We had a good experience recently at this location. After having a very confusing time dealing with online techs resulting in instructions to return a phone, we took one last step to see if we could get some help at this location. Kevin took good care of us by using excellent multitasking tools and finally discovering the problem. LONG story short we left quite happy. Thank You Kevin.

I had a wonderful visit. He handled everything for me and really tried to help out the customer before me that lost his phone. He did everything he could to make sure we were both meet with all are needs. Very good service. Will definitely be going back to this store for all mine or my husbands needs

I havent had an experience. Ive come here 2 Thursdays in a row to find the store closed for lunch. If this store is closed an hour for lunch it should be updated on the hours. When you call the store, it doesnt say closed for lunch. I guess Ill go to another att store because they dont need any business

Beautiful looking store first time I went in it but Kevin and Kyle were working Kevin was professional. Kyle did not want to go any further to help me out at all like talking to a wall.

Im not sure what the other reviewer encountered, but he obviously has zero clue what good customer service is. Ive dealt with Amy at the Pontiac location numerous times. She is always courteous. She is always professional. She is the type of person that I would hire at my own business. She treats everyone with respect.When I had issues with my plan...she found the best one. When I had issues with my phone, she directed me to the proper channels to have a warranty claim issued. And, when I decided to add a line to my account? I went straight to her. Perfect service.This Zak King character seems like the exact opposite. Sir...before you call someone out on a social platform, perhaps you need to take different avenues and follow a chain of command in the establishment. What you did in the posted review was show cowardice and ignorance. Im resorting to calling you out, sir, on this venue because I was unable to find you on a social media platform to discuss it with you personally. I hope none of my words were to big for you.

Wonderful customer service! They are more than willing to take time to assist you with new devices or any questions you have! Very helpful!! So glad I switched carriers!

Spent hours and hours on end and they couldnt tell us one thing. Absolutely horrible. Just wanted to keep charging the bill. Did not want me to call my mom who is in charge of our account. They requested I change it then tell her. Absolutely rude. I was told I could have left a long time ago. All of the women working there spent every second on their own phone. Including the one helping us. She was texting people off her phone while helping us! I couldnt believe it! Also she and to call someone else because she didnt know what to do and had to keep asking the lady what because she kept putting her phone down to text. Ridiculous. Dont spend your time there . Also didnt care that we spent hours there she told us she herself spent too much time on us. When I told her I feel like we should be given something or and explanation she had no words.

Kevin, in the Pontiac store, did a terrific job of helping me buy a new phone, etc and resolved issues my daughter had with her phone. Big shoutout to him.

Funny, I came here to let everyone know how miserable Amy is, but someone beat me too it. I was cool with her giving me nasty looks and talking to my husband like hes the worlds biggest moron, but the second she gave my toddler (who was goofing off with me laughing) a dirty look, that was it for me.What a nasty old hag. Please get a job where you dont have to deal with the public, you and everyone else will benefit. AT&T/franchise owner/regional manager, drop this broad like a bad habit. We will never be back.

Wanted to share, that Brigette is a spectacular associate/mgr for the pontiac store. She is very knowledgeable and professional. ...also, very patient showing me how my new phone works.....I highly recommend her and the pontiac location for your att needs...thank u Brigette!

Amy the store manager here is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and quite frankly she is the worst manager I have come across in my entire life, AT&T needs to fire her. If You are considering choosing AT&T please do, Amy is thankfully not the AT&Ts ideal manager or even representative. We at AT&T are all about doing everything in our power to further assist our customers and make all issues as easy to deal with as possible. Amy unfortunately didnt get that memo. She doesnt follow rules or guidelines. I would definitely choose a different location to avoid the black sheep of att. Bloomington has a great store and its under great management plus they are more in touch with their hospitality side of customer service. But just in case Amy is reading this I want to thank you for being the reason for all these credits raining in!!
