Lack of professional phone etiquette. I called to see about having an alignment check done. I simply asked what does the alignment check entail, so that I could understand what exactly gets checked. The response I received was being laughed at and told an alignment check!. Note: Ive never taken a vehicle to be aligned before. I was hoping to get a break down. Explanation of camber, toe, & caster would have been helpful (which Google helped afterwards). I shouldnt have had to do that when it couldve easily been explained from the person I spoke with. I cannot rate their actual work. It could be great, but after the first impression, Ill never know.

Following a serious, shall we say, misadventure at a chain store, I read the reviews for Trinity Motorsports. I went there, Dan reviewed my vehicle, a stock 1999 K2500 4x4 Suburban, and told me he saw no apparent reason the front end wouldnt align. The front suspension had been completely redone and I had adjusted my torsion bars to almost the max. I liked the ride height. They were able to align the front end, it drives perfect, and did not have to remove any tension from the torsion bars. The front end sits about 1 1/2 higher than it used to with no other alterations. Furthermore, following making the appointment I called back and added some part replacement items and the ballpark phone quote was fair, but they even came in substantially lower than the quote. Great job guys! Ill recommend you and should I need anything, Ill be back!

I’ve thrown everything I can come up with in my head and they steer me correctly. Rather it’s no don’t use it or here is something better.... They have answers and skills to get the job done RIGHT! Trinity does it all... Not just Rims, Lifts, and Tires but good with the electronics and lighting too! I won’t take any of my trucks any place else!!!

I have a 2018 ram 2500 crew cab 4x4 cummins 6.7. It didnt come with cab lights. I had them install recon cab lights and they did a perfect job they look amazing and worm flawlessly. They are honest, hardworking, support the military and true Americans. They will get all my business! Plus they sell performance parts if you want to diy, as well and they keep it in stocks. I plan to grab a CAI there next week!

First off i would like to say that I’m a car guy, and this is the best/ first time I’ve ever used a shop and have been totally satisfied! I had them do a complete front end suspension rebuild, and motor mounts on my Tahoe. Also a big brake kit front and rear on my Tahoe and man I gotta say NO complaints! When looking at the work the work completed, all wires, nuts and bolts etc looked all professionally done. My interior was just like it was when dropped off. No grease in or outside of my truck... Trinity stays booked so I did have to wait 2 weeks to have the work done, but moving forward I’d wait longer. They seem to be honest about my vehicle. The price quoted was the price I received. I wish they could do everything to all my cars. That’s how satisfied I am. As I said no complaints, and if you want quality work, and willing to open your wallet they are totally worth it.... I will be a repeat customer!

The entire team at Trinity Motorsports are awesome! I rolled in there with a new-to-us conversion van with just the notion that I wanted the tires to be bigger. Having little to no knowledge of what everything is called, how things would look, what they could do, etc. I was so relieved that the shop is run by Dan. He was very courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped us narrow down what we wanted and gave us four options on wheels that would fit our van. The day before our appointment he let us know that two of the wheels were already there, the 4 tires were there, and the other two wheels were on the way. Great communication! He and his team had them put on the van, fixed our running boards, took a look at our entertainment system, and installed a new exhaust tip all within the quoted time frame and budget. He also took detailed photos of items that needed to be addressed (tie rods, brakes, rotors, etc.) so that he could walk us through the repairs. Cant wait to get back in there and have them fix that as well. I would recommend them to anyone and they have themselves a lifelong customer.

After having problems with other tire/wheel shops in the area I found Trinity Motorsports. I have used them to handle several sets of custom wheels with mounting and balancing. Other shops in the area wouldnt handle my wheels due to their cost or value.Trinity does an excellent job with the work, but thats expected. The best part is their customer service. Max and Dan are always easy to work with which makes doing business with them a pleasure. I havent looked elsewhere to bet my work done and I already have plans for Trinity to handle another set of wheels i have coming for a different build.Highly recommended.

I have an 09 mini cooper and they are the only people I trust with my car. They are upfront about everthing and their prices are hard to beat. If you care about your car and its performance you will take it to people who will take care of you.P.s. if you do go decide to go here( I highly recommend) understand they are always busy. Call ahead and make an appointment before getting frustrated because they cant take you in a week from now.

These guys are great. They converted my hardtop JKU to a soft top. Instalation was done perfectly and in 1 day. I certainly couldnt have done it myself that quickly. Will use again.

My truck had a leveling kit installed by another shop when it was new. It never drove well. I finally took it to Trinity and asked them to look it over, find the the problems, and treat it like it was their own truck. I now have a 5 inch lift and a truck that drives incredible. This place is awesome!! I took my truck here to get brakes. They were professional and fast. I was even told by another place that I needed shocks, but these guys said that wasnt the issue. They could have easily sold it to me knowing I didnt need it. Honesty is hard to come by in car service. Ill continue coming here.

These guys are great. We were driving our car back from vacation, and got a nail in our sidewall tire, it was unrepairable. We picked up new tires in Midway at tire rack, because the size of tires for our Porsche Cayenne we could not find anywhere.Trinity motorsports fit us in, put on the new tires, and road balanced them. We live in Atlanta, but I would not hesitate to do business with these guys for anything automotive. Wheels balanced perfectly. Nice clean shop....A+++

Best service I have ever received in an auto shop. I took my Jeep there because Savannah tire said I had a bigger issue than they could handle. Come to find out that Savannah tire doesn’t know what they are doing and trinity fixed the whole situation. Not only was the problem minuscule for them, but they took the time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this place to any person needing help with an off road vehicle. Nothing but quality.

Satisfied with my alignment and didn’t take long at all!

I bought a used extremely low mileage (9,300 to be exact) Rough Country lifted ‘16 Jeep Wrangler that was difficult to keep in between the lines at times. I knew there had to be something that could be done to make the handling better, so I took it to a recommended shop in Statesboro. Their fix for the issue was a totally new lift kit for $2,500. Handling issue wasn’t that bad after hearing that, but I still felt like there was a less expensive remedy. Came across Trinity Motorsports on the net and boy am I glad I did. I emailed them about my Jeep’s issue and Dan was quick to reply that he was most confident they could make the handling better without completely changing out the lift kit. Took my Jeep to them for an inspection. They tightened some bolts here and there and recommended better shocks for about the 1/3 of the cost of a new lift kit. New shocks are on and my Jeep handles so much better now. So glad I found them and will definitely be recommending them to other Jeep owners and they will be handling any future upgrades I choose without question.

Was a walk in on a Saturday morning and instead of treating me like I was a hassle they treated me like a long time patron looked at my truck and came up with a solution in less than 20 mins parts ordered and out the door in 30 mins with a since of relief. Man these guys are awesome. I had a problem with my turbo on my truck. Dan got me in the shop two days later and had the turbo replaced that day. Stopped by with a friend of mine who lives in the area. I was extremely impressed with the this shop. Very clean, well lit, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Dan took us back to the shop area and showed us around. I have to say I was very impressed with this place. My friend has since taken both of his vehicles to Trinity Motorsports and said the work they did was top notch and the prices were very competitive. He wont trust his vehicles to anyone from here on out.

I brought my 2014 F-250 here 5 years ago to have a lift kit, wheels, and tires installed. After putting nearly 50k miles on a set of 22x13.50R22 Nitto Trail Grapplers, it was time for some new tires. This time, I decided I wanted to go with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I took it back to them and they did a fantastic job. Ive seen some really nice upgrades come from this shop and theyre the only people that I recommend in the local area. You may pay a couple dollars more, but you get what you pay for.... To the Trinity team, thank you guys for always delivering top notch work!

I am extremely happy with Trinity Motorsports. I have a NNBS Chevy and a classic Mustang. I was first impressed when I came in to discuss a lift kit on my Chevy. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the knowledge that Trinity provided me was incomparable to the other two other places I had previously talked with; Trinity straightened me out on the misinformation I had previously been fed. Trinity provided fitment details, suggestions, and supporting images. I was happiest I had I chosen them once I saw the truck finished. I was later interested in wheels, tires, and suspension upgrades on my Mustang, and they knocked it out of the park! They even exceeded my expectations by fixing a few issues I was having with the car that I didnt even tell them about. My visits are personable and I trust these guys. Additionally I now have a place I can send my wife and her vehicle. Trinity Motorsports has proven themselves to be knowledgeable for all things automotive.

High price plus they cant keep the appointment that have been made previous kind of sad but hey at least you got almost a monopoly on customNo Im not in your database Im am giving a review from what I have seen and yes I was helping someone and going off what he was told and what was said when I was present sry that your team feels this way but when your told to bring it out and we will take care of you that would be considered an appointment not to do all the work to get the big custom tire to the shop and get told it may be done and your defenses response and lie on your comment makes it worse

This place is awesome! I will be using them again and I dont even live in Georgia! We were driving through, they got us in right away and worked their magic on my truck. They truly work for you and they know their stuff! I was very impressed.

Took my Mercedes Benz R350 in for a service. They were great. Professional, no upselling, just good clean fast serviced and back on the road. (prior to that I sent my sons car in for some work. they could easily have done more work than was necessary, because I requested it. They called me and said that the work was not necessary and offered me the option of doing what was actually necessary and saved me a few hundred $. )

This place is AWESOME! I have had this super obnoxious rattling noice going on with my Honda CRV for a while now. We knew it was the exhaust but not what on it. I tried to book with another place and they were rude and frustrating so I googled muffler repair and stumbled upon Trinity Motorsports they had good reviews so I made an appointment. They found a much simpler problem then we thought we had and fixed it I was in and out in 30 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable! We will be going to them for anything and everything on our vehicles from now on. Highly impressed!!

Left jamnuts loose on steering, and didn’t properly tighten the mounting bolts. Then refused to admit fault because it “was tight when it left”. However steering doesn’t loosen in less then 50 miles.Edit: since apparently 500 miles is somehow relevant to the owner. It came loose in under 50, glad the next 450 she’d have loose steering and it fall apart which could potentially kill someone.Also, why does it matter if I’m a customer? I won’t be because I go to quality places, I’m just another mechanic that fixed your failures

Easily the best shop I have ever been to. They have gone out of their way to ensure I have always gotten the best bang for my buck, not too mention the extremely helpful advice they have offered me. I have gone to Trinity on multiple occasions with different vehicles and will always continue to do so.

Picked up a 3 inch long, 1/4 inch diameter bolt in right rear passenger tire at the point with the sidewall and tread come together. Called Trinity and dropped n on them. They immediately took in my truck and evaluated the tire could not be saved. The bolt created too large of a hole and the location made it unlikely a plug would work. Realizing I had an appointment to make they were able to find a new tire locally and one hour later I was on my way, making the appointment on time. Cant bet the service they provided. They are the go to place for tire/wheel servicing. Tire is a Nitto Terra Grappler A/T G2 325/60R20 on a Ford F150 4x4 Crew Cab.

Highly recommended! Trinity Motorsports is very clean and has great customer service. I bought some Niche Wheels and Nitto Tires. Also got a repair done because they were so much cheaper than the Audi dealer. Will be going back soon for lowering kit and brake upgrades.

I only give this place a 1 because I cant give them a 0.. Had brakes and sensors replaced with lifetime warranty. Not even one week in and the brake light came on. I take it back to get it fixed and they say the sensor is broken. I ask about the warranty and they say that its not there fault it broke. I ask to see the part to make sure that it wasnt improperly installed and he says they threw it out on accident. Im confused, I thought a lifetime warranty is to warranty there service. But appearently there warranties are not real warranties. They acted like criminals and I would extremely recommend to avoid them unless you want to be taken by a ride..

I am new to Savannah & as woman, always leery of shady dealings when taking my car to new places for repair. When I contacted this company, I spoke with a gentleman named Max. He gave me what I considered to be an extremely easonable estimate for a new alternator for my Cadillac & also provided me a same day appointment. I had my car towed in and it was completed in less than 2 hours. The service I received was excellent. I was an hour late dropping the car off but they had no issue getting me in. Also, they closed at 6pm but Max waited 20 minutes after just so I could pick my car up. There was no hidden fees, I paid exactly what was quoted Im really picky about where I spend my money. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST next to QUALITY & they had both. I reccomend this repair shop, & plan to use them going forward.

Ill give one star for being a clean shop,all other turned out bad,Im familiar with the 5.4 triton motors having problems with spark plugs,I dropped my truck off on a sat,they did call back saying they ran into problems before they closed,said well call Mon a.m,no call, I called asked for update,said we trying to extract one plug,no call tues, I called wed & he said we just pulled it around,got a little skip but totally drivable, I get there bad skipping,I took It on home,they charged nothing,they didnt tell me they broke #6 plug in cyl head,found that out at JC Lewis when the fixed it less than 2hrs.
