourself, after they DETERMINE if what you are printing is a label - and then are rude about it when you wonder why they are looking at your documents lolAll this is despite the fact UPS depends on the USPS to deliver (subsidize) the final leg of many deliveries they don’t think are profitable enough to handle themselves.USPS and FedEx are nearby. If you ship anything with FedEx, they’ll print a few pages for free - just ask. If you don’t have anything to ship, they charge you the price of normal printing - not this petty gouging.

Despite training a new employee and dealing with several customers, the manager was very helpful and efficient in taking care of our shipment of a lamp and table ware that had been in the family for many years. They arrived as scheduled a few days after in very securely wrapped packages. We appreciated this excellent level of service.

Ive been a customer and box owner twice for several years. This location has the most professional and friendly staff. They always make you feel welcome when you come in and always with a smile. I will continue to give David my business and proud they represent the UPS store in Pompano Beach.

Reviewing UPS in general. Clowns. They claim to deliver packages. Lies. Heavy packages are left in the truck at best until they are droped off at their facility. To all businesses out there use someone else. Customer service are liers too. They will tell you that they spoke to driver and he will return the same day after hours. No one will ever come. I wish businesses disclosed who they use as their carrier. I would never order if it is UPS. It costs me to stay home wait for a package and be a witness of their clown scheme of never doing a delivery and claiming that they do. Admit it, clowns! I busted your delivery man with a label but no package. He did not have a package, only label. Why even make an appearance if you did not bring a package?

The prior and present management and staff have been nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. Im not easy to please and I demand good customer service.

I do not understand the negative reviews.Every single employee has been so ready to help ... including the Manager. I have sat and used their rental computer many times and never heard a disparaging word. Me thinks the negatives are from one mad customer or a competing store. A friend,Larry B. rates them 5 + 5, and I agree.I think most complaints, according to anOklahoma UPS, are from ex-mates wanting info. This UPS store gives nothing out, except to box holders.

This UPS store is NOT helpful at all. The owner is not concerned about helping his clients solve their shipping issues or small business concerns as they relate to shipping. Find another UPS location to deal with, or UPS directly, this location is useless if you are wanting shipping or small business solutions. The owner should find another line of work. Customer service is not his motivator, not sure what is.

I used the tracking number on my reciept - but, it doesnt work. We called cutomer service after we shipped a package from here.We were told: Our package was sent without being scanned. So, we cant track it. But, dont worry. Once its at its destination they will scan it into the system. Its been a week...

Im only giving this UPS Store # 5299 1 star cause Google making me to post this WARNING to all consumers. Im a traveling sales lady & my company provides me with prepaid UPS labels to send in my hard copies back to our corporate headquarters.This is the only store that ever wanted me pay $1.00 for an overnight UPS envelope. When I questioned the $1.00 charge the employe out right told me NOT to be CHEAP! When I questioned he he became abusive towards me.I did call UPS to complain & was told that this store is not a real UPS but an independent store or franchise paying to use the UPS name to gouge you out of your hard earned $$$. If you like being treated poorly & paying for something that you can get FREE right down the road this is the UPS store to go to!

This so-called UPS location is just wrong. Their rules for receiving a package differ from every other UPS store Ive used. I was required to fill out a contract basically to get a package my daughter shipped there. The staff was uncaring to my complaint also. I will never use this location again for anything. This store is owned and staffed by RUDE people...I regularly ship STUB HUB tickets from this location...and have NEVER been charged to print my shipping label...today I was rudely told that there is a $3.00 charge PLUS a fee for each document printed out...snot nosed kid named Phillip Camacho...as well as the owner/manager...middle aged guy with a beard...nasty! Never again will I give them my business...go somewhere else!

I regularly ship from this store as a Stub Hub seller. I have ALWAYS printed my shipping label there at no cost...the service, including the shipping label is PAID FOR! Today I was rudely refused by the owner/manager as well as an employee...told it would cost $3.00 PLUS a fee for each piece of paper printed. RUDE people...never will I use this store again!

Awful customer service.This location values bad profits at the expense of customer service.Dont go here for printing, they charge you for computer usage, 15 minute minimum.
