Absolute worst service that I have ever had, they take your money and never deliver. I have taken a day of work hired movers and have received no contact from these people at all. I have sat on hold for hours trying to get ahold of someone to help to have the general managers hang up on me. Never ever will I use uhaul again. By far the worst experience ever!!!!
There was a different management before and the service wasn’t that good. Now it’s amazing. Wonderful stuff and customer service! Now I go there and feel so comfortable to walk in! They are always there to help you! Definitely would recommend this locationThank you!
The front representative lady was rude asking for not 1 but 3 of my other contacts information because they stole this truck a lot she said. Then she tried to force me to pay for colision damage insurance that I denied when booking online and said that there was nothing she could do. Then the manager came in and made me deposit if I dont want the insurance. There was nothing said or written Uhaul website where I booked this reservation. I canceled the reservation and went somewhere else.
Though i do not have much experience with moving and storage locations, this location has been great every time i came by for a truck rental, and for my storage rental as well.There arent employees running around to help you ASAP, but the people that work there have been friendly and professional. The trucks are in good shape and run well, and the location, with the surrounding grounds, is kept extremely clean.The rental units are top-notch as well.Overall, a great rental experience.

Will use this uhaul for rentals and storage unit rental! Love the alarm system built into the unit. You to arm and disarm the alarm. Which is amazing because I had a unit outside as I needed 24/7 access.
Victoria at the front desk was great. We rented a tow dolly right before they closed and we’re having trouble getting it set up and Victoria came out even after she was already clocked out, helped us and wasn’t afraid to get dirty. She deserves a raise !
Adam and Annmarie at the register are the most rude employees who talk back and disrespects customers. I have a video of Adam talking back to customer who had moved all her stuff here from Arizona and made reservation for a unit. He talked back to her and was very rude because the UHaul rented the available units even though she had reserved it last week.When customer was frustrated the employee Adam spoke back to her multiple times even when she told him to stop talking back. He continued to voice his opinions and since he is wearing a UHaul shirt he’s representing UHaul when he speaks back to customers.Time of incident: 11:25 am - 6/17/2021I will be posting videos of UHaul to YouTube channel with 100,000+ subs. This employee needs to be fired or reprimanded. You need to learn how to treat your customers!!! Especially when they paid $2,000+ to move and used UHaul from Arizona to Florida! Your pay is because of customers like her! Fire this employee who has no respect for customers and the people who use and support your business! Also anyone who is manager of this location if you’d like the video you have cameras of your own but I also have videos too. You should refund customer entire amount this was unbelievable!What a bad company and a terrible location this is! Sudan attended my pick of a truck. I informed her that the truck bed had an oil spill. She stated to take or leave it. I told her that it is a hazard and that I could fall and if it happens is a law suit. She became belligerent! I was informing her of the danger. I was with my son and was so disrespectful. I left and canceled. . My health is more important. Dont recommend. Inspect your inventory. Train your employees.
I scheduled a truck rental two days ago from the U-Haul app. I get here at 4:30 and they tell me that the computers are down. So they manually rent it out my vehicle that I had reserved online to someone else. Being a business owner that is unacceptable and the lady working the front counter she is very rude and needs to be terminated on the spot for the way she treats customers. Dont trust this place! I rented a truck online and specifically declined the collision damage waiver, but they added it to my charges anyway. Trying to get someone on the phone at Uhaul is almost impossible, unless you indicate you are renting something.
This Uhaul is clean, large, has an array of clean trailers and trucks. Adam Rhodes is who helped us on our new journey to Charlotte, NC from South Florida. He helped make sure our hitch was secure, that we went over every detail just in case we hadn’t remembered from any trips with our hitch we had taken prior and made sure the trailer had a dolly and all the specs taken care of.Not only that, Adam was kind, a bit reserved which I admired, absolutely professional and wonderfully useful!! He being reserved was part of his charm and professionalism, and I valued his input greatly. He was so kind. He went out of his way to be thorough.He prioritized our safety and satisfaction.Thank you, Adam! And thank you to this location.
Absolutely awful behavior this U-Haul is to be avoided at all costs. **Rudely asked to adjust my mask And I complied. The woman who rang me up continued to be rude and short with me and then decided to change the U-Haul rules at check in because she was in a bad mood (I guess). I instructed her that I no longer wished to rent the equipment due to the attitude and she sat and wrote a report on me out loud flat out lying and saying that I refuse to wear a mask while I was sitting there wearing a mask in the way that she told me to wear it. Disgusting.
Ive rented box trucks for my business from this location and have never been disappointed. The staff is courteous and the trucks are in good working shape (a little beat up, but thats not unusual). The price is right as long as you return it within the time-frame and within the mileage. Ive never had a problem yet, and when Im in a pinch Im glad that this U-Haul is here to help.
Insanely ride staff. Victoria is the worst store manager Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. I showed up today after having made this reservation two weeks in advance and driving hundreds of miles. I waited over 20+ minutes for the employee in training to give me my storage unit, she explained the directions I need to follow poorly, and then because I came back due to miscommunication and the inability to get their code to work, Victoria decides to catch an attitude with me and then tell me to leave HER office. I have the entire thing recorded on video and I will be following up and filing a complaint with uhaul. Take your business elsewhere if you dont want an absolute headache. Not worth the time wasted. Victoria, kindly quit, youre USELESSpost update, their alarms are constantly going off while you are trying to make your move which is insanely earth shatteringly ear piercingly annoying. Thanks for nothing U-Haul I will not be returning as a customer ever again.Update to the update! Ive been here 3 hours and Im already finding mass amounts of very large roaches, not to mention the extra extra large rat traps installed in every single unit.The elevator operations certificates are also out of date by over 2 years. This place is disgusting and poorly maintained all around, from employees to management to the actual storage units. I even tried to contact the owner Don at the email listed on my contract and that email is not valid. Don does not want to be bothered with any of your problems & neither can any of his employees.
I have used this location twice now and I am very happy with Adam the Owner the young lady whos name I forgot (sorry) along with the other employees. I will use this location if needed I am sure.
So we called 2 weeks ago to get a hitch attached to the truck and needed it on Sunday so this place was directed to us by uhaul and the appointment was scheduled. We were on hold for 20 minutes before the lady on the phone said the part hasn’t arrived yet so we said that was fine we’ll schedule for next Sunday. The woman was very rude but we ignored it since we need it done and uhaul is an excellent company we worked with before. She comes back on the phone and says no we don’t do sundays and we asked when to reschedule and she said “you not speak to me rude” and hung up. Who exactly is running this place that is so bad for business. We are here to buy the hitch at the price for 450 no problem and now they just lost our business due to some very rude lady working the front desk. Just disappointed we aren’t using uhaul again.

They try to put a fuel surcharge everytime i use a uhaul. Even when you over fill the gas tank they will try to charge you for the fuel. Just bad business.
Horrible customer service from the General Manager, Don, he was not willing to help or offer any solutions. We reserved 2 uboxes with a reservation and he claimed that that he emailed us but we never got an email or a phone call. Calling the actual store was impossible, when Don was finally reached and asked when pods would be available his response was there’s a shortage of pods. After 3 hours on the phone with U-hual’s customer service we found out that there were pods available at another U-haul location less than 5 miles away. Don could have made a phone call and communicated with us but instead we spent 3 hours of our morning scrambling to find uboxes. Completely unacceptable behavior and unprofessional from a General Manager.
We had an amazing experience over the weekend! I messed up my ubox order online and when we came into the store the owner was very helpful in fixing it. The warehouse was fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. Shoutout to William from the warehouse - he was incredibly professional and helped the process move along smoothly and efficiently. Will be recommending to our friends in the area!
Not much to say about this location other than that they were professional and courteous. Other locations that I have tried have also been great. Thats why I try to use a location nearest to my delivery site.
Thieves. They double charged me for miles and did NOT on my complaint. No investigation no follow up. Took no steps to verify my issue or even their side of it.
Very professionally done installation of a hitch put on my new 2019 Ford Edge.
Its more then three weeks since I returned my U-Haul truck and they charged me the cost of the tolls when moving on the way down I had set up a specific day for them to charge my card. They went ahead and did it anyway without my knowledge a few days earlier from when I had already set up a payment date. The transmission on the truck I rented kept slipping and would stall hours at a time which added about 4 hours to my trip. When I got to this location I told them the problem I was having while moving down and did not care what so ever they kept being short with me as if they were trying to rush me out. I tried calling a few times to talk to a manager and they always placed me on hold which at one time was for 15 minutes ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and dont bother coming to this location such poor customer service.
Vehicle, renting and returning process, employees: all great. Price? Way too expensive. $120.00 for a small van, four hours, 80 miles. Same thing at Enterprise would be $35.00, but they were out 😔

I had reserved 2 inboxes to be delivered to the house. The manager in charge of this service notified me only 2 hours before they were to be delivered - that they were unavailable. Also, he did not own up to being in charge. Corporate customer service was very nice, though with very long hold-waiting times. Counter personell at this facility are very nice. Plenty of parking.

Dont get a U-Box!! Dont work with U-Haul!! Do not go to this location. Youre better off paying a service that costs twice this service. Peace of mind and security of your items is worth it. We have upwards of $10,000 of our items missing upon arrival. Read below for details1) Our 2 U-boxes were taken back while we were up stairs getting our next load which was to be for the second box. As a result we could not put our own lock on. The U-haul representative informed my wife that they put a lock on for us, but that they have thrown away the key. Thisrepresentative also said that we will have to break the lock to get in to it.2) We still had the issue of our stuff which we couldnt pack because our U-Boxes were taken early. U-haul suggested we rent one of their vans and bring our belongings to their Sample rd. location ourself, fill the next container.3) We also did not like the fact that we were to break a lock to open our U-box upon arrival. We asked U-haul if we can avoid that. The clerk (female) at Sample Rd asked us to buy two new locks, put one on the 2nd U-box which we came to fill. And the first one they promised toreplace the lock to which the key had been ‘thrown out’. We were told to leave the lock in the mail box labeled in an envelope - which we did.When the boxes arrived the lock was not replaced on the U-Box. After many calls about this issue U-haul finally sent a technician to open the boxes. The technician opened the box with What he called a “Universal Key lock” which he said every U-Haul technician has. The box with missing items is the box with the Universal Key locknow that weve finished unpacking weve discovered that we are missing over $7000 worth stuff
Owner was a complete jerk. The more nice I was, the more jerk he was. It was like running from a dog. The more you run the more emboldened the dog becomes. What an absolute jerk in life...
Their prices are way too high $200+ a month for a 10x15 storage unit non climate controlled. They make you pay extra to access you outdoor unit 24/7 even though it is a non secure facility (meanin no gates & all units are accessable from outside no gates nothing) yeah you get the first month free but its like they end up charging you for it & then some for every month after that. Not to mention instead of this location contacting me directly to allow me to know of my unit being legt unlocked & at risk of theft they had the 1800 facility call me instead & even though they have a master key to lock & unlock the padlock (which is why you are only allowed to buy their padlocks) they said they were unable to secure the unit. (Isnt that the point of paying them? To have a secure unit? I know i didnt leave it unlocked... So why was it open in the first place? They had horrible customer service & they have their prices way too high.
The pickup location was great. The whole return the truck experience was a nightmare never again will I rent anything else at Uhaul.
Worst customer service ever, especially the lady at the front desk, have been there like two times to install a hitch, and the lady was extremely rude in both times, the same with one of the installer. Never go back to that place again.
I don’t know who does the hiring in this place. I had a storage unit for a year. I just moved out because of the nasty customer service I received by a worthless rude blonde short lady. I believe her name is “VIC”. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING HERE. Don’t waste your time. It seems they don’t need the business.
So calling office 06:47pm put on hold by employee, never picked up that line. Rented 26ft truck from the office made sure employee at front put requested time for 07:00am but somehow ended up being 09:00am. Called main number spent 1.5 hrs on phone being transfered all over the place.... Super 😡
This place has many Boats stolen. check the police reports before putting a boat, car or any valuables. I thing the GM who is very rude and uncareing may be involved in the theft of many boats at this location. If you have any information please contact the police and be cautious if leaving any valuables at this location

One of the worst experiences of ever. Had a very dismissive and disrespectful employee that works there who was I to report to U-haul corporate office that refused to rent me a unit. This was after another U haul location had ALREADY given my unit away! They showed little concern that I had a confirmed reservation which was not available when I arrived to rent the uhaul unit.
After making a reservation for a RV parking spot I drove my RV to the location only to be told there were no spaces available.

They say you pay $ 20 to rent. Apart from the 20 dollars you pay more mileage, tax, gasoline and a fare. I walked 20 miles and paid 70 dollars. For me its not worth it.
