Fast, I was a walk in. Got 4 new tires put on and was balanced and aligned correctly for cheaper than anyone else I had spoken to
I went to get new tires and a oil change. After waiting more than 30 minutes for an associate to get a cash drawer and she still didnt get back. Sorry, my time is valuable I left and came to Savannah tire. I got the service I needed.
Worst customer service and tires were ready for 45 mins noone called or let me know then I had to load tire myself and I have a heart condition
Fast in the shop part but the checkout is ridiculous like its a big party
They ran out of synthetic oil and charged me an additional $10 to buy it off the shelf. Then my car radio and Bluetooth stopped working when I got my car back. When I tried to file a claim, the department manager tried to talk me out of it by saying the process was long and tedious.
Terrible customer service, the men there seemed to not know anything & it was frustrating. When I asked if they could let me know if my muffler looked damaged, he said we dont do that. I only wanted to be informed if it was damaged. I didnt ask them to work on it. Also they didnt know how to exchange tires I ordered online & put the credit towards the ones they had in the store. Not only that but they did not change my cabin air filter or polish my headlights. I was there for 6hrs before they finished putting tires on my car.

I would like to give a big shout out to the manager. I have all the warranties you could get when I got my tires several years ago. My name pulled under another phone number. I was like,how can that be. She did give me my warranty. I was very grateful. Needed two tires.Paid for one. Thank you so much.Grateful to know. We do have good people.

I’m still sitting here waiting on my car after being told at 5:00 pm that their break was ending and my car would be first to be worked on, and it’s 7:18 pm and my car is JUST now making it in the garage to change the tires. This isn’t even to mention that the people behind the counter were not friendly at all!
Tires worse after balance and rotate. Seems like they were just rotated and not balanced. Power steering fluid was not topped off. It was low and checked when I got home still low. Invoice shows it was topped off. Invoice shows all tires at 35 psi yet left rear at 28, front left 36, right front 30, right rear 32. Car barely vacuumed. Had to take my car wash and vacuum again. Wont be back.
The staff were very nice although we arrived about 5:15, and had decided to get 4 tires because we had a bad one, and they would only do one because of the time. Hate they lost a big sale due to time. Then they tacked on some extra charges, why would I want lifetime balance for one tire. Anyway, the staff were very nice.
I will NEVER use Walmart again. I dropped my car off at 11am, all I needed was an oil change and 4 new tires. I was told I had 3 people ahead of me for tires, so it would take 3 hours for them to even start working on my car, then another hour and a half to do the service.Someone then called me at 3:30p letting me know my car was ready. I then asked if both my tires and oil change were ready. The employee sounded confused when she asked if I was getting my tires changed.I told her I was, she then said it would take another hour and a half for the tires to be put on because there was someone ahead of me.I called at 5:15 and the auto department was not answering. My call was rerouted to the service desk 3 times.I hung up and called again. I finally reached the auto department. The lady who picked upSaid my car wouldn’t be ready until 7. I then asked for a manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes.When I reached the auto department manager she was so unprofessional. I explain what was going on and she said “we can’t control 2 people calling out, your car won’t be ready until 7” she was so rude. I then asked for the general manager. She said he was on vacation. So then I asked for the person below the general manager. Her response was “your calls just gonna be rerouted to me but k” then she put me on hold for 9 minutes.The manager who answered was professional and told me that she couldn’t rush the auto department but could comp my oil change.Nobody called to let me know my car was ready. When I got to Walmart at 6:50 my car was sitting in the parking lot ready to go. I missed an appointment thanks to Walmart.I spent a lot of money on my tires. I will go somewhere else next time. Don’t waste your time here!!

Dont recommend for oil change or tire balancing. Went in, took 30 mins for them to get my car in when Im the only one there, and never asked for warrantys.
I would advise you have nothing to do for the day if you plan on using the services. The tire guys are really good and fast.. they put out 6 cars in the hour and a half I waited compared to the 2 the line guys did. Theyre really slow!! They even walk around like they dont care.. Ill just drive to Montgomery Xrd in Savannah next time
Facts:I brought my car here for a simple oil change,One car in front of me,got there at 445p,checked in with the rep about 510p,tried to correct me on what I needed for my car with what he “thinks “ when I know what my car needs,didn’t leave until about 745pm.Now my car is making weird movements when I’m at a stop.Opinion: not again.
Went their for the first time to get a basic oil change. I usually only go to the Walmart in SC they are polite and professional. My car head lamp was broken and sitting out of its slot, and the washer fluid cap was so loose it could have fallen off. They did not tell me what they did or fix it I got a ticket because of the light. I will never go their again and I will let the Corporate office know!
Came in for a simple tire plug with one person infront of me. Had two technicians working for the tire section but still had to wait 1.5 hrs for my car to even be pulled in. Found out I needed a new rim instead. Although its cheap, you are better going somewhere else counting the time wasted while waiting.
Ive been on hold for over an hour, been calling since 8 after I called at 7 to find they dont open until 8. They keep hanging up on me while on hold listening to the music, they transferred me to and associate in the store that told me their phone was out of commission. I asked how they would do business for an I dont know. Called customer service at the main store line, and was placed back on the same hold again. Im scared to pay online for the tires at this point, Im not sure they have it together enough to even be sure they have the tires I need to go pick up urgently for work.
Called to see about getting an air filter replacement and the girl that answered was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked politely how much everything would cost and when would be a good time to arrive and all she was responded with was Psh I dont know. You all will definitely not be getting my business again.
Long line of customers waiting because of the holidays, but they quickly got to us with fast and friendly service.
I stopped in for an oil change today. Around 3pm. I was told they were not taking any more cars today ( Thier sign they close at 6pm). There was no more then four cars in the lot and with two service techs working ( what they told me they had working.) This Walmart has had management issues in the past, but with three hours to close and two techs. That means they could finish at least 12 cars. It just goes to show how lazy our workforce truly is.
I ordered tires to pickup without installation. 20 mins and counting the tires are physically in my cart but the key/employee needed to check them out isnt. Thanks Walmart
This is the second time I have bought tires online from Walmart. It is a fist come, first serve for having them put on. You cant make a appointment. They dont get in a hurry. The 1st time I had a 4 hour wait.

First time I used Walmart auto center. I got my oil changed there today. The service writer Alisha was very helpful and professional. I was out of there in 40 minutes. I broused the auto department while I waited it took the bordom out of waiting. You cant beat the price either. Ill go back there again.

So they screwed up my car I had to pay double the amount to get it fixed. When I went back to start the claim process no one wanted to give me any information. I still have yet to receive a phone call from 4 months ago. And after looking online I show several negative reviews about them. But theyre huge corporate conglomerate. So I just have to take a loss for this one.

My inlaw is 76 years old. She had a Brand new Battery installed 7/19/17 at around 3pm. Today at 6:15 am she had to call for roadside assistance because the idiot who installed her battery cracked the terminal connector . She wasnt told she needed to replace them.. No warning at all. when I called for her this morning the employee said they were fresh out of terminals... wth! You have to do better. ! Ive never had a problem with this store. They have always made sure we were aware about fluids being low, tread on the tires ectra..

Every time I come here early in the morning theres either a missing cashier or technician! The service is SLOW.
Very slow service, and they overfilled and tried to justify with BS. One employee realized tht but the ignorant manager dont Wana own up. Car recommended engine oil capacity is 4.3 and they filled 4.75 and justifying thts norm. Dipstick clearly shows its above the max line by a blockMine took 90 mins for an oil change. Also charger me more for bringing my own oil and filter (seems like its a mistake, but when I mentioned to the ignorant manager his response was oh thts what we charge instead owning up and fixing. Also he confidently said he can bring another manager and he will repeat wht he said.There are few good workers but if an idiot leads them then there is no hope

I went for an oil change, they could not find my key for 15 minutes after waiting for another 15 minutes to get up to the counter. They also set my car in KM and read KM as miles so my oil sticker says my car has almost 200k miles on it, when it only has 113k miles on it.
Attendant in Auto Care did not relay my request I gave to her to the mechanic on what to do on my cars tires. I will need to visit again for service later and talk to the mechanic myself before the car is worked on. What a waste of time.
