Had a good time with my partner. French toast was great and the food service was good. Would love it if they had physical menus though.Very enjoyable.

Everyone was very happy and enjoyable but It took forever to have our order ready. You order ahead like a fast food and they give you a number which makes you think its gonna be served faster, but no. Very slow process. Coffee was decent but definitely had better coffee in Ponce. Food was good and prices were great. I know its a Sunday but they are operating at 50% capacity, that should make it bit more faster than usual. Will give them another chance sometime.

Very slow service. When food got to us it was cold. I asked for dairy free coffee and they added whipped cream on top so I couldnt enjoy it. There are many delicious coffee/ cafe places in ponce that are a lot better than this one

We came here because it looked very nice and seemed like the best option but sadly we didnt get a very good experience. Food took over an hour only to be cold and the pancakes were not cooked inside. At least we got our money back, but sadly I wasnt the only one asking for a refund, there was actually a whole line of people dissatisfied. They need to have better control and logistics and know how much they can handle, sometimes taking in less customers is key to achieving satisfaction and therefore a good rep. The place has potential but right now on a weekend its a mess.

Coffee and food are alright, and product prices are high. I did not receive my promotional card on my first visit yesterday. The cashier (same individual) gave me the promotional card on the second visit today. I completed two separate purchases on the same date and the cashier refused to punch the promotional card after the second purchase. Another business that does not look for the best interest of its customers. Most employees were friendly. Clean and well kept establishment.

Excellent food and service

The food and coffee was great. The service was sub par hence the four star review. We were told there was table service yet nobody approached our table after 25 minutes even though staff sat at a table near us. I would have appreciated if somebody would have said something since they were waiting to clock in. After we finally ordered our food from the front, the young lady who brought the food was courteous.

Terrible service... the place was not busy and it took them 1 hour to bring our order... the place is very disorganized.. the coffee is good, but not worth the wait...the food arrived cold. I only waited for the food because I payed in advance... I asked to speak with the manager and they sent one of the cashiers to speak with me... the staff is polite and respectful, but they need customer service leadership training. I will never come to this place again..

My Coffee House Wrap was pretty good, except that they ran out of the Raspberry dressing and substituted it for a Guayaba sauce...it didnt cut it. The potatoe chips that were included were a little stale though...

Giving you guys 5 star because I love the coffee BUT hear me out, the drive thru timing is horrible, I know everything is fixed at present time but whenever you guys get a big order, you should direct the customer to stop on a designated spot while the others just get their coffee and keep rolling. The Rambla one, about 30 to 40 minutes wait, for a drive thru, thats horrible and you guys, about 30 to 35 minutes. Timed you a couple of times. Please do something about it. Ohhh, dont fix my coffee and have it sit there for 30 minutes, gonna be cold you know. Heres a pic of the crust of my pumpkin pie after 35 minutes in the drive thru.

Food took forever, floors dirty

I dare to say this is one of the best places for coffee in the south of Puerto Rico. An affordable price for breakfast where they garnish their plates in a beautiful way. Don’t leave Ponce without visiting this spot.

It’s an old Burger King place converted into a Coffee place. Food and coffee is good but pricey. The place is always crowded because is a new place to hangout.

I was very excited to try this place but service was really awful! They first brought us the coffee (which was cold) and then minutes later they brought us the pastries and because we went to the counter and ask for them. First time visiting and definitely the last one.

Food is good but drive thru is a disaster. I waited 25 minutes to be served and when I complained the server did not give me napkins or sugar for my coffee.

Just had to leave after a 15 minute wait. No one wud acknowledge us and as we were pulling out then they came to the speakerAnd helped the ones behind us. Very rude.I will never visit that establishment.

Coffee is great but pastries are old and dry. I bought a piece of cake and it was very unpleasing to even try to finish it.

Great variety of cold and hot coffees, Paninis, salads, desserts and more. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service. Very clean and cozy. Has outdoor seating. You can order to go as well. Definitely I recommend this place. Its a mist for a great cup of coffee with good company or by yourself.

☕ House I really like your coffee but your customer service really is lacking. I ordered something via Lunchera (15 minutes before arriving, two lattes) and when I got there your employees where literally just standing around talking around instead of having my order ready. Not the first time its happened btw. Get your service game together please.

The food is delicious! Had the ham omelet with bread and a side of pancakes. Loved everything about it! Great food, service, location, Plenty of parking.I was visiting from Florida and tried several other breakfast locations and by far it was the best I had!

Excellent coffee, however, the cappuccino is always on the cold side, because they tend to put way too much whipped cream on it. Hope the consider to adjust the ratio between coffee : whipped cream.

Worked there for two years. Definitely beat coffee in town... if looking for a quick breakfast make sure to get there early in the morning because if you wait until 10am youll be in there for a while, but its worth the extra waiting time.
