Somewhat eccentric store but I loved it. Had to get slide-ons for my job, as no where else has any kind of selection for womens steel toes. Shop kitties and birds greeted my son and I, and the shop keeper knew exactly what he had in stock and would work for me.

She helped my Wife and I pick out boots of the size & style we wanted. She was very patient and never rushed us while we were making our discission. Also we LOVED the cats and birds. One of the best selections I have seen!!! I have bought a lot boots over the years and they are worth the travel time to get to them!!! The owner was there when we were shopping, his knowledge of his product was amazing! Left with three pairs. To anybody reading this that stays in a pair of boots over half of their life like me, this is the place to go! I don’t normally care much about the price of boots as long as they are comfortable, I was amazed at how good the prices were for the quality of boots they offer!

They were amazing. I started a new job and needed work boots asap. I was scheduled to get off when they closed but when I called they said they would wait for me to get there, suggesting I come in to be sized first. The place was filthy. We saw 2 cats, 3 birds in cages. The sales person seemed lackluster and the selection of work boots was slim. When we requested a sz 13 the guy brought out 12 wide. Sure, that will work. NOT Covid or not wear a mask.

A great selection of quality boots and shoes, as well as socks and anything to do with the care of footwear. Really nice people working there as well. They will take the time to get you what you need,at a fair price. I will continue to shop for my boots here. And you should too.

Sean was really nice and helped my husband with his shoe size and found the right work shoe for him. We go to this store every year. Great atmosphere and they have rescued 2 cats and birds in their store. Will be back soon.

My husband and I went in today looking for some boots for his job. The lady and gentleman were very nice and very knowledgeable. My husband has extra wide feet so finding a boot to fit has always been difficult. After having no success at Boot Camp these kind folks didnt stop until they found a boot that would fit and be comfortable. I highly recommend this store not only if you want great service but also if you enjoy furbabies. :)

Owner is very nice and helpful. Western, stylish boots mostly including the Georgia boots. Didnt have the no frills Georgia work boots we were looking for but did offer to order them for us. Will definitely return when buying cowboy boots for myself or young grandson. Lots of cute kids boots.

Staff not very helpful in finding what you need. Much happier with Boot Camp or Patricks. They usually have to order by size but Boots Unlimited offered no assistance in suggesting they could order. Pretty much said if what you need its not here then go somewhere else. So thats what I did and have never been back

Went to buy some boots today, because I saw they carry Georgia Boots. After entering the establishment I was greeted by two wonderfully nice and attention seeking cats! The guy named Sean helped me pick out the right boots that would fit my feet and get the job done. Im not going to say having shop cats persuaded me to buy boots there, but it defiantly helped.

Nice little boot shop! I visited here from ohio when i went to see my mom. I bought a pair of boots and a real sturdy bootjack. Both are still going strong, would highly recommend!

I went there yesterday looking for a pair of boots and I picked three different designs and the guy went on the back and when he came back he said he didnt have my size so I ended up leaving.I was telling my coworker about the situation yesterday and he told me he had the same situation a few months ago. Not a good store and they need to change the name for boots limited.

I am writing this review mainly as an observer, because I was not the one on a mission to find boots. I was there as company. And I have to say I was taken aback a bit. It wasnt like most shoe places that are bland. It had these quaint touches that charmed you. It had comfortable seating and an openness where a person could actually stretch some leg and get a feel for the footwear. You definitely dont feel hemmed in.The attendant, who turned out to be the proprietor, knew her product and in the exchanges I heard between her and the customers, I felt that she actually cared to find the best workboot for the job and the correct fit for the wearer. The store started to get real busy, but she handled each customer with an ease you cant find in a mall dept. store or a chain/franchise/megastore.And ladies, she carries the goods for us, too! I cannot tell you how excited I got when I saw Lucchese boots in the store. She carries the big names in western boots, but I have been wanting some Lucchese boots for a very, very long time. The proprietor came over to me as I was handling the various ladies boots, and I told her my true hearts desire. She advised me that she had a catalog and to feel free to find the boot that I could wear for life. That is how fine the boot I want is. For me, footwear is more than just something you throw on...they are an extension of my character, and she understood that :-)Just an overall positive experience.
